I have been keeping a daily journal and blog since starting Penis Enlargement for 60 days now.
My blog isn't that accessible, and I don't know why I didn't just make a thread. You can view my blog to check on the first 44 days but the rest are only viewable by me, for some reason. Were the daily posts considered spam?
These are my starting stats* from February 14th, 2012:

*These were first measured sitting down so that will be my standard for now. The medically correct way is to measure standing up.

I found it kind of uncomfortable so I have since stopped utilizing it, as much as I'd like to. I will get an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] as soon as I can afford one. After my first month I gained a 1/4" in EL and my BPFSL went up by 1/2". My EG made a slight increase by about 1/16" or more.
Sometime in my second month I stopped doing girth work and decided to go only for length. I added in kettle bell stretches with 10lbs.
These are my measurements today:

I don't want to assume I lost EG but it may be plausible. A day or so ago I decided it may not really matter if I do length goals first, so I should start doing girth exercises again today. I admit I put in less time in the past 30 days than when I started, and after reading more about ligaments I think my kettles might be hurting my progress, so I will try to do them every other day instead. I thought I hadn't gained anything at all recently but measuring today proved me wrong, by 1/8". I should also mention my vascularity has greatly improved, due to Penis Enlargement and supplementing L-Arginine.

Penis Enlargement is slowly overtaking my other hobbies and I have no issue with this. It's fun and empowering, so I don't want to give this up anytime soon, if ever! I will try to keep you all updated as frequently as possible to my routines and progress. Thanks in advance to all of you who will help me or have already helped me.
 
So good to see such fast initial gains, I can see why your hobbies have fell by the wayside:) Looking forward to your future progress, gains and contributions.
 
For some reason I didn't realize that when I did bonepressed measurements I disregarded the 1/8" at the start of the ruler.
That means my BPenis EnlargementL is actually 7 1/2" instead of 7 3/8". So I made the same length gains in my second month as my first month, 1/4"

Yesterday I refrained from doing kettle bell stretches.
I just did manual stretches and a few minutes of SSJs. I couldn't get that much girth exercise done, due to lack of EQ later in the day. I need to avoid getting tired before doing these later at night, it has happened before. I would totally get some Citrulline Malate if stores around me sold it.
 
Yesterday, I did 16 minutes of kettle bell stretches, manual stretches, and several minutes of SSJs. There was some great expansion and the veins appeared to be more prominent than the last time I did this exercise. I got lots of little red spots after doing these. My EQ was still not that good, but it’s not terrible. I admit I have not been strict enough with my schedule for kegels.

I did lots of kegels today, over 35 minutes worth of different kegels. An erection I got during these lasted about two hours with some stimulation every once in a while. Eventually my shaft felt somewhat sensitive so I gave it up.
Throughout the day I felt a dull ache that I think came from the kettle bell stretches yesterday. My manual stretches seemed to amplify this sensation, have I felt this kind of stretch before?
I didn’t manage anymore girth exercises as I did yesterday, besides 50 reps of jelqs which isn’t that significant. For some reason I found it pretty difficult and uncomfortable on my wrists. Maybe I should stick with SSJs?
 
Slow Squash Jelqs are a good exercise to stick with as they always can be increased in intensity but you also create more intensity in the exercise as you gain. Th thicker the penis becomes the more intense the squashing of the walls is. It really is a perfect girth exercise.
 
Yesterday I went back to my three sets of kettle bell stretches throughout the day, totaling 28 minutes. Besides the manual stretches, I also did a few sock stretches. Did I mention that I do footlong stretches when I manually stretch down? I pretty much always do that. Surprisingly, my room was uncomfortably cold last night even with my heater on and it was exceptionally difficult to get an erection so I couldn’t do SSJs.

Today I did manual stretches and fixed my room temperature. I also did over 5 minutes of SSJs but didn’t get that good of EQ compared to earlier today.
 
