review of the phallosan forte

Ok so i have worn the new version of the phallosan for a week and let me tell you im impressed i will give you the good and the bad on this product. well there is very little bad with the phallosan but i will go over the bad first then on too the good.

first off the company offers no spare parts other then the penis cap sleeve and the outer sleeve that goes on the bell. also the price on the sleeves for the bell are price 29.99 for just one sleeve. i emailed the company about spare parts and they only offer the belt but no penis cushioned ring and no locking part that goes on the end of the belt that attaches to the locking part that attaches to the bell shows tension you are using. nor do they offer purchase of the bells or the micro pump. now the plus is that they warranty all parts other then those they sell so theoretically you can get then for free if you break them or they malfunction. for me i just purchased a whole second kit as i can see losing the pump or the bell or even breaking the pump some how by accident.

now the good
i have only lost suction once while wearing the device. it never caused blistering. Comfort with this product is unmatched i have used ever device on the market trying to find the one you can sleep in and wear with eases during the day, and only this product has offered this. why do i say this as the Penis Master pro is comfortable and you can wear it for tons of hrs. well with the pro you need to use the lube every-time you re apply this means that you must travel with the lube and with a bulky pump or use the pump tube with the stopper. with the belt the pro works like the phallosan but i found the shape of the penis pro annoying due to how round it was and i got some pinching on the shaft. i got none of these things from the phallosan. my wear time with the phallosan has been no lower then 8 hrs but normal wear is time per day is from 12 to 20 hrs i can wear this device for 4 hrs plus with out any issues but i due take it off every 4 hrs to use the bathroom and allow the small amount of fluid dissipate over 30 min.

fluid retention is almost 0 on this thing. there micro vacuum is awesome it is small and and only allows enough pressure in the bell to hold you in but it is also quite strong it in one word is perfect vacuum device plus it is attaches to the bell the bell has 3 symbols on it one is a dual arrow this is were you put the pump on to the bell then a quarter turn there is a pump icon you pump on this icon then turn it to the lock icon this lock suction in. so pump and bell and belt become one unit this allows for quick on quick off nothing to put in your pockets nothing to lose. the negative is if you lose the pump when not locked on the bell your fucked. and will have to wait till they send you another. thats why i bought a second kit.

so were did i wear this thing well i wore it out to the bar i also forgot i had it on and was showing some one some martial art moves not grappling stand up with some kicks. its just that comfortable.now im sure you will be thinking this thing must have no tension but it feels like 300-600 grams of tension but knowing if you are at right tension level is as easy as if you can see green this is the perfect tension used in there study, yellow or red are max tension amounts on the spring loaded tension bars that attaches to the bell and then locks on the belt. green is at the bottom of the bars yellow and red above that. they make it really easy for the user to make sure they are in the green.

sleeping in the device is awesome the sleeves are so light that they dont constrict blood flow during night erections. no pain and i never have woken up because of it.

i can attach the device in like 30 seconds and take it off in about the same time. ok after one week my flaccid hang is much longer and my wife has been complaining about increased size. now i am also using the Penomet 2 times per day about 15 min each time. i have been thicker in the pump since i started using the phallosan. i think the key to this device and were others fail is that wear time is so easy and in such large numbers that growth a cures.


all in all i think this device kicks ass and is made very well but the sleeves are delicate and it is a must to apply baby powder the the sleeve and the glands cap. at least a couple times per day. i would buy at least 1 extra sleeves i can see them tearing although none have tore yet for me. i will do an update in in 30 days.

The below and above are post i copied from my pe gym thread over first 2 weeks of wear. i went kind of crazy and maxed out tension and wore it directly after doing my penomet 20 min session at night and got small red spot. i then didnt lay off but kept tension at max and the red spot became a small tear this healed in 3 days so no big deal nore did it hurt i had to really look at it to see that there was a layer of skin missing. this was not the fault of the product but me the user getting crazy with it. but i want to have a full account of what i did and what not to do for others.


ok so wore it for 10 hrs while i slept last night it did lose slight amount of suction but no fluid to speak of and just one small red spot on the tip. so far im at 6 hr today. keep you posted on gains and any negatives. oh i have run through one of the medium sleeves already so im thinking they are good for about 2 weeks maybe 3 but this is a negative for those who dont have the 60 bucks per month on sleeves after the 319 price tag. i would say the price of the phallosan is good but they should make the sleeves more like 10 bucks or like 5 for 40. not one for 29.99 but there is no product on the market that is this good or has this type of wear time.

