Seriously dude, I have never pumped before and I was as giddy as a school girl when I read that......If that is so, then pumping and jelqing should go hand in hand.....If your girth can temporarily skyrocket, then there is no reason why you cant cement those gains right???
How much on average would you gain in girth in a pumping session???
Can you gain any temporary length also??

i'd also like to incorporate pumping back into my Penis Enlargement routine. alone i think pumping is quite worthless, but when incorporated with jelqing and other girth exercises i think it can be very very beneficial
 
I've been pumping irregularly for about the past 8 years. I think pumping is very good for doing two things: stretching/enlarging the tunica and building a bigger/better circulatory system down there. I don't think it's good for much else, however. As an illustration, I gained perhaps 0.25" in permanent girth (5.3"->5.5ish) with all the pumping that I've done. Length gains were not much better.

So then why do it? I'll tell ya why: preparation for your larger, Penis Enlargement-enhanced cock. Back when I started pumping, there was no Penis Enlargement. The very first time I heard of jelqing was in 1998. Pumping, despite its apparent inability to build a bigger dick, stretched my tunica like you wouldn't believe. This was especially noticeable when I was flaccid. Not a bigger hang or anything, but a great deal more skin was there, sorta like a bigger balloon. Also, from the very first day that I ever tried pumping, I saw veins pop up that I had never seen before. More and more pumping brought up more veins and expanded the existing ones. Still, I was not getting any/much bigger.

You know what happened next? I never really got into jelqing, but eventually discovered squeezes/compression. Girth gains have come fairly easily since then, I'd say. Up until I joined this board a little over a month ago, I was terribly inconsistent with my routine. Still, I managed to gain about 0.5" in girth without doing a whole lot. I really attribute the ease in girth gains to my initial pumping effort.

These days I don't pump very much at all, but on occasion I still do it. I really recommend it to everyone out there who wants to gain girth. I don't see how it can do much for length, since it doesn't stretch your ligaments at all. Case in point: length gains have always been difficult for me. I started at 5 7/8" and I'm at just under 7" these days. Girth has always been much, much easier for me.
 
What would be a good width and length size cylinder to get for an 8.25bp or 7.5npb and 5.125in girth, try to gain as much girth as possible? thanks.

Im so pissed now....Seeing my posts from back in July, right excited about buying a pump....now december, and I am just now getting around to getting one......story of my life :blush:
 
I started squeezes/compression in February 2002, which I think were most responsible for the gains. So, I've gained that half inch since then (from about 5.5" to 6" EG). That's a period of 2 years, 9 months. It may not sound like much, but consider that my routine couldn't be more inconsistent. I'd skip a week here and another week there. I'd rarely do it on consecutive days. I think the most I ever did it in a week was maybe 4 or 5 days out of the possible 7. Most of the time I'd be only 2 or 3 for 7. Still, I gained.

To put it all together: I gained nearly 0.25" pumping and another 0.5" with squeezes/compression. I've been pumping irregularly for about the past 8 years. I've been doing the squeezing since February 2002. It's my belief that the initial pumping effort helped with my girth gains. I think I've gained even more since starting my advanced regime and joining this board during the first week of November. I'm paranoid about measuring this soon after being on the new program, though. Maybe when the New Year hits I'll measure...

I've been doing Kegels while pumping. I don't have the CTC style pump so sometimes I'll pull the tube (like your jerking it) and that fluctuates the psi too but probably not nearly as nice as a CTC pump. It's too early to tell for gains but I'll post it. For the kegels, I'll use the weight of the cylinder for resistance and it seems like a pretty good work out so far.
 
Baraka,....I found your posts interesting, and what you say about your early pumping work helping your curent gains seems to make some sense.

I know that some people say that we shouldn't compare Penis Enlargement with anything to do with building normal muscle with weights,...but I disagree.

I believe that while there are differences, there are also a lot that similiarites too, which organs such as a penis share with skeletal muscle.

We know that both a penis and a skeletal muscle are stressed when a stimulus forces blood into it.
I have read several sources that claim that when the fascia which surrounds a skeletal muscle is stretched and weakened, it eventually becomes bigger, allowing a larger capacity for the muscle to grow in. There is less resistance for the muscle to push against, so growth is much easier and isn't hindered by the tightness of the fascia.

The fascia and the tunica are very similiar in material. They are tough, and slightly stretchy.
Think of a raw chicken leg. When you pull the skin off, there is a tough, gristly, reasonably stretchy lining underneath, that is quite hard to pull off. You know the bit I am talking about?
I believe that is the fascia.

Nobody really talks about the similarity on Penis Enlargement forums between the role of the fascia and the tunica. And I believe that this is due to a very common resistance to the idea that muscle building and Penis Enlargement may have some elements in common with each other. As soon as someone suggests that the penis may have something in common with normal muscle building, often that person's ideas are instantly shot down in flames and dismissed immediately.

