This is strange... it would be logical to see discoloration with the Bib- since it is not a vacuum hanger, but a constriction-based one. The only thing I can advise you is to just so it 100% flaccid, and do not go for sets longer than 20 minutes. If you start seeing discoloration after the 15th minute- you might want to do 15 minute sets then. When you stop the set and take the hanger off you will get new, fresh blood come in the penis, which should make the temporary discoloration disappear... :)

Thank you for the advise. I will see what I will start with again. Many options.

I got up to around 11-12 pounds with the BIB hanger too, same time on the sessions as with the LG.

Has anyone used the Apple Cider Vinegar as a preventive method?

Yes from LG hanger, where the silicone was shorter than what it is sold with today. Probably it will create discoloration the longer silicone too. The discoloration may be less with more warm-up (I used heating lamp all the time) and the firegoat exercise after the sessions. I used to have 2x30 min sessions, or 2x20, or 2x 45 min, later in the program. BIB hanger didn`t make any discoloration. That got broken so I started with LG.

how much weight were you hanging with the LG? i could see why you would get discoloration..the LG is a vacuum seal. that leads to a much more likely chance of getting discoloration especially for longer sets and depending on weight used

It won't work that way. Every time I pump, I get fresh discoloration that fades back to natural after acv and a break.

how long of a break?

Usually when I wake up after using it at night, the color is close to normal. When I took my 2 weeks off, by the end of week one I was back to my original coloring that I was born with.

So it is a good preventative method, meaning using it after each session gets you back to a normal color?

Maybe it started from 5 pounds and up. Except for heating lamp I didn`t do anything to limit the discoloration.

Once it's discolored, apply and recolor lol

dmoney - How often do you apply the ACV and how exactly?
I've seen improvements after rubbing it onto my dick a couple of times for the last two days, but the darker spots are still... well, dark. :(

I would stand over the toilet, pour an ample amount in my hand, then rub it all over my dick until it was saturated. Let it soak in over night. Keep in mind, as soon as you do more girth work, the bruising will reoccur.

Damn! Doesn't it smell that way? LMAO!

Thanks! Atanding over the toilet seems to be a good start to get more ACV on my dick. :)
Damn, I was hoping to do some SSJ to maintain girth... but if you say any girth work will make it worse again, I should take a real break it seems.

I have started with manual exercises again, and the discoloration and the bruising too maybe, seems more like it was before I treated it 2 months ago. Are you saying this is normal? That old discolorations/bruisings reappear some?

are you getting discoloration from manual work? or was it from girth work?

The discoloration and the bruising was from hanging last winter. Manual work now seems to bring back some of the old color the old bruising had (which I "removed" in Sep).

Trombosis, is that much worse than bruising? I hope I didn`t get that last winter.

What is the difference between trombosis and bruising?

I recognized my injury as a bruising. How do I know that it is / was not a trombosis?

Very different things. Thrombosis is the hardening of a vein, local coagulation or clotting of the blood in a part of the circulatory system. It usually manifests itself as a hard string like vein just under the skin. A bruise is an injury appearing as an area of discolored skin on the body, caused by a blow or impact rupturing underlying blood vessels.

So based on the photo of my underside injury (from hanging, see earlier in the tread), do you recognize that as a bruising? And nothing worse? As known, it has been improved very much.
And can this limit my further PE? For instance with hanging or anything else.

I saw a clip of you where you said that trombosis was one of the biggest mistakes beginners do. What causes trombosis?

The ACV was doing something for me, but it stopped to help much more at one point.
Yesterday I found my AmLactin lotion (which I bought more than a year ago, because I had read somewhere on the forums, that it should help with discoloration) again and decided to use it...
After two times of using it, the darker spots got so much lighter, it's amazing!!!
If it continues to go like this, I should have no darker spots by the weekend. :)
