I remember years ago I said I wanted to have the record for the worlds largest penis. Strange thing is ever since I broke the 10" BP length mark I never really thought about it much. I guess, in someways, I thought anything longer would just look odd. I think, as I was gaining from the beginning, my understanding of what penis size is changed. I guess you could say I became stagnant. Anyway, since I have been using the LM and doing various forms of Penis Enlargement (like my testing the FastSize Extender) I have become very active again. The other night I realized I fell upon another VERY POWERFUL ligament lengthening exercise I call the DLD DEEP LIG JELQ.

I became very, very sore after performing this exercise. It is very intense. I am doing this article 2 days after exercise and I am still feeling the "good" soreness and fatigue associated with length gains.

It is strange at first but you will quickly realize the potential after one session. You will need to be sitting (preferably reclined a bit) as this position is crucial to the exercise.

Get your self 100% erect. Now, in the erect state, using both hands, bring all the penis skin up as far as you can. Once in this position reach deep for the ligaments and once grabbing them stretch out and down. I do this for 20 to 30 minutes and I can't take anymore.

I think this exercise will not only elongate the ligs very quickly but it will also be the fastest way to cement erect gains. After a session you will be VERY SORE. I was sore for 2 days after a session so I only do this every 3 days.
 
dld, this exercise sounds very promising. when you say, 'bring the skin all the way up' you mean all the way back to the base right? also, are you doing these wet or dry? and lastly, do you think a missionary type position is good for these, like on a chair with your feet resting on a higher table top or counter? thanks!

Yes, all skin, right down to the base, get it out of the way so you can stretch those ligs. I do them dry. Your position sounds even better.
 
could you visualize the exercise somehow? i don't really understand it.

Exactly. After all skin is brought upwards I grip at the extreme base and stretch out and down or up.

I believe this is the stretch. Take note that the picture is my own creation, and it may be incorrect from how DLD planned the stretch. It still does stretch, however, so either way, give it a try.

I tried this stretch quickly about three days ago. By quickly I mean less than a minute. The following day I still noticed a little pull. I was impressed, so I tried it for longer and with more intensity. I awoke that night to use the bathroom, when I looked down at my hanging member, it was the longest hang I've ever seen. And of course, 2 days later, I'm still sore.

And yes, the wrists are the size of the shaft.

YAY, you understand! Is this not the most intense exercise? Crazy!
 
I did this, along with some of the Bundled Lig Lengtheners I posted in a thread with the same title and had quite possibly the best stretches of my Penis Enlargement life. Love them!
