My question is: "is doing Penis Enlargement like working out in the sense we have to be consistently doing these exercises to maintain the size/girth enlargement and lose it if we stop or are the gains permanent?"
 
Hi DLD, my question is about rest days. I find that more than 2 days girth work in a row (pumping/jelquing supersets) makes me sore and begins affecting my EQ so that it becomes more difficult to perform the exercises at the maximum efficiency. From the sheer standpoint of cell and tissue regrowth, is this fatigue something I should try to "push through" in spite of the reduced quality of the exercises? Or is it a sign that I need to take a day off to let the tissue regrow so that I can always perform the exercises at the max?

If I have little time to dedicate to P.E. , it's possible to split the routine during the day in mini sections ( for example 10 minutes sections)?

now my routine is one hour a day in the evening,
I dedicate half an hour to A-Stretchs(30sec one rep)
and the other half to SSJ(30sec and jelquing in between reps)

I don't count the reps but I measure the time for the routine,
I want to split it in mini section of 10 minutes,
like you suggest in the video I can split in three 10 minutes of A-Stretchs,
and then three 10 minutes of SSJ,
my doubt is how can I deal with the warming up in this short sections?
what do you think about my routine? :)
