My starting stats were 5.75 NBPL and 5.0 Eg. I started with just Jelqing exercises 5 on 2 off. This got me close to 6.0 inone month. But as time went on I got busy and discouraged because I didn't see the results I wanted right away. So I stopped and here and there I would do a jelq session. It wasn't until last year that I got more serioud about enlarging my penis, I have a new girlfriend and I want to please her in every possible way. Now I'm ready to get the 2 inches I seek.
My routine:
BTC stretches in each direction
Straight out, left, right
Straight down, left, right (3x for 30-45 seconds)
A-stretch(3x 30 seconds)
Sock stretches each direction(2x 30 seconds each side)
Mandingo stretch(every other day 2x each hand 30 seconds)
After shower [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] (20-30 min sessions)
At night: Supra Slammers
Throughout the day I do a but of light stretching, LAS, Kegels, and Reverse Kegels.
I haven't measured yet, but my penis looks much longer and thicker. My flacid hangs much better. So I'm going to keep up with this routine for now. Happy gaining!
