Tbh the condom sleeves rip too easily, I just ordered a few silicone sleeves from autoextender, they are much better, you never lose suction, unfortunately the shipping and other fees cost almost half of hundred...

I'll goggle again the phallson is ment to be really comfortable wearing all day at say 1-2 kilos should!! Give gains
Oh I can definitely wear it all day and night no problem...I was just amazed at how effectively this gave me fatigue with less than 1 kilo of tension...I have worn mine for 6-8 hours no problem, I also wear it at night while sleeping for 4-5 hours. then I wake up and take it off and get some sleep again...

Look up ab silicone on Google. I ordered something called a pump sleeve that I think may work for the phallosan. I should get it Monday so I'll try then and report back.

I tried the pump sleeve today. It's basically the same as the xleeve, but you can only make two condoms for the phallosan with them, instead of the three you can make with xleeve.
The cost is $17.99 and shipping is included in that. Only down side is it comes in one size. So guys with bigger girth may find it too tight. I'm only 4.75 eg and even smaller flaccid, so it works great for me.

yeah the shipping fee is fucked up lol messed up how its so cheap in US but on the north, its almost 40 bucks and I live less than 40 km away from US border lol...2 new xleeves shall arrive this week, the sleeve I'm using now is my first sleeve, experimental, and this has lasted me almost a 100 hours so far...I'm sure 6 of them will go on for much longer...
Some honest personal opinion of my own on Phallosan and the Sleeve,
Earlier today I almost injured myself today while working out at the gym and doing cardio with the Phallosan on...When I touched my dick near the frenulum afterwards I had a sharp pain whenever I touched it, it was hurting while taking it off, and I saw a straight line made through the frenulum horizontally from the protector cap + vacuum, maybe one of the veins near the frenulum got cut, thats how the pain felt...Phallosan is a very comofrtable device that I sleep with without any problems, but the thing is EACH time you put it on it is slightly different, and every time I get some foreskin sucked in between the chamber and also the sleeve and that makes me very uncomfortable...Sometimes it will itch on the glans which is INSIDE the chamber that you can not touch and do I even need to explain how bad and uncomfortable it feels when you are itching like a motherfucker in a very sensitiive spot but can't itch it hahaha fuck
