During the Day Mon - Thurs
1. 100 Quick Kegels
2. 2 sets of 30 seconds in 9 different directions of flaccid stretches
3. 5 x 15 seconds of flaccid TOW stretches (last 2 stretches with half twist)
4. 4 x 15 seconds of Twisted Tunica stretches ( 1 to 1.5 rotations)
5. 4 x 15 seconds of V-Stretches
Warm-Up
6. 100 Wet Jelqs Palms Down (partial erection)
Warm-Down
During the Afternoon Mon-Thurs

1. 3 sets x 15 seconds of Penis Isometrics to the right, left, and straight out
2. 3 sets x 10 seconds of Erect Stretches to the right, left, and straight out
3. 4 x 15 seconds of Erect TOW Stretches

5. 100 wet jelqs palms down(paritial erection)
