I've been thinking about incorporating the bundled stretches for my 3rd measurement day, as an addition to the stretches from the DLD's first routine. What do you guys think about that?

i read your post and i can completely relate to what you feel and i went through the same shame...........but keeping the negativity behind cuz now we have found the solution and we are working towards it ....were gonna be SUPER confident in life.
now to help you gain faster i wanted to tell you to add DLD blasters, expressive stretches and begin hanging if possible......you will be gaining very fast in length. also dont forget a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace bandage[/words] wrap after any length workout to cement your gains and wear a cockring after girth workout

regarding hanging you can begin in first month also but similar to intensity of stretching the weights in hanger should be less. you can begin with 1 kg of hanging and then gradually increase.....when i began i felt SO GOOD with it and saw some gains but i had a homemade one and it wasnt safe to use so i stopped..i am waiting to buy one ....Hanging is one of the most effective ways to gain length fast ...so is the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] (stretcher and hanger) :)

Let me throw in my two cents here. You have gained .4 inches in two months doing what you have been doing. That is a phenomenal rate of growth. I would recommend that you continue doing this and see how things go. If you continue to see gains, then continue to do it. If you go a period of two consecutive months with no gains, THAT is when I think you should try other forms of PE like hanging. I personally only began hanging after not seeing gains from manual work, but since you have seen gains just keep going.

Also, about not visually seeing a change this is the case for most people. IMO you need at least .75 inches gained before you notice a gain just by looking. A better way to tell if you have gained besides measuring is to see how many hands you can fit on your dick. For example, if right now you can only fit one whole hand and up to 2 fingers on the second hand, compare that to being able to fit 3 fingers or 4 on the second hand. That is a good way to gauge gains.

i didnt mean to rush into other things and cause any injury and i know PE is a slow process...boohoohoo
all i said was that if i can try to gain .4 inches in a month or maybe more then why should i do it in 2 months ????
what i meant was that he will definitely gain from what he is doing undoubtidly.....but he can gain faster with adding more exercises like hanging or more intensity as i feel his 2 months is a good time period where your penis is conditioned for a bit of increase in intensity.

now it is upto eywaa to decide if he wants to increase his intensity as every person is different....cuz expressive stretching itself will give him 1 inch gain in a month for sure
 
Back again with an update, and this time a different one..
Since I've been offline for a couple of weeks now, I've still managed to do most of my P.E. work, but the mood has changed.
I think I've forgotten a major important thing in my P.E. progress besides being consistent. It HAS to be fun or entertaining or else I'm just draining myself of Energi. Now let me elaborate:
Throughout my 20 young years of life, I've always wanted to create, Innovate or construct, just like an Engineer. From the very moment where I started to design my own toys from old bits of action figures to the moment today, where I'm slowly moving towards the life of an entrepreneur.
Now the P.E. stuff :)
If I stay in a routine that I have not created myself, I simply lose my interest. Really this is not to insult the great P.E'ers for their routines, Quite the contrary.
It is because of the routines already out there for inspiration, that I can mix up my own routines. And the amount of exercises on this forum and the Paysite is Never ending! So basically I'm creating my own routine.
The 10th of February is my 3rd month measurement day, and the 2nd month I've been doing the DLD's first routine. That date will also be the day I'm stopping that routine, and moving to my own constructed one, although it might be close to identical to other routines.
This following week I will be posting my ideas on how the routine should be like, and I'm hoping to see from fresh input from the Brotherhood :)
 
coming up whit a new exercise could be an amazing achievement!!,i think is great if you want to start your own routine,most of the bros here have their own routines...

Creating exercise is my passion! It brings me more joy than anything else when someone uses one of my exercises and they make gains.

I'm not saying that I want to create a BETTER routine, No. That might be close to impossible due too my lack of knowledge about P.E. compared to DLD. No the reason I'm doing it is to create Motivation and mental momentum, although I might get gains slower, than if I just sticked to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] or the First routine.
I wrote that just to make sure that Im not skipping the other routine because I think they dont work, OF COURSE THEY DO :) Lots of proof on that, including my own Dicks proof lol. Very very good routines made by DLD, no doubt
Okey then to my routine:
I'm almost done with my routine but I'm looking at more Girth Exercises. So far I have on my list to narrow down:
- DLD Bends
- [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s
- Compression Squeezes
- Erect stretches
- Erect Jelqs
- Dual dry jelqs
Do you guys have other recommendations on Manual girth exercises? I've been looking at ULI's, Horse squeezes and supra slammers but I can't seem to find videos or instructions on them, besides the videos put up by Shortdick in the Video forum, and I can't see the video when I use the link. It just directs me to the home page of the pornsite he uploaded on, so Any help? Thanks and best of luck on P.E :)
 
Back with the routine Setup, that I'm starting from today. Its a 5-day routine, set up like this:
Day 1: Length/girth
Day 2: Length
Day 3: Length/Girth
Day 4: Length
Day 5: Length/Girth
After that, maybe 1-2 days rest and then repeat.
I believe in giving a rest day for girth, but length can be done everyday(according to what I've been reading in this forum. We'll see what fits for me eventually).
The Length day so far is:
- warmup
- The DLD stretches from 'The DLD's first routine'
- 1X Bundled stretches in every direction, First with the bundled penis to the right, and when to the left(Straight left, straight right, straight out, down left, down right, down out ect. Then doing it again with the bundled penis to the left).
- 5-10 minutes of DLD blaster, depending on fatigue.

The girth Day so far:
- The DLD stretches from 'The DLD's first routine', but instead of doing it 3X every direction, I'm only doing it 1X
- 10 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, 30 second every set
- 2 Supersets of 50 jelqs and 30 second compression squeezes.

I'm still considering different Length/Girth days, but this is my Routine right now.
The date of the measurement day has changed to the 1st of the Month, starting from march the 1st.

Im back with a small update:
Lately I haven't had a good amount of top quality sessions. Dont know why, but the mindset really hasn't been there, especially at Girth Days.
I'm thinking about extending my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] sets from 30 seconds og 45 or 60 seconds, whats your take on that ?
Also should I add or remove something from my current routine? It is posted a few posts above this one.
