Which means another 0.2 increase in gains in Bone pressed Length ! Pretty happy about it, but I cant se the visual gain. To be more precise, I cant se the difference in size from when I started, to now after 0.4. Increase in length, thats normal right?
Girth hasn't moved a bit, but as you can see, Girth's not my major issue so i'm not focusing on that right now. I'm just doing the 600 jelqs from the DLD's first routine for girth, and thats it
I've been thinking about incorporating the bundled stretches for my 3rd measurement day, as an addition to the stretches from the DLD's first routine. What do you guys think about that?

i read your post and i can completely relate to what you feel and i went through the same shame...........but keeping the negativity behind cuz now we have found the solution and we are working towards it ....were gonna be SUPER confident in life.
now to help you gain faster i wanted to tell you to add DLD blasters, expressive stretches and begin hanging if possible......you will be gaining very fast in length. also dont forget a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace bandage[/words] wrap after any length workout to cement your gains and wear a cockring after girth workout
