Yes, if you can stay hard than do them hard. It helps with blood sirculation and erection strength. I also believe that it can help in the size department because of the extreme engorgement you can get when you kegal at 100% erection.
 
Off and on. I've been extremely busy the past month or so...but its going to come to a halt on Tuesday :)

missed my routine on monday and last friday. I will be doing it tommorow morning. I've only been doing enough to maintain recently so unfortunately i cant claim anything new and amazing.

Very true DLD.

Been getting on track again, just a slight change in lifestyle set me off but i'm fitting my routine in once again. Lets do this guys, not just me!!
 
I do not know why I tend to forget the kegel during the day, but I do. I always do them during my DLD's blasters routine, and I can kegel my dick an inch longer, sometimes two or more.