Yesterday morning I did about 6 minutes of SSJS. I don’t seem to get much more out of this in morning despite my good EQ early in the day, so I will do girth later in the day next time. I can’t get the expansion that I want with this like I used to when I first tried them. I’m trying to stick as close as I can to my kegel routine now, the one that REDZULU made. I haven’t done these Kegel burns that truant brought but I will start trying them too.
I did two sets of kettle bell stretches, first one was 8 minutes and the other was 16. After the first set I did some sock stretches. I thought to myself, are these similar to the A-Stretch or DLD Blasters if I do kegels and reverse kegels? It sure felt the same and I got a lot of stretch out of it. The second set of kettles was intense, and I just did manual stretches after.

I did tons of kegels today; I could definitely feel the burn! I must be more consistent with this exercise because it is also important to do. During my manual stretches I did lots of kegels and reverse kegels, it made them more intense. I did a lot more SSJs today. After finding a good grip I was able to do them more effectively. I lost track of how many I did but it couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes.
I tried the Wendi Friesen “Nightly” Penis Enlargement hypnosis tonight. I believe I had done something like this once before but not with Penis Enlargement and it worked out nicely. I heard about this other hypnotist that I can get audio files from named Giovanni Lordi. I might check that out.
At any rate, the “Nightly” track was amazing. I will explain it more in detail in the Mental Penis Enlargement subforum. I will have to see if I get good morning wood tomorrow like most people say!
 
Excellent news! I am so happy things are progressing so well for you. I may put my own Penis Enlargement hypnosis system out, I figure no one could talk a penis into growing like DLD:)
 
Even though I washed my hands thoroughly after cutting up some peppers yesterday, I experienced some burning on my glans when I tried to start stretching. It hurt somewhat and I applied cold to ease it, and a few minute later I got an erection. I don’t know if this is because my EQ is good or because of capsaicin which is known to be an aphrodisiac, but I know it’s not supposed to be used topically, at least without diluting it first. Please don’t try this, it hurts. As a consequence, my left hand was very irritated and I really could only do sock stretches after this.

I did 26 minutes of kettles and 9 minutes of sock stretches. Like the other day, I did kegels and reverse kegels during this and it made it intense. I also did “Nightly” again yesterdat, but I was in a bad position and my room was way too warm. It’s strange though, I was getting extremely uncomfortable but I found it difficult to move at all. Is this what it’s like to surrender yourself completely to suggestions? At one point I could not ignore the discomfort and began to stir. I stopped, but thankfully the audio was almost over. I had pretty much the same experience as the first time besides ending up drenched in sweat.

I did all 9 minutes of sock stretches in one set today. It’s a hell of a stretch. It’s not painful exactly, but the amount of force I can exert is so great that I can get tired after it. When I did manual stretches I could really feel a pull. When trying to get an erection for the SSJs, my shaft ached a little. I was able to do some SSJs, but only about 7 minutes worth. I am getting used to doing tons of kegels now. I really like the kegel burns, I lost track of how long I held that kegel at full strength. I'm starting to feel sensations in my glans more often while kegeling, which I think is supposed to show that I'm getting stronger contractions.

That is HELL! I have done this so many times, only recently I have trained myself to remember to wear gloves. The penis and the eye lids, peppers will scorch!
 
Yesterday I did my kegels, 28 minutes of kettle bell stretches, 13 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and over 7 minutes of SSJs. Not that much girth work, but a lot of length exercises! I am really enjoying the sensation with kegels now. I can easily hold a max kegel for 10 minutes, and as I’ve said before, I actually feel the kegel in my penis and not just the muscle anymore.

Last night I had some crazy experiences with the other tracks from Wendi Friesen. The feelings I felt were outrageous, and I have an anchor when I touch my thumb and finger together to help me during the day. I'll elaborate on it later in another thread.

Today I did my 9 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and lots of kegels. Like yesterday, most of my kegels feel different than two month ago. I could get an erection but it wasn’t strong enough to do any SSJs. I used my anchor once an hour on the hour 14 times today, and it seemed to work each time. I also visualized going from my brainstem to my penis quickly, which creates a similar sensation, but isn’t linked to a bunch of beliefs. I'm also trying as hard as I can to visualize my exercises before I do them and the penis that I want. After listening to those audio files, I realized it's more than something I want. It's my destiny, the penis my body is supposed to have!
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes total of kettle bell stretches, 9 minutes of sock stretches, manual stretches, and also tried out Blue Whale’s stretch, which I did about 20 minutes of. I did lots of kegels today but I didn’t seem to feel the intensity as much. SSJs didn’t work out. My hypnosis session went well today, I like the feeling.

