No. Have sex as much as you want.

There are limits on exercises. For instance, you don't want to fatigue yourself to the point where you're having bad erections/EQ.
If that happens I would revise a routine or change things around to try to avoid this from happening.

just dont have sex within like 6 hours of girth work, preferably more if you can, as you want your eq to be 110%

yea. i mean it may be different for you, but its mainly advised to not masturbate or have sex close before your girth work as it can take away from the intensity, youll have to find the sweet spot for yourself through trial and error

This is fine. You only need enough time before your girth workout to be able to sustain good erection quality. Some guys are very quick in returning good erection quality after orgasm but some need much more time. For me, girth is always done at night where I know that I will have good eq, after a solid session of girth work I then will allow orgasm.
 
You pretty much have free range on whatever exercise you want before or after sex. It's just that if you want to be @ your best in terms of EQ. Then it might be advised that you slow down on things nearing sex. I'm not sure if you've done workouts before sex, if you have then you know what you're capable of doing. Your limits are when your penis tells you to stop because it can't keep up w/ your exercises and perform sex at the rate you're going. You're just going to have to gauge things. There is no one size fits all solution for when to do what and how much. Your penis/body will either adapt or you fill face consequences and not be able to perform.

i can get a solid erection very quickly after sex, however i just dont feel like i can go intensely, internally it doesnt feel good. thats why i like to way atleast 6 hours, and usually atleast 24 hours

You can use whenever you feel the need to. I don't like saying anything concrete, but yes the results should be good. Helps put girth into perspective seeing temp gains at least.

do it whenever you want, aslong as its consistent and intense. try and keep them around the same each day, e.g. if you usually do length in the morning and girth in the evening, try and keep it that way just so you can better track things and remain consistent, aswell as troubleshoot if things arent going well. as for amount of times per week, that depends on how much you can take
