I'm a believer of Ballooning/Edging produces gains. Can someone provide sciencetific facts?

Also something I seen someone say. There comment was "Dont do kegels, They are making blood build up in the prostate" They went on to say that isn't good & some other stuff how it really doesn't make the penis hold more blood. I do kegels daily and may never stop but Is any of that stuff about kegels true?

In short, it's all about boosting natural supplies of HGH/DHT/PGE-1 in the body...then pumping as much blood into the penis as you possibly can. As you get hornier, and feel the urge to ejaculate, you hold back, then massage the penis close to another ejaculation. Keep doing this, without blowing your load.

What this does is get the nutrients in the blood - the neurotransmitters, the DHT, and the HGH into the penis to force growth. The PGE-1 is the elastic hormone, meaning - it makes the spongy tissues more elastic. So the penis is able to stretch further. You notice that when you are close to ejaculating, your penis is literally throbbing. You have the most amount of blood in there. The PGE-1 will allow the chambers to stretch further, when it does, the DHT and HGH will help create more cells. If you do this on a regular basis, the penis is forced to expand and create the new cells.

Note. Anyone who is doing Penis Enlargement should be in taking either evening primrose oil, borage oil, or black current oil. It has high concentrations of GLA, which the body uses to manufacture PGE-1 in the body. It will work well with stretching.

Evening primose has 10% GLA, Black Current Oil has 18% GLA, and Borage Oil has 24% GLA. If you decide to get borage oil, make sure it is 'PA free' otherwise it will be a little toxic to the liver.

What is the secret of flaccid hang? I'm very close to my length goal but my flaccid hang has not change in the last few years. I really don't fell I need a 9-10 incher But will I have to strive for a oversized unit to get my flaccid size to improve.
 
Uncle Jim's Strapping Method will bring your flaccid size very close to your erect size. It is easy and effective.
 
If I am looking for length gains only right now, should I just concentrate on your Newbie routine of stretches ? I read where girth exercises sometimes make length gains more difficult to attain and I want to lengthen asap. I was going to get Bathmate as I read your comments on it via girth and length(stretches) but I am definitely getting the Size Genetics device. Should I purchase the length master and Size Genetics if I am solely focused on length or should I go another direction ? My hands grow weak after 45 min of Newbie stretches. Thanks
 
When I measure BPFSL, am i supposed to be measuring to the tip of my penishead or just the shaft?
 
I wear penis extender for about 3-4 hours daily. Every 1 hour, I take off my extender then do bundle twist and stretching with LM. I have been doing this for 2 days. I realize that my erection is getting weaker than before. I am doing 5 days on and 2 days off. Today will be my 3rd day.

1. Do you think I should take a day off? or should I just continue doing the exercise with LM and wearing extender?

2. With LM, how much force should I apply? Should I pull with 100% force/pull as hard as i could? I notice that if i pull really hard, my penis will turtling after the LM session.
 
DLD with girth exercises like SSJ or any for that matter, It is better to do less reps with longer holding time or multiple reps with moderate time?

Also Why is there no talk that you can only use water based lubes with pumps? I was told by a sex shop worker that anything other than that will ruin the sleeves in the pumps over time.
 
i just got the Bathmate last week. its my first pump and i haven't really done any Penis Enlargement exercises. my question is how should my penis feel when i use the Bathmate? the directions say i should not feel any pain, but i feel some pain at the head. the pain is more intense intially when i give it an extra pump after every few minutes. after about 15-20 mins, i get random fluid bluges in on the sides of my penis. i'm pretty sure this isn't suppose to happen. what am i doing wrong?

There is a learning curve and the Bathmate does bring some new feelings that other Penis Enlargement does not. Ease into the intensity, maybe give yourself a week to get there. Start out gentle and work slowly, over that week, to the maximum intensity.
