DLD’s Crazy Girth Busters

Explanation:
These are a combination I have been developing over the past month. For girth I have done nothing more intense or productive. I think the combination of the Dry to Wet exercise is very important. I find that after the dry part of this routine, although temporary, I am at my largest girth. The succession of going directly into the Wet Jelq super sets seems to help distribute this girth evenly along my shaft. After the session I feel very accomplished. Although there are 4 exercises mentioned here they are done in combinations of super sets. Do these as I have written and watch your girth explode. I will get this routine on video in the next couple days too for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] site.


DRY PART
Dry DLD Dual Jelqs 10 ten second Jelqs
Isolated Compression Squeezes 1 sixty second squeeze
X 10 sets.

Then go directly into

WET PART
Set 1: 100 85% wet Jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
x 4 sets

Dry Dual Jelqs
In a 90% erect state grab your penis by the glans. Take the other hand and grip around the extreme base. While jelqing hand forward push hand holding the glans towards the other hand. Each jelq should take 10 second. Switch hands after 10 jelqs.

Isolated Compression Squeezes
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 60 second count.

DLD Bends
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand and right below the head with the other hand. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis. Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between the hands in a slinky type movement. This should be done for 30 seconds.

This looks like a great routine. I've been in Phase II of DLD's program and I've noticed that when I'm flaccid, I'm a lot fuller than normal. I just started Phase II recently so I'm not going to measure, but it feels good. I think the compressed squeezes are really great. I'm gonna try this routine tonight and see how it goes.
 
I just did this EXTREME !!!!! girth routine and the first thing I have to say is 4governa,I am sorry that I had doubts when you first posted your results using this routine for 7 days. Second, I really think this is the Holy Grail of girth routines, definately not for newbies. By the time I into the fourth set of the wet part of this routine I was really fatigued and had to work hard to keggle enough blood in between every jelq. I keggled before each jelq throughout the whole session but the last set was particularly harder due to fatigue which IMO is fucking fantastic, talk about a pump! Also when doig the wet jelqs, I stopped at just below the glans, squeezed, keggled, then followed through with the next jelq until the previous hand slid off over the glans. Jelqing like this kind of gave me good expansion in the shaft. Immediately following this routine although temporary as DLD mentions in the opening post I was hanging thicker, heavier, and also a little longer. You guys have to get into this routine!! Don't forget, I had my doubts, but not anymore!! Acer, did you try this out? What are your first impressions?

WaxN, you will also be benefiting length from the wet portion of this workout. I really think this workout is going to be the stepping stone for many men to break girth barriers. It has worked for me so far and any one that I know use it. I think it is so effective not only because of the exercise but also the combination. I really hope more men embrace this routine as it is incredible.

I have tried this and as most people around here feel, I think it's awesome. Definite pump, very very fatiguing on the unit, but I believe that's the key. Really good shit, if you ask me.

I just started these and they are awesome, pumped and full and stay that way. Definately not for newbies, but what a rush. New good all around routine......

*SHAMELESS BUMPING*

No really I just wanted to update the Girth Buster Fans with my progress. I took about 4 days off from any type of girth work. I needed sometime to re-cooperate after all the video I shot last week. Anyway, being the obsessive compulsive I am, I was convinced I would lose girth from this short break. Today was my first day back to the grind and WOW...my shit looks great! I did an extended session today...30 minutes on the Dual Dry Jelqs supersetted with compression squeezes and then I spent another 30 minutes wet jelqing supersetted with bend and compression squeezes. I felt like an extra large Ball Park Frank, Plumps when you jelq it:D I had a very decent 6.76 to 7 inches mid-shaft between the two sessions. This has got to be the best Girth Training Routine available, for me anyways. I can't wait to do it tomorrow. Oh, by the way, Jen is going to shoot video of the routine tomorrow to those who are interested.

It is a really good routine (I've modified it slightly to my taste though), and I gained about 0.3" in girth in the first week I did this. The only thing negative I've noticed is that there's some fluid buildup under the skin if you I do it 3 days in a row. Perhaps the intensity, which is staggering, is a bit too much for continuous use.

Everyone should. I just finished a hour long session and I feel as thick as Chilé:D At this rate I will hit my girth goals before length. This is a huge change for me because length is usually so much easier.
 
so what exactly is the extreme bottom? and will this help out with curvature? if not can you give me a routine that will?

First,..just want to say how much I appreciate your useful advice, and that you also offer some help for free members.:)

I intend to incorporate these Girth Busters into my routine next week,..so just a couple of small questions I hope that you or anybody else can answer.

1) How much permanent size increase do you feel that you have gained due to this girth routine?

2) At the moment I have about 5" erect girth,...if I do this exercise correctly, how much would you expect my girth to temporarily increase to ...after a workout using this routine?
An extra inch, maybe?
(Just trying to find a way to figure out if I'm doing the routine correctly when I start)

I hope somebody can let me know how much of a pump they get from this, in inches...
From the sounds of it, people here seem to be actually seeing a great pump. Something I've found difficult to get using other techniques, since I started a couple of months back.