I woke up very early this morning and decided to do SSJs. I usually get lots of precum anyways while doing this, but I accidentally ejaculated after 12 total minutes. I can’t get enough of this Blue Whale stretch, I’m stretching to exhaustion. I did 75 minutes total today. This afternoon after I was cooling down after the first hour of those stretches, I touched one of my traberculae, the so-called ribs on the erect penis, and it hurt! However, touching it a second time didn’t hurt, and I lost my erection in the next few seconds. It all seemed okay after that and I easily got an erection five minutes later, but I’m a bit confused. Maybe I touched a vein near it? I didn't do sock stretches today.

Later in the evening I did about 8 minutes of SSJs since my EQ had improved a lot. Of course, I did lots of kegels today, which more intense than yesterday. I usually feel a sensation on the tip of my glans halfway through it, and I could hold my kegel at max strength for 12 minutes! It seems so preposterous, as only a month ago I could hardly even hold it for 30 seconds.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, 60 minutes of blue whales, manual stretches and kegels. Could hardly do SSJs. I swear, my EQ is as fickle as a feline. Hypnosis is going well.

I did 60 minutes of the blue whale stretch in one sitting, and lots of kegels today. The stretch was so exhausting I couldn’t do my manual stretches, so I will try to do manual stretches first next time, and get in habit of doing them early. I should mention that this blue whale stretch gives me the weirdest sensation; intense stretches can feel kind of good, and I can easily hold this stretch for several minutes. I had lots of spontaneous erections today. Instead of taking advantage of this I waited until later for SSJs, but could only do 7 minutes.

In the past few days I’ve been getting some strange occurrences. Sometimes my pelvic floor will kegel for no reason, or my penis will twitch. I also noticed that several times a day I am getting that warm, tickling sensation in my penis without even using my anchor. I haven’t really noticed any particular benefits from this yet besides a stronger belief in Penis Enlargement, but I really hope these sensations are for growth. If it really is growing, it’s fascinating that my subconscious is helping me out. I’d especially love to see some flaccid gains in a few months.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, manual stretches, 75 minutes of blue whales, and my kegel routine. I figured I wouldn’t really do sock stretches as much, I want to keep it simple, and I can do blue whale stretches for much longer.

Today I did 60 minutes of blue whales and my manual stretches today. Kegels went well. I didn’t use my anchor as frequently today. I’ve been noticing my penis feels a lot different in the past few days, I can’t completely figure out why. The skin and glans feel different to the touch, a bit softer.

I noticed this a few times over my Penis Enlargement journey. It usually coincided with a gain so it may be good news. The skin would become very supple and soft and next thing I knew I made a gain...almost like the skin was loosening to allow it because soon after the gain the skin would toughen up.
 
Yesterday I did 28 minutes of kettles, manual stretches, 60 minutes of blue whales, and kegels.

Today I did manual stretches, 40 minutes of blue whales, and kegels. I did less stretches than I normally do because of fatigue. I managed to get somewhat of a seal with my ASTJ, and I trying pumping with it, but there is a small leak where the spigot is. When air isn’t getting displaced, it feels like there is no vacuum. After 15 minutes, nothing really happened besides some discomfort.
 
Yesterday my penis felt and looked exhausted for some reason. Maybe it was the pumping the day before? I didn't even get any kind of expansion, but I knew it was doing something internally and to the skin. When I was doing blue whales, when I used my right hand a small blister-like bump would swell on my my glans. I'd also see some kind of swelling around the largest vein on my shaft, though it wasn't the vein itself that was enlarged. I didn't want to aggravate this so I didn't do any more besides kegels.

Today I did 28 minutes of kettle stretches. I usually do these sitting on the edge of my seat, and it's difficult for me to stretch because it's difficult enough to hold the 10lbs up for a minute. So today I tried standing up and actually trying as hard as I could to pull while the kettle bell was hanging, and I could feel more of a stretch. It was tough to hold up though. I also did 60 minutes of blue whale stretches and my kegel routine.

