hey everyone, this is sort of my theory on lig stretching. and its the reason for some problems, like the saggin skin redzulu talks about, and the reason measuring standing and sitting are different, and has to do with limits on gains.

The diagram will make more sense than my description, and please ignore the shitty ass drawing.

starting at the top left with the initial structure, thats how the average penis will be pre-Penis Enlargement. the red line is the suspensory ligament, and it holds the penis up to the pelvis. this lig is the first to be stretched.

now on the top right we have the same penis after some good lig stretch induced length gains. there is some lengh gain measured straight out (the yellow line). Also notice that the ligs(red) are stretched out onto the shaft. This is acompanied by skin, causeing what redzulu calls the flappy skin. It hides some non-bp length, but is not the same as a fat pad.

Now in the bottom left we have the same penis as in the top right, but angled down. This is like the way Mandingo always bends his hips forwars, like in a sitting position, exposing more length. when you roll your hips forward or sit, your angle between penis and pelvis changes, the penis is actually angled down. Now when you measure like this, a dick with stretched ligs will have a longer BP length because the ruler is not pressing a different spot on the pelvis, and more penis (that used to be internal) is angled away from the pelvis. The penis could be 8 inches BP in this position, but 7.5 or even 7 in the pic on the top right. Also, the purple lig, which i think is called the fundiform lig. comes into play now.

Now in the bottom right, there has been even more lig stretch, the purple lig has been stretched, and the reds even more. Now the angled measurment is even more, maybe 9 or so, but if measured straight out, it will still be 7-7.5

I hope this makes sense. i will explain more if anyone has questions.
 
Imho, this post is really good, and explains what I believe is happening as the ligaments are being stretched over time. Also seems to offer a good explanation for the turkey neck.

It is amazing how much easier a concept is to understand when there is a picture. I tried to talk about something similar to this on the peforum years ago and I could not explain it and you have done a beautiful job. I made the analogy of the arm in it's bent position measured from where the top of the forearm to the wrist (for argument sake lets say this measurement is 9") and then extend the arm and make the same measurement and in most cases it will be 1-2" longer.
 
Wow, youve made me have to rethink my whole strategy and I've been in the game for yonks now. Nice work, Ive never had the thoery of the inner penis comming out be explained in such a clear way before.
 
Nice post and theory... But what to do to gain nbpel standing up then!!!

I have also noticed an incrase in lenght sitting (only 0,2) down while standing up has been about the same..
 
in my opinion, the only way to gain that length standing up once you have passed those slight lig gains is standing, is tunica lengthening. The problem is that the tunica is extremely tough, almost all collagen. I dont think that tunica stretches do anything, so I am using a [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes-extender[/words], hoping [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] will cause tunica growth.

I have gained well from lig stretches and tunica stretch but it could be from using my home made [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]. I think the way to gain that nbel would be from hard stretching at upward angles and high side to side stretches. my start NBEL was 7 3/8" now 8 1/8" BPel is 8 5/8 standing or laying down. I don't think the tunica is all that hard to stretch, I feel my best stretch during erect stretching.
 
That drawing is exacly what I was taking about in my thread about between the legs stretching. My point of connection is very high, hense my straight up erections, limiting my flaccid hang. In your drawing, the more the ligs are stretched, the better, or lower, the flaccid hang. Imagine a 6 inch flaccid hang of the external penis in the first drawing as opposed to the last. Same length, but it "hangs" lower from the body, looking much longer.

I don't guess I understand how sitting or standing makes a difference in length... I mean the lig is only so long right? I just went through the motions, and it seems to me that the, if anything, the angle of the pelvis might tilt slightly back when you sit, unless you intentionally roll your hips forward/arch your lower back, which I don't do while measuring. Can anyone clarify that for me please? Sorry if I'm alittle slow on the uptake here.

That diagram expains why my ligs are more sore from intense stretching because I squat down(like your about to take a squating shit or like women pee outside) and do my downward stretches in this position. It allows for more force this way too!

So does the suspensory lig get stretched more when sitting and the fundiform lig gets stretched more when standing or it doesn't matter if your sitting or standing while stretching?
 
actually we should find a way for what my graphic shows to archieve the ultimate possible gain.

somehow that part of the shaft has to be uncoverable.
 
are you guys trying to say that standing measurement should stay the same!? thats impossible (that would mean that DLD is around 6-7 inches standing up......). Or are you trying to say that stretching everything but the ligs is a lot harder....
 
i get the drawing, but to me, a gain is a gain right? am i missing something? my non-bone pressed increases with my bone-pressed, it's just harder to get a perfect reading because the base of my penis isn't so sharply defined from my fat pad anymore, if that makes sense?

There will always be a difference due to your body position. I supposed if you worked on posture (if posture is poor) this may help but usually there will always be a difference.

A lot of information on that but I tell you the best method for expanding tunica is erect, and I mean VERY ERECT, jelling and squeezing. This forces the tissue to deform and if healing tactics are followed the enlargement will be even quicker. Strange that girth work effect length so much but it really does. And in this, you too will be expansing width wise so it is an all around good practice.
 
I really really wish I could see the attached images. I don't even know where the ligaments are I'm ashamed of that I guess but I've googled it and haven't found much at all on the ligaments
 
I agree with the LOT drawings. I thought measuring at an angle down was cheating, lol, which it may be but results are motivating.

All I could do for the last two months is erect manual stuff like that, due to travelling light.

It makes sense that any tunica mod works for length because tunica is a hydraulic form, a balloon. Links or detail for "healing tactics"?
 
The more grip strength someone has then, the better for pe!

If women knew this they would stop looking at shoe sizes and noses, look for thick gnarly fingers, and shake hands more.
 
I have been doing some erect bend before my stretching routines and have started to look alot longer.I think the stretching after the bends gets to the tunica real good.

Indeed! I created DLD Bends for this very reason plus the fact that they train a very difficult area of the penis, the side walls and adding width along girth and length. Slow Squash Jelqs are a similar tool in Tunica distraction:):):) Bends and Squash's will always expand the Tunica and allow for even greater Length, Width and Girth gains. Sometimes the biggest limit to expansion is the fact that the tunica is not hit with enough intensity, always put some focus on the tunica through methods above and through stretching in upward positions.
