The clip is poked up through one of the holes near the front, and its geometry just holds it there when the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] pulls at it. You could tape the stem of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] clip to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with electrical or medical tape to make sure it doesn't get lost, because it is NOT attached to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] if the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] isn't pulling on it.

Casting a proper yoke would require injection molding tooling that can cost $20,000 or more. We're not at the volumes yet that warrant that investment. I may be able to hand-make something out of Alumilite for say $15 but it won't look all manly and sleek like Penis Enlargement guys are used to.

What about all those rapid protyping services like shapeways? The individual parts would be more expensive but volume is irrelevant, I might be able to help you out with that if you are interested.