It's been a while since I last updated, but I've been pretty busy for the past few days!
I have still been doing Penis Enlargement for since then except I got pretty exhausted and didn't do any for the past three days until today.
It's been roughly over 3 months since I started Penis Enlargement, but I haven't made many erect gains in my third month, though my BPFSL has increased by 1/8". This is great nonetheless.

I am throwing out the blue whale stretches, I am going to do DLD blasters instead. I've done them before and found it kind of difficult, but it today they didn't seem too bad.

I'm trying to get some money right now and I have just barely enough to get [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I'd love to get all kinds of other devices too! I have quite a wishlist.

I’m going off of the routine on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] forum that was reposted as a sticky the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] subforum. I’m not quite sure how to determine how far I’m actually stretching or if I’m stretching over my erect length. It’s difficult to measure with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] in the way, do I measure something else? I used the silicon tube to strap, it seems to be the easiest thing to use, but I will try out more.

To my surprise, I had lot of precum on my glans about an hour after I took them. I did not mention, but the day before I had a lot of soreness in the base of my penis virtually all day long, and the intensity of it was not uncomfortable, but as powerful if not more powerful than the first day I started Penis Enlargement. I enjoyed this feeling somewhat, it’s interesting and keeps me focused on Penis Enlargement. I didn’t really have this same soreness yesterday, but I have felt like my entire penis was tingling or just sensitive. Somewhat similar to the feeling I had doing hypnosis.

As for my routine, I have mentioned that I do DLD blasters, and since I can’t use my arm well I just use a sock. Not sure if that works as well, at the very least it’s a good sock stretch with kegels and reverse kegels! The way I do it is hold the stretch for 50 seconds and alternate 5 seconds of each kegel. Including both that is 5 reps. After 5 reps I switch hands and do 5 more. I keep switching until I’ve done all 50 in the set.

Yesterday I did 14 minutes of kettle stretches with 10lbs and 1 set of blasters. Not much honestly, but I neglected doing the basic stretches for a while, and I want to start doing all my stretching in the morning. This morning I did 1 set of blasters and did 1 hour in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I during one of the sets I had to readjust, and once I had finished and hour, I struggled for almost 20 minutes trying to get it back on using different kinds of straps. I got frustrated and gave up. It must be because I added a half bar to the total thing, because when I went back to the wrapping method I used the other day it still kept slipping off! I will try again next time with the velcro, as I just figured out how to wrap that thing correctly. If not, I will just use less bars. Once again, I have no idea if I'm stretching beyond my erect length.

I also tried using a heating pad with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I used it for about 30 minutes of the session. Unfortunately it heats up the metal bars and if you shaft touches them it stings. I'm also doing tons of kegels as aforementioned.

Excellent that you are progressing so quickly. I am happy you are using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]comfort system[/words] too, it is really awesome. If you get the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] you will not need more bars unless you are gaining. It is more of a comfort item. Feeling expansion in your glans is a very good sign that the Kegels are doing their job. You sound right on course, remain consistent and motivated!
 
Yesterday I just did blasters and kegels, today I did two 14 minute sets of kettle stretches, blasters, and kegels.

After the blasters I used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3 hours and 20 minutes. I tried to break them up into four 50 minutes sets but it didn't work out for multiple reasons. It was exceptionally difficult to prevent slippage even when the same wrapping I used successfully a couple days ago. I even had to remove the two 1/2" bars. As before I'm not sure if I was stretching as far as I needed to be to make erect gains, so half of the time I was holding a stretch to help it out. I know this shouldn't be necessary but it feels like I am not stretching as much as I should. It's awfully difficult to fit the head piece on even after pressing the bottom piece to the pelvis and depressing the pistons, that one how-to video makes it look so easy!

Even after using some of the comfort wraps and techniques that others have developed, I still cannot stretch as much as I want, and it was even more uncomfortable to use today. My glans didn't react very positively today. In my first set it slipped out 25 minutes in, other times it was stuck in this state of limbo where it was almost slipped out for quite a while. I tried to use the velcro strap a few days ago but apparently I didn't get those velcro things you stick onto the head piece. Are those not included, or are they necessary? I don't yet see what's so special about the velcro strap, but apparently a lot of people like it for the helping with the two problems I'm having with slippage and discomfort.
 
