No you’re correct. If you’re going to be doing girth and length in the same day then it’s smart to do length first before girth.Once you have done girth work and your penis has expanded it becomes difficult to stretch due to the erectile tissue. So yes you can do both in the same day but be sure to do length before girth.
 
Yeah, but I think I took the thinking more in depth, perhaps confusing matters by my theory with a thicker penis gaining length being more difficult versus a thinner penis gaining length, due to more size being needed.

?? Very good and important discussion. I don’t think you took it too far in depth the subject has been thought on for a long time. I talked about it a lot in the thread called “The penis is a balloon not they rope” In that study I also said that once in a while it makes sense to do length after girth to see if there is any potential for stretching the erectile tissue after girth work. So just to be cautious I said to do one workout a week where you do girth first and the remainder of the week do you length first.


I have read many posts in my time on the impact of girth effecting length and visa-versa. Some men believe training girth may hinder length gains and I want to debate this. In my opinion Length and Girth not only complement each other but a small gain in both directions increase the total size of your penis then if you made the same gain in any single area

I hear people comparing the penis to rope or a rubber band stating that it is easier to stretch a thinner rope or band in comparison to a thicker one. I completely agree with this theory but I feel it is a poor penile comparison. The penis is more like a balloon as it is filled with blood when we get an erection and emptied when we are flaccid.

The reason I debate this is simple you can't fill a rope with liquid so it is impossible to expand the rope through increasing thickness. But you can expand a balloon length and thickness by increasing its load capacity. When you fill a balloon past it’s capacity it not only grows wider but longer too. The penis is very similar to balloon in that when we fill it with blood during an erection it expands outward and upward.

With that said I think it is a bad decision to neglect girth in hopes for better length gains. I have always trained both Length and Girth with as much intensity as the other with very good results. What are your opinions?”

Certainly with myself I have found it harder to gain length with the girth increasing, but if I hammered it with intensity such as hanging, it would have no choice but to grow. However, chances of injury increase with that.

The greater the risk the bigger the reward! ??But of course we should use as much caution as possible but I’ve always been on the side of working out hard-core.
 
Let me get to my length goal first before focusing on girth. I am looking length master exercises that i haven't done before. I need to change my routine in 2 weeks time.

I remember Red said the dld blasters is very effective for length. Can you guys tell me how the dld blasters is done? Or direct me to where I can watch a video of it being done?
