Dudes, PC muscle work is sooooooooooooo important to our Penis Enlargement gains and sexual life. My self included, I know a lot of us have a hard time remembering to do our PC work so I am starting the "Pelvic Floor Muscle Team". The purpose; to help us stay dedicated and focused on our penis strength and ejaculatory controll.

I would like people to join this team who are serious about strengthening themselves and possesing some of the worlds strongest penises here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Matters Of Size[/words].

I will start us off with a very simple but intense routine that i have done in the past. Squeeze and hold as hard as you can, i usually go a few minutes, then when you cant hold it anymore slowly release with controll and give it a minute break then do it again. Do this 3 times and on the third one, when you think you cant hold it any longer do TEN mor seconds(this TEN seconds should feel like an hour). Thats it, this routine does not take long and as for every muscle that has been extremely stressed we need to give it a day to recover, so we will work every other day! If your pelvic floor muscles are not sore and tired you aren't going hard enough, it is up to YOU to mentally push yourself HARD.

If people would like to join the team and do a different routine, then just state what your routine is. Lets stay DEDICATED and stay ACCOUNTABLE for eachother here.

I am going to post a picture here of my penis so that we can see a before picture. I would also like other people to post a clear erection picture if you are comfortable so that we can all see our improvements! Its ok if your not comfortabe lets just keep everyone informed about what we are doing!

Just state that you are in and tell us your progress in two weeks, if you state that your in and you're not doing your excersizes ima bust some ass!!!! No, but really its that we stay accountable, and knowing that someone else is in this with you. I want this team to ask how everyone is doing. Knowing that someone might ask you if your done your excersizes should pressure you to do them. Commit!

And homelesswombat, Are you literally doing it every day? cuz if you are i might do that too, the day after i do my excersizes it feels like i'm ready to do them again.

Do you guys know how a muscle burn feels? that sore feeling the next day? I cant seem to get it with my PC and i want to because i feel that i'm not working it hard enough if it isn't sore the next day.
 
I got a true muscle burn in my PC once, after doing an hour of kegals in a writing class. Holy cow did i have the most amazing morning wood the next day!

Good stuff dude! I'll help you stay on track! I found that this routine can be done every day and not every other day as stated in the original post. I've really found that while im driving i can squeeze my "PFM" without as much power but i can hold it for a LONG time and get Incredible burn! Give it a try dudes!

Hey if you hadn't noticed I'm totally on the team. I just did the triple long-squeeze. I kinda fell of the bandwagon on Sat-Sun but I'm back on.

Also when I pee I start and stop the pee, I think that really helps to find your reverse-kegal, as well as the regular kegal.

Every time you pee is a good opportunity to get a few Kegels and Reverse Kegels in.
 
Good idea, Banana Man! I'm in. I kegel and reverse kegel regularly when I am stretching, but I haven't been doing the kegels this religously since I first started and my woodies have been dropping a bit. I want them back up at eleven o'clock.

Weird, maybe i will just never get that muscle burn down there. It really feels like it needs a rest tommorow, I did the routine plus more today. It just feels tired, not sore.
