I have been doing some erect bend before my stretching routines and have started to look alot longer.I think the stretching after the bends gets to the tunica real good.

Indeed! I created DLD Bends for this very reason plus the fact that they train a very difficult area of the penis, the side walls and adding width along girth and length. Slow Squash Jelqs are a similar tool in Tunica distraction:):):) Bends and Squash's will always expand the Tunica and allow for even greater Length, Width and Girth gains. Sometimes the biggest limit to expansion is the fact that the tunica is not hit with enough intensity, always put some focus on the tunica through methods above and through stretching in upward positions.

Confirmation from the great one that I am doing something right thanks dld and I am going to look up dld bends right now.P.S 2 weeks ago I quit doing girth work which was mainly ssj"s and I started a heavy stretching routine.Then after 2 days I got a crazy girth expansion that had me at a solid 6.4 or 6.5 inch girth with more then two inches width on the top of my shaft.I was only 5.6 or 5.7 in girth and this happened from manaul streching.
It did go away after 3 days tho which I was very pissed about but I am thinking what caused it to leave was me stopping my ssj routine.
From what you said about I have a pretty good idea what happened and I think when I return to my ssj routine I will do stretching after instead of before.

The Slow Squash Jelq is unbeatable and I do not say this because I created it, I say it for the truth. The reason it is the most powerful girth exercise is it eliminates one thing most girth exercises ignore, the loss of blood in between strokes, this does not happen with the Slow Squash Jelq due to the dual compression used. Another important point is how much intensity is applied is a concentrated, small movement area...even though there is no stroke, the SSJ gives many times the intensity due to the compression. It is far easier to expand through compression than it is manipulation but in a world where all things are perfect, we have both present during girth, and the Slow Squash Jelq does.

In addition, it should be noted that the Slow Squash Jelq done in 5 minute sessions countered, or super-setted with water pumping (Bathmate, Hydromax, Extreme, X-40, X-40, x-40, Penoment, X-40, etc.) for 5 minutes and this repeated in sets the expansion is EXPLOSIVE and UNREAL!

good to know...I am saving the devices for when my length gains stop from manual...then I plan on buying the sg and Bathmate.

Good ideas..heres the link to the thread I did years back here at MOS on the flappy skin ''turkey neck'' and creeping hair on the shaft. I think these play a role in tracking our gains. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70

I just stopped doing hardcore stretches with the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System because I noticed that my penis skin was becoming excessive. I will just focus on pumping and SSJ, no more hardcore stretches.
