Yeah I can see huge changes after two weeks. I almost rise out of my chair when I clench. I feel muscles up front being controlled. Definately worth keeping up on this.

Oh. Yeah actually today I was able to stay much harder in sex...even after a good clamping session. I found since starting up intense kegaling again that my erection strength suffered at the base just like when I started Penis Enlargement. But after several days it's been better than before. Woke up last night with two rock hard erections. Too bad the little one was keeping us up all night or I might've tried to use em. ;)

I'm actually starting back at DLD's newbie kegal guide. 100 quicks, 50 5 seconds, and one 60 second (I actually have to break this into to...oh wait i did 2 50 second ones :) )

I do my PFMT work sometimes while I'm out taking a walk. Just whenever.

I think it's helping. My ejaculations are now this slow milking effect. I guess I can just hold it in long for super long orgasms.

Sometimes it feels like i'm backing up in there a bit and it aches after I come.
