Also something I seen someone say. There comment was "Dont do kegels, They are making blood build up in the prostate" They went on to say that isn't good & some other stuff how it really doesn't make the penis hold more blood. I do kegels daily and may never stop but Is any of that stuff about kegels true?

In short, it's all about boosting natural supplies of HGH/DHT/PGE-1 in the body...then pumping as much blood into the penis as you possibly can. As you get hornier, and feel the urge to ejaculate, you hold back, then massage the penis close to another ejaculation. Keep doing this, without blowing your load.
What this does is get the nutrients in the blood - the neurotransmitters, the DHT, and the HGH into the penis to force growth. The PGE-1 is the elastic hormone, meaning - it makes the spongy tissues more elastic. So the penis is able to stretch further.