2 velcro straps (black) should be included with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] package. If you do not have them any basic velcro will work and it is an insanely good modification.
 
I've been out of Penis Enlargement for a while, although I've been keeping up with what has been going on. I can't incorporate my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] effectively as I am just terrible at hiding it while moving around, so I will be using that more in the future.

It wasn't for nothing though. I definitely have kept some of my gains, mainly length and EQ. I'm 7" BPenis EnlargementL now, though when I started that was measured sitting, now that is measured standing like it should be. I started another personal journal to reflect on what I've done and what I need to do. Starting the 26th, the next 6 months are going to be a real test of my diligence.
 
I'm keeping it simple right now and conditioning myself for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. It's a wickedly strong tool. After messing with it for a while, it seems that I can only pump for 10 minutes a day maximum, with a 5 minute break between. Any more than this risks creating one of those enlarged lymph vessels that I got last year (which only lasted for a day or two, and was painless, but prevented me from doing more to stay safe).

I still got a slightly enlarged vessel right after and I've been noticing each time I use it, even for 5 minutes, one or two dorsal veins will toughen up. They only do that right at the base of the shaft, where the suction of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] is. They never enlarge or cause pain and dissipate in much less than an hour. Not sure if these are signs that I should move it down to 5 minutes or not. Naturally I warm up and down for at least 10 minutes before any of this.

Also, I'm doing kegels before set of manual stretches, which I do before pumping.
 
Good way to getting back into things! Sometimes it is best to jump right in! I hope the dorsal issue is more a case of enlargement than anything else. I am glad to see you posting and will visit often!
 
Indeed I think the dorsal vein thing is not an issue, it hasn't exacerbated and has actually softened again, but some of the other veins are becoming more prominent.

So I finished Week 1 of the signature routine yesterday (I included a kegel session before manual stretches and during supersets). I think I may not have completely understood the routine: are the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] expressive stretches right before the girth work, or can I do them during the girth work supersets? I mean, can I do those hardcore stretches (until I have finished them) with SSJs in between?

Because of my getting used to this, I assumed I was supposed to do it that way so my sessions wouldn't last too long, but it seems that is not the way it was intended. I'm at 20 minutes supersets right now and didn't want to go 30 min until week 3. I'm trying to stay consistent with this routine for 12 weeks without hurting myself, then evaluate to see what is working for me.

I'm also curious about the week 5 onward with the multiple [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] with the alternative of using one [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] per day in two sessions. I just need to get some clarification.
 
Started Week 2 today. The Blue 65 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Gaiter[/words] is noticeably stronger. I got more tissue expansion than with the Purple 60.
I started using Citrulline Malate to help me do the erect exercises and supersets effectively. You all were right, that stuff is sour! I have supplemented Arginine before and that worked only okay, and I realize that Arginine and its precursors (like Citrulline) take a while before you see the full effect. I will let you all know when there's a difference.

If anyone has answers for my questions in my previous post in this thread, I'd appreciate a reply. :)

To rephrase the questions, should I count the time during expressive stretches separately from the 20-30 minutes of the total girth superset? I combined them and I'm not sure if this is appropriate. Also do you prefer the multiple [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] in one session or one [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] in two sessions per day once you reach Week 5, and why?
 
Today would be the end of my Week 2, but I ran into several challenges all at once.
My EQ was particularly low, I had great difficulty forming a seal (even though I had shaved) necessary for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] expressive stretches which prevented me from doing 2/3 of it, and I ejaculated without warning right before my girth superset. My expansion not very noticeable. I am planning to heal and try to do the work tomorrow, then rest the day after before Week 3 as usual.

I will give the CM another week before I decide to trash it as I suspect it does not work for me.

With that said, I can't and won't let this discourage me; stuff like this is bound to happen at some point. The best I can do is not get frustrated, stick to my plan, and adapt appropriately.
 
My results were great this morning; I got plenty of expansion and had a relatively good seal with the expressive stretches.

This Monday is Week 3, where I will go back to the Purple 60 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], and add another set to my superset, increasing it from 20 to 30 minutes. Considering how I have grown accustomed to the pressure of pumping, I believe I can be closer to the written routine. I had been on the conservative side when I started to make sure my penis didn't explode.

