10 minute warm wrap
5 minute jelq, 10 10-second squeezes
10 minute clamping, with warm wrap, assorted bends, kegeling
10 minute alternate cool water dip/warm wrap, light jelqing, edging
12 minute pumping, continuous kegeling, shake tube, milk tube last 2 min
5 minute alternate cool water dip/warm wrap, edging
10 minute ballsac pumping, edging
30 minute warm wrap, 1.5" cockring
Another great workout this morning. I finally measured while clamped and found that my temporary expansion is between .25" and .30." My last routine at this level is Sunday. On Monday, I up my sets to three (2 clamping and 1 pumping.)
