Started the DLD's first routine almost a week ago, and the PI's are great! i've literally never had EQ like that before, and i've finally realized how to do the reverse kegel movement. Haha believe it or not, at first that was pretty damn tricky :) Still doing everything religiously, the sessions the kegels etc.

And to come back after 4-5 days of not checking the progress log, and see so many responds and backup is really eyeopening for me, and I believe this is something that this P.E. forum is way better at doing, than the other forums i've been lurking on. Ready you all live up to calling this place a brotherhood. It's like everyone here is taken very seriously, plus the level of respect and optimism to one another is remarkable. Great to be here, and I hope you all stay to contribute to this forum as well :)

This truly is a brotherhood, and almost everyone here is generally positive. For me, and I think this may be the case for everyone, I want others to gain because it helps me believe I can also gain and truly motivates me. Keep it up brother!

Hi brothers, its eywaa back with an update of this week
So far everythings going great, but I discovered something 2 days ago. After doing my stretching session, I didn't feel fatigued in any way. And I felt that to be very strange, since I've only been doing it for a week(approx, maybe more). So I double checked the routine, and it said that i should do the up,down,BTC, straight plus cranks 3 TIMES ! hahahahaha how could I have missed that ! I only did it one time and went straight to jelqing. Lucky I realized this early though. Anyway I've corrected that mistake and I'm now doing it right.
Still no skipped session yet ! Which is something I'm very proud of, it keeps me motivated.
Next measurement day is January the 10th, and I'm already thinking about what to Add to the routine next. I will buy the Members site Area and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] next month, along with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle jims[/words] wrap. That gives you a solid month of work before measuring, I hope you see some great gains when you measure. What part of the stretching were you missing out on?

When I was doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] years ago I never felt sore from doing the stretching either, regardless of how many sets I did. I really never felt soreness at all from any kind of manual stretching until I began hanging, so that could be your case too.

Yea roughly a month to go for the next "showdown" with me and the ruler :)
I wasnt really missing out on the angles ', I just did Every angle only 1X times instead of repeating it 3X times, but now im Doing it :)

Didnt you feel Any burning sensation during for sessions ? Thats what i've had the past 2 days. No im not getting soreness after training, but the sensation is present, hoping Thats a good sign though

That burning sensation is most likely what we call skin stretch. This occurs with almost every form of stretching for length, including manual work and hanging. You are stretching the skin around your penis first, which needs to be done in order for you to then stretch the actual penis itself. This will probably only continue for another few days or maybe a week or two.

While skin stretch doesn't equal actual gains in length, it is the first step on that path.

Eywaa's back with another short update.
Still doing everything by the book, following the routine like i should. I switched the split to a 5 days on 2 days off, instead of a 4 on 1 off. I haven't seen any noticeable gains yet, but i'm in no hurry :)
I did my first [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] set today! Did it only for 30 seconds, and I saw a slight expansion, even though it was at only 80-90% erection.
I think thats pretty much it for this update.
I'm not celebrating chrismas/x-mas myself, but for any of you brother who does, I wish you all happy holidays :)

Back with and update. The last update before the 2nd month measurement in about a week.
Not the best update so far, I officially skipped my first P.E. session 3 days ago, due to a small family trip. I had a chance of doing it in the morning but I postponed it. Im aint doing that again.
My first visual improvement though, thats good news! my flaccid girth has increased thats for sure. I can see it a lot, especially in the morning, after the morning piss.
My besides that, nothing new, until next week when me and the ruler meet in the ring 1 on 1 :)

And I wish you all a happy new year with a shitload of gains!

2nd Month measurement Day
So today was Measurement Day! The Previous month my measurements were: 5.0 BPEL & 4.8 EG.
Today Was:
5.2 BPEL & 4.8 EG
Which means another 0.2 increase in gains in Bone pressed Length ! Pretty happy about it, but I cant se the visual gain. To be more precise, I cant se the difference in size from when I started, to now after 0.4. Increase in length, thats normal right?
Girth hasn't moved a bit, but as you can see, Girth's not my major issue so i'm not focusing on that right now. I'm just doing the 600 jelqs from the DLD's first routine for girth, and thats it

I've been thinking about incorporating the bundled stretches for my 3rd measurement day, as an addition to the stretches from the DLD's first routine. What do you guys think about that?