The muscle needs a fascia so that the muscle has a container to keep it in shape and hold it there, and to prevent muscles growing too large. The body is designed to be efficient and will try to stop unecessary biological processes.
If muscles just kept on growing with nothing to stop them, we would not be able to sustain them with energy and fuel, and probably starve to death in a period where food isn't as readily available.

The fascia appears to be very similiar to the tunica in it's main role. It needs to hold the penis tissues in shape, and to stop it growing too much so it's own weight doesn't stretch it down to the floor.

So it makes some sort of sense to me that your early time using a pump, when you originally stretched your tunica, gave it more capacity to hold more volume, so penis growth appears much easier than it might have been.

I'm no expert, and a lot of this is based on my limited knowledge and speculation,...but it appears to me that there is some sense to this.
 
Here is h0w I get a temporary 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in a night. First of all pump up to about 8 hg and wrap the tube in a heat pad or some sort. Make sure you are warmed up before hand and continue pumping for 10 minutes. To 50 jelqs then one supra slammer. then keep the pressure at 3-4 hg and just sit there, and entertain yourself for a while. I have gotten very permanent results both flacid and girth wise. I never gained girth until pumpin and now it's enormous compared to it's former self. Continue until satisfied and finish off with an ADC clamp session for a few hours or until you get laid. Caution:

May cause massive donuts.
 
How long do you stay in the tube at 3-4 HG? Do you stay erect during this time?
 
I remain erect with basic milking and pc clamps. But, I stay in the tube as longas time permits me too without comfort. I really like to loosen the ligs, after a while you can get a little extra bonus out of it for a while.

Just curious, but why is it that a pump can supposedly stretch your tunica allowing easier gains from other exercises, but pumping won't produce many gains by itself?

If it expands the penile tissues and tunica, shouldn't that be the same as doing jelqs or constricting??

I don't know. It's a question that I hope someone who has more knowledge than me can find out sometime.
I've been intending to start a thread to ask about the difference between why hand exercises appear to stimulate growth more than pumping alone.

I've read bodybuilding articles that say that stretching the fascia increases the capacity of the muscle to grow more.
I suppose a basic description would be to compare it with a brand new balloon.
At first, it's tough, and hard to stretch,...but once you stretch it a bit, and blow it up, it becomes much easier to blow the balloon up. You don't need as much internal pressure for the balloon to fill with air.

I have personally found out that since I've been pretty big before (muscle wise),..then when I've been lazy and haven't touched the weights for a few months, it doesn't take as much time to get back to that original big size. It's quicker than when I first started training to get to the same size.

The tunica is similar in many ways to the penis as to what the fasicai is to skeletal muscle.

So why doesn't the pump in itself make the penis grow more than hand manual exercises?

I don't know, but maybe different pressures are at work, that stress the penis differently.
Maybe you get more pressure on internal tissues when the pressure is being pushed into the penis internally. Maybe you get microtrauma on the tissues.
And Maybe when blood is being drawn into the penis by a vacuum, it isn't being as direct on the internal tissues and generating as much pressure on them and breaking them down as much.

Maybe the pump can really stretch the tunica and enable the penis to have more potential in it's capacity to grow, but it's effects on the inner penis are minimal. So you have bag that is less tough to stretch, but needs the stimulus of manual exercises to also put pressure on the internal tissues so when the penis grows it is better able to grow to the larger capacity of the bag that the pump helped create.

I don't know, I hope somebody is able to look into this somehow. Maybe a lot of that has no basis whatsoever, but maybe there is some truth there as well.

I'm thinking that deconditioning the penis for a week every two months may be beneficial too, so that if the penis becomes tough as leather from training every day, and is too stubborn to grow, the deconditioning may make the penis supple again and make the penis more responsive to growth again.

I'm not saying that any of this is correct, but I'd like to know what other people think about anything I say.
 
Pumping works the penis differently than most manual exercizes. Very much like how electro-stimulation works muscles differently than traditional exercizes. Electro-stimulation is said to be helpful with building muscle when used in conjunction to an exercize program but not very effective by itself.
 
I think that pumping doesn't stretch the penile tissues as much as manual exercizes do. When you uli or clamp, you are using hydraulic forces to expand the tissues from the inside out. This is important as these forces are directed specifically at the tissues that you are trying to deform and expand. Pumping on the other hand uses negative forces from the outside in. These forces "suck" blood and other fluids to the penis. Because the "sucking" force is applied to the penile tissues from the outside in, alot of the force is applied to the skin first before the inner tissues. This is why you are more prone to bloating with pumping versus clamping and other manual exercizes.
 
I think that when done long enough, and properly that pumping can be every bit as effective if not more so than manual exercises. I have pumped for 2-3 hour sessions and gained what seemed to be alot of LENGTH! yes, seems my ligs would loosesn up after an hour and a half or so, learned that at tiger pump. It is a gay site, but has a welath of knowledge. This tiger dude can pump from 5.5 to 7+ that is pretty damn cool man.