Red, No doubt when your ready this will get you to 8. I think girth beyond 7 is such a rarity in Penis Enlargement. I only know a few non-pumpers who have made this incredible size. I believe in if anything can give you the big 8 it is Girth Busters. I feel as strongly about Girth Busters for Girth as I do DLD Blasters for length.
 
Not sure if I have the girth busters right. What little time I have alone at the house, doing the Blasters with a twist is making a difference with both the feel and look of it.

When you say grip at extreme base, what hand position do you mean? Is it palms down, (or palm facing the body?)... 'cause if it is, that grip doesn't seem to work for me. It doesn't trap blood like the reverse grip I use to clamp off (back of hand snug up against fat pad, palm facing outwards).
For example, the grip that Gandolf uses in his DLD bend video... that way don't work for me... the grip he used in the Uli video.. that's the one that works for me....just how awkward do you think it'll be to try to do these moves that way?

I think it is definetly worth it...even as a modified version. For me NOTHING Trains girth more thoroughly than this combination of exercise. I trained the dry portion of this exercise for 60 minutes yesterday and today...I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE GIRTH! I was looking down at my cock and it did not look like mine, it looked so much thicker.

Ya know, I really can't "grasp" those dry jelqs. Not only did they feel like they were doing nothing, they kinda hurt my skin on top of that. I know I'm doing them wrong, but damn my hands drag down that shaft! Doesn't feel good at all.

Now the wet part, that I could handle. My shaft was covered in tiny red spots after all those squeezes. They usually go away after a little while, but does that mean I'm getting somewhere?
 
yeah i think it does. i think it means that you're forcing more blood in there than normal which will make it expand more. which i guess will lead to more girth. we'll see right? :)


but yeah. i think ur on the right path. keep doing what you're doing and if you feel a lot of pain just STOP. wait until the pain goes away then start up again. other than that.......go for and gain brotha :D

Thats what I like to hear! I just got finished doing Busters and DAMN my shit is on swollen. I have not been able to train girth for the past 3 days so it was cool to get a solid session in. Once again, anyone who wants to tack on girth very quickly, please try these.

You're not alone,.....nope, me neither.

I can get the feeling that something is working with normal dry jelqs,...but these "Dual" jelqs just aren't working.

Maybe I'm just not doing them right.
If you have to jelq your tourniqet hand forward, blood has to escape somewhere. It can't all go into your penis, because if it did then your penis would nearly double in size.
I think that although I have a tight grip, a lot of blood in the erection has to go back into your body.

When you do a normal dry jelq, you don't have the opposing force of your non-tourniquet hand pushing blood backwards down your shaft,..you're just pushing outwards only.

So I try this double hand dual jelq, and after a few seconds I can feel my penis getting soft, and it appears that all the penis compressed between my hands is mainly skin.

Having said that, the compressed squeezes are very effective. Maybe because you're not pushing your tourniquet hand forwars, it feels more solid and secure.

I obviously need to find a good substitute for the dual jelqs,...but apart from them, I feel I'm getting there.:)

Maybe you can try jelqing one hand at a time. I've been trying that as an alternative (but I did it because the pressure for the dual jelqs felt like I would burst). Just get the double grip going, o-grip at the base and the other just below the head, and then jelq first down with your top hand holding the trapping grip at the base tight. Then, reset and kegel in some blood. Jelq from the base up to the head, still with both o-grips tight. I usually try for 3-4 reps in each direction before stopping to work up my erection again.

The reason I ask the second question,..is that when some people say they get a great pumped size,..I have no real concept of what a great pumped look, appears like.

If I get an idea, then I can make a good guess if I'm doing the exercises correctly or not.

It's tricky for me because I suffer from a certain level of ED. So I have big problems maintaining blood in my penis. Keeping some force of blood in my penis is difficult,...so I'm concerned that I will have big problems trying to do girth exercises as effectively as other people....

....which leads me to the question I asked in the last post,....

3) Can you recommend a good alternative the the dual/double dry jelq?

Because my tourniquet hand is jelqing forward,..and I fear that the pressure is forcing blood into the penis,...but as it goes further forward a limit is reached, and my tunica can't stretch anymore,
...So any further forward movement from my jelqing tourniquet hand is just forcing blood backwards through the tiny space in the grip of my tourniquet hand back into my body, as it's nowhere else to go.

I hope I made sense there,...I hope you know what I mean.

Hope you can help me out with these questions, DLD.

I get a temp. pump of close to .75" after a serious session. To be honest I sometimes do a set of these right before sex for the temp. gain:)

Well any of the other girth exercises are an option; ie, squeezes, ulis, wet jelqs, etc. The only girth exercise that works very good for me is compression squeezes.
