Godsize, when you do dry jelqs, your hand does not slide over the skin. The skin should slide down the shaft though. The result is that you will have some skin bunched up in front of your grip at the end of each stroke. Wet jelq allow the grip to slide over the skin.

i just recently tried to do those dual jelqus with my vasaline. and they seem to be a little more affective. but i'm still scared about loosing my length gains. i noticed that when i started to do the girth busters it seemed like i was gaining girth but i was loosing length. i was at over 9 and then i went to about 8.75. i did an intense work out after that though of wet jelqus the next day. and it was back up to the origional mark. is there a way you can do this without loosing length????? if so please tell me because i wanna gain some girth.
 
sup samzman, its suprising to hear of someone losing length from gaining girth, ive always heard the opposite, losing girth from streaching for length. But i would suggest maybe adding more wet jelqs to the routine, try to pull it out while your doing them a little too. Or, you could do some streaching early in the day, and then girth busters later in the day. I still think streaching is more likely to take away girth, than girth busters take away length.

I think too much of length exercise or girth over the other may contribute to an unbalanced result. I can assure you that Girth Busters will not hinder length gains as long as your length routine is strong enough. I have consistently grown in length and girth.

How is that possible? No pe exercise no matter if it's girth or length is going to make you smaller.
 
I just started doing girth busters and all I can say is WOW! My girth is 4.6 with a 100% erection. After this workout, it was near 4.75 and I was at about a 60% erection. This was the most intense workout I've had so far. Girth is the main reason I started Penis Enlargement'ing and I think I've found my favorite excersize!

Definitly adding it to the routine!
 
Man I have tried these the last week and a half and I already have noticed some gains :). Probably like a 1/8 but for girth even 1/64 is good lol. The bigger it is the better.
 
I also experienced a 1/16" girth in just a few sessions! It took me a month to gain 1/8 of an inch in my first month, so I was really happy. These are by far the best exercises for girth!
 
I have noticed (was keeping a secret) that if I begin my bundled A stretch sessions with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] first and them switch to my wrist later on, I get more intense sessions. I'm not sure why switching from the different diameter stretching aids works that way but, it does.
 
Ya those girth excercises are INSANE!, right after the session i get to bout 6.25 in the middel and 6.75 at the shaft, but so far permanent gain took me from 5.5 to 5.75 first routine on girth that has worked for me so thanks DLD. On my days off though i wake up with really hard erections so hard it sumtimes hurts(probably cuz it doesnt go down for a couple hrs), maybe im doing sumthin wrong. If so id like to know
 
i don't know. but latelyi have been having VERY LITTLE time to do this routine (sometimes i'll do it in the shower for about 10 mins) but then i notice that my dick feels looser and rounder after i do it. i wish i had more time to work on it.

well i AM getting paid today, my boss fucked me over 3 times with my pay check. damn bitch

so i'm gonna cash the check and get the money in because i want my gains and i know that DLD can help me.

Similar but not the same. The major difference is the 60 second count above the jelq count of 10 seconds. The other difference, as you stated, is the rotary movement.
 
for the dry jelq part of this, do u grab just below the head or do u squeeze on the head while jelqing with the other hand? and is this girth wrokout effective just using the dry superset part excluding the wet part?

I grab just below the head but I think either way would be just as effective. As far as being effective without the wet part, it would be effective but it would not be the Girth Busters.
 
The Dual Dry Jelqs are awesome for girth. I think the full Girth Buster workout is better but if you only do the one part it will still give you results.
 
I have tried just about every conceivable girth exercise with out any gains E.g been pumping for nearly a year using avocet8's routine ,mixing post pump sessions with horses,pans ,dry jelq,wet jelq,squeezes and the DLD horse variation.And all i seem to get is fluid bloat and discoloration,tried taking varied workout durations and rest days to see if that would make a difference all to no avail.I must have the worlds most toughest tunica.But i will try DLD's new girth busters and keep you posted as this might be what i need .

i'd like to try the routine but whats the differnce bewteen wet and dry, and whats a jelq. somebody explain the terminology for me please
 
not to be an ass or anything, but we get guys asking terminology all the time. Try the search feature at the top, or read up a ton, it will help you get into the loop. A jelq is one of the first thing a novice Penis Enlargement'er learns, go look it up. Its probably in the "Newbie" forum. Good Luck.

I think you will like these. These have been the answer to my prayers with my girth and allot of other guys are saying the same thing.
 
DLD, I don't completely understand how to do the Dual Dry Jelq.

My interpretation from reading your description of the exercise is this:

1. Get 85% erect.
2. Hold the penis with one hand by the head.
3. With the other hand, do a dry jelq up the shaft while pushing down but not moving the hand holding the head.

After moving the jelqing hand up the penis, do you reverse direction and jelq back down the penis to the base?:gluedtosc

No, when I get to the top I let go, kegel as much blood as I can then just start the next stroke.

Just so im sure. With the dual dry jelqs you always jelq from the base up to the head right then let go kegel and do it again. You dont jelq from the head down ever do you? im just getting a little confused readint everyones interpretations and stuff.

i am up to 5.75 girth at midshaft (was at 5.5) and now at 6 at my base (5.75 before) but the upper shaft just under my head has not seen any gains. Any suggestions?