ok so i finally was to over zealous i had it on green for the first week and a half then i wore it for 10 hrs while sleeping and i got a small red dot on the tip of the glands it was just red but i then wore it for another 8-10 and maxed out tension. i then pumped and with penoment and strapped it on for like 4 hrs when i took it off i had a slight surface skin tear.very small but i have to stop for at least 24 to 48 hrs. so the i guess i should have just followed the directions and this would not have happened.

ok so i did a quick weight test on the tension indicator and to my amazement it max weight is about 4 lbs actually a little more this equals 1814.37 grams of tension so if any one thinks it doesnt pull hard they are mistaken. just for reference the jess extender is 1500 grams the Penis Master 1100 i think.

this is around 600 grams of tension at max at each color.

the penis master recommends 600 grams of tension. all the others recommend 1200 once you have gone through a breaking in stage.

DLD had posted this first on pe forum as some of the same guys are on here are on there as well. the guy from phallosan wrote on my review and emailed his supervisors about cheaper sleeves because it was one of my major complaints, i think you should contact them get some kind of discount thing going as this product is really well made. it is the first product i have ever worn all night with out issue. 10 hrs straight while sleeping but i think to be safe 6-8 should be make 30 min off. repeat.

the above post is from about 5 weeks ago i wore it for 2 then had the skin issue right before leaving for fl for 10 day then back home biz was crazy so one more week no pe except for the penoment. now back at it.

some tips and hints for phallosan forte users.

ok i was having some issues with loss of suction at first i thought condom sleeve i powdered it like instructed in the owner manual. but still kept losing suction. so i thought it was the pump. but it wasn't it was the condom sleeve you see the sleeve,( i use medium sleeve medium bell) is tighter when new but stretches out over time and the powder caused some kind of slow leak but if you dont use the powder then the sleeve adheres to the penis and no loss of suction or very little.

some extra instrutions i think will help
i put on the head sleeve then insert all the way into the bell roll sleeve down all the way then check for any skin that is pulled up or bunched up roll sleeve up to the head condom base pull any loss skin down. then hold on the condom were it meets the head sleeve pull forward to keep penis tight then roll sleeve down, i then apply pump rotate to pump icon i keep the penis almost at the base of the bell then start pumping till i cant pump any more then rotate to lock icon and apply belt

30 min i check suction and then rotate to pump to make sure it is tight seal then rotate back to the lock icon. re fasten the clip of belt to bell then leave on for 4 hrs.

ok so good news i just went to pe gym and the rep julian said that company approved for any new person buying phallosan forte direct from them next week you will get 3 extra sleeves of your choosing. dont buy it till it says you get you 3 extra sleeves, at least there willing to work with the pe community i told there rep on pe gym to contact dld to see if they can workout a deal through the sites any discount for the pe community is a good one. also i recommended they change or add the tension levels of green yellow and red for users on there site and they said they are going to add that as well. i remember when you had to pay a grand for the jess extender now the pe world is so big companies are truly listening to the pe community.

The problem is that we are for the first time launching our product in the USA. Therefore there are not too many which can already report about it.
In Europe we have around 4 Million customers, mainly in Germany, as phallosan is being paid by the Governmental health insurance due to the clinical trials.
Therefore there are sadly not a lot English speaking customers ..... till now

I definitely agree with you that the costs are the main reason for not purchasing the product. The costs are that high because of the materials being used and of course due to the manufacturing (molding). Phallosan is a Medical product class one, therefore the product is being tested if there are any materials causing allergic reaction. The condoms for example are made out of Medical silicon which doctor’s use for implants (so highest quality). But that does not matter, as the customer is king! Since we were not able to lower the price we decided to add 3 condoms free of charge. So you would have 4 condom sleeves in total, which you can use for 8-10 month.

If a condom breaks in just a day or two due to a material issue, we would ask you to please make a picture of the condom, send it to us and we replace it for him.

Are you still using this? I am thinking about getting one.

I went ahead and bought the phallosan, should be in sometime this week. I really hope it's not a wasted 350 dollars.

I am using the phallosan right now. There is not Penis Enlargement device as confortable as Phallosan out there. However, I am also using Sizegenetics with VLC tugger, penomet and jelqing routine. My goal is to use Phallosan during sleeping time at night.

