We have been hard at work shooting, editing and uploading new work and I decided I wanted to start doing a new series called: Ask DLD, The Penis Enlargement Question of the Week. So I hope my question hasn't been answered yet, here I go...

In regard to kegels about harder erections and other known benefits...
I have been doing kegels with R.K. for a while on/off, but most of the time for many weeks (two to six weeks).
But I always stopped after a while, because I didn't see any benefits, especially when it comes to getting harder erections.
And that's kinda disappointing.
I try to have an even ratio between Kegels & R.K. with various holding times.

im not sure kegels do much for my eq either. They are good to know how to do tho.