It's only been a week since I've used it but I got this nostalgic feeling for that Purple [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]. Gotta appreciate those temporary gains.
 
Starting Week 3 today! There is something about the Purple 60 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], I think it is stronger than my Blue 65. Those two dorsal veins I mentioned the other week near the base started to toughen up again, I got more red dots than usual, and a donut tried to form as well. I could really feel the expressive stretches today! I know I'm not the only one who has experiences that seem to suggest the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] aren't the strength they are made out to be, but I have to stay consistent.

EQ was okay today but took me several minutes to get a good enough erection, and I only could handle SSJs for a minute. It's almost to the point where I can't do supersets, but I'm still getting good expansion as far as I know.

I wanted to mention that I still use my heating pad on the highest setting for warm ups and warm downs. Takes 5 minutes to warm up, then I apply it for 10 minutes to warm up. Warm downs usually last longer, up to 30 minutes.

If I want to gain consistently, I must train consistently. I have a strong belief that I can reach my short term and long term goals. In fact that is the only outcome I can accept for myself.
 
I've finished Week 3 and it went well. My EQ seems to be alright, but it went back and forth on a couple days. Since I had only used 2 scoops of CM I will up it to 3 scoops per day and try that for a week to see what happens. That is the max I can use I suppose, according to the recommended dosage.

On to Week 4, which will finish my first month of this routine! I'm using the Blue 65 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] again, and like Week 3, I will have 3 sets of 5x5 (I think that is how it goes) in my superset with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words]. I've consistently done my warmups, kegels, manual stretches, and expressive stretches. Doing the downward expressive stretches feels amazing compared to the other directions.
 
Started Week 4 today and ran into some issues. Couldn't get a good seal for the expressive stretch, and I ejaculated during SSJs with only one of the three sets finished in the superset.

I will go try again tomorrow and will finish on Saturday to get the work in. I need to be more careful while I'm on CM, it makes me pretty sensitive.
 
I finished Week 4, and now my first month of this Penis Enlargement routine completed!

The Citrulline Malate has not seemed to increase my EQ yet so I will increase it once more. I don't want to stop using it as it may be helping me in other ways, but I will have to consider an alternative like the Ring of Power. I had been mulling it over for quite some time now and it seems to be the right thing to do.

So after my first month with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words], my BPenis EnlargementL is 7" and my MSEG is 5". In other words, no gains with the ruler.

However, my vascularity has dramatically improved. I'm seeing veins I never noticed before and my largest ones are noticeably bigger. I hope I continue to gain vascularity as I like the look. My EQ is roughly the same, but sometimes my spontaneous erections are rock hard, but I don't get those everyday. In fact, the erection I measured today was not 100%, but it was close enough. I'm not gonna worry about that right now, as I'm certain that I'm gaining and it will be undeniable after my third month.

That dosage should last me several more weeks while I try to get the Ring of Power from Supra.

I finished Week 6 and going on to Week 7, using the Black 70 and Gray 75.
I'm wearing the ROP all day now but I tend to have to take it off before or during sleep as it becomes more uncomfortable than usual.

I had not been cleaning it as effectively as I should before, and when I realized my copper wool (box said it was just as strong as steel wool, apparently it's not) could barely get the waxy buildup off of the copper bar and could hardly get anything at all off of the zinc bar. Once I got something harder to scratch that stuff off, the ROP seems to be back to its day 1 strength. If you have a ROP, clean it everyday until it is shiny as a mint condition coin!

The Erection Quality improvements seem to be synonymous with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penoment[/words] use. I measured yesterday for my second month. I have not gained any erect length or erect girth. Flaccid measurements are the same as well. My erection quality has slowly improved. My vascularity has not improved much from when I first noticed a change, but it is still very different from before I started this routine.

It's all good though, my routine is almost over and I'll be able to evaluate and start a new routine.
 
Good updates, neckercube. Cellular growth and proliferation is a slow-microscopic process; stay diligent and keep at it. Know that cellular changes are being made by the stressors you're placing on your penis and will, in turn, producing measureable gains. Are you currently jelqing?