I will keep you guys update with my progress.

still using the phallosan its been 8 weeks i have gone from the medium bell to the to the large bell and i used to be to small for the large condom even after pumping but now fit in it nicely i am in the in-between the medium condom i was at 5 .75 clamped max expansion now around 5.90 it looks longer but im reserving measuring length till the 3 -4 month mark as study was an inch in 6 months.

i were the device 10 hr per day with no issues and you can sleep with it on i just dont sleep all night with it on cuz i get up to pee and take it off and never put it back on.

so far this device is the best out there bar none no pain tons of hrs in and the tension level in the full red goes to 6 lb but i stayed in green mid way in the first 6 weeks now i bumped it up to yellow great stretch. i have been on the other pe website because the support thread is there and the rep from phallosan is on there to help other out with questions. one guy who is a newbie gained 1/2 inch in six weeks. im 2 inch in so my gains i assume will be slower.

it is more expensive then most stuff but you can buy stuff you have to modify and fiddle with to get in maybe 6 hr or you can get phallosan forte and just strap it on and were it all day long with no restrictive type movements nor any pain super wear time no one on the other thread does i think less then 8 hr per day. its a no brainer to me.

now there is a small learning curve putting it on for some but for me it was easy and i never had an issue they are giving away 3 extra condoms if regular condoms are loss ask for smalls if reg condoms fit as for medium if you are 5.5 girth medium will work perfect for you if you are 6 then large is what you want. or you can ask for 1 small 2 medium or 2 medium 1 large or any combination you like.

ill stop back here to check if any one has questions other wise you can find me on the other site pe gym. both these sites are great but there are not tons of people on here yet trying phallosan so im over there more.

Great review! I've been thinking of getting an extender to round out my routine.

One thing I've wondered is what happens after the six month point. It seems that device studies are for a period of months and show encouraging results. After that, what happens? If you use the Phallosan Forte for six months and gain an inch, will you continue to gain with further use? Intuitively I'd say yes, but it would be great to know if anyone has any experience.

Yeah, I'm about 3wks into using it. And I agree the device is pretty awesome. I'd give the company a couple more months and they'll be trying to sell parts and stuff. Though did company site says the offer a 2-year warranty on parts. Not sure if you gotta pay for something though.

Interesting, I've been looking at this for a bit but really hadn't seen any English reviews that didn't seem like they were actually ads. I cannot wear my SG to work or to sleep in so I've considering going with this. Would have already pulled the trigger if not for the cost. I gained a LOT back I could do manuals and wear the SG for hours at a time because I worked from home. Now that I have a job I GO to I simply can't wear it during the day anymore, far too bulky a device.

Maybe time to start saving.

After long thinking about on whenever to get a vacuum traction device the phallosan forte seems to be it, so I will get one.

Just in case you rip your condoms, a quick temporary replacement is to use a balloon. Take a look at the pics.

9inchtall there is a better and much more efficient alternative that will last probably ever..Buy a silicone sleeve from the vacextender site..The condoms are too expensive, worst thing about Phallosan is their condoms...Anyway, for $20 bucks you get a long silicone sleeve that you can make 3 smaller sleeve for the phallosan, and they NEVER rip unless there is a tear at the edge which you can easily get rid of with a scissor...They are thicker than the condom sleeves and a medium silicone will be just a bit tighter than condom sleeves but they also stretch more so you will have no problem with the circulation..1/3 of the sleeve I use for PHallosan, the other 2/3 I wear it as an anti-turtle device, it is about 5 inches in length.

Here's what it said on my receipt

so medium soft replacement sleeve i think, cost $20.00 USD.

The condoms are fucking ridiculous! I'm so glad I found the sleeve alternative from a member named DreamOn at Penis EnlargementGym. I got 4 condoms from them and I'm left with the last one, and I've only reached 90 hours so far..I already checked the baloon method and it seems like a cool way to prevent wasting time because of a ripped sleeve..But the silicone is so great, I got them last week and it was MUCH less easier to put on and wear after the first time, EVEN the first time as the condom sleeves are just too hard..I did rip a little bit of the silicone accidentally after my first set with it but that was because there was a tear at the edge so always make sure to get a scissor and cut .2 MM or a little bit more off the silicone edge so you know there is no more tears and it will likely last you for a very long time..
