Im sure its a manual that tells you what specific supplements to take to change your biochemistry. But what biochemicals are involved with the penis? If you do some research you'll find that Nitric Oxide plays a big role in erection quality. A-AKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) is used to produce NO and HGH, as they say.

The book talks about the same biochemisties and bringing yourself back to puberty state and supplements just as I said.
He also talks about a muscle he calls The VIP Muscles. Its located between the anus and tail bone. You can read a little bit more on locating the muscle at Ehealth Forum

So my recommendations don't waste your money on the penisbible. Take a trip to barnes and noble. Study the book, take its advice. And if his advice works out, buy the book and support the author.

I think I have happily located the VIP Muscle. And I must say I enjoy working it better than the PC Muscle.
My trick for locating it is to the extend your penis upward then contract the VIP Muscle, if you get No tug, then I think you have correctly located it. If your penis tugs, then you Have Not located it but the pc muscle rather.

I am definitely going to give the VIP Muscle a shot because to be honest I never received much good from the PC Muscle anyway.

I read the Free version and now I honestly believe this report could work. It's not expensive(not yet at least) and the ingreients in the report are easy to get in health food stores or order online. Check out the Free report and you just might agree. I started researching the ingredients in the report and all I can say is, I don't see a reason why thiswouldn't work. At least I wouldn't be wasting $100, the report and all the ingredients you need to get don't even cost that much all together. What do you guys think? I'm going to buy it 2morrow and try this out. Avoid black tea, and i definitely would NOT recommend coffee as the base in the case of penis enlargement. The caffeine in coffee (especially a strong one) would counter-act the effect of theobromine in cacao. The former constricts the veins, and the latter keeps them dilated and keeps the blood flowing through the vessels more thoroughly for added "volume" and healing.

On a side-note, the little amount of "caffeine" that RAW Cacao has is not ultered into the sort of chemical "caffeine" compound you find roasted coffee and roasted cacao (which is how chocolate is made), so it doesn't have as much constricting effects on the blood vessels, paving the way for Theobromine's uninterrupted effects on your blood vessels.

The shit works, everyone we knew was amazed how quickly she fully recovered within 3 weeks which was expected to be more like 9-12 weeks. The problem was on my end, sorry Riccardo. I got the file opened with some playing around.

I already had a 5 pound bag of gelatinized Maca in the cuboard. Bought the other ingredients at my natural health store today.

Riccardo seems like a straight up guy and the $9.97 for the complete 3 part program is cheap. I liked the "Secret Potency Report", Riccardo is not selling any product and is not repeating the Penis Enlargement exercises found elsewhere.

The Potency Report website offers most of it's info for Free, you only have to pay for the tips and the 3 Chapter. He is a real straight shooter. Check the [words=http://buymos.pebible.hop.clickbank.net]Penis Bible[/words] and The Potency Report websites and the only difference is that the Potency Report is more realistic and doesn't make alot of unrealistic claims. Now I only need to gather up my ingredients.

So what "myth" is he talking about?

i have recently come accross an article by the same author claiming that at the core of "effective Penis Enlargement" (presumably what he outlines in his course as well) are: oxygen, Human Growth Hormones, nutrition. Learning these in a general sense is well and good, but he had better have a very specific "blueprint" in place for maximizing their benefits to the penis for the $129 to be justified.
