but yea i need to really add some length work before I get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. my routine looks so basic now.

I feel like I'm reserving length work for just the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] when instead I should also be learning manual stretching as there are gains to be made everywhere. it's like hunting for pokemons. gotta catch em all!!

I think that is a smart move. Starting off with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is so much better than starting with hands. It immediately gets you used to a much more intensive stretch which will brings gains so much faster!
 
So dumb question. Is there only one or is there two ligs? I've always had a right curve and on my right side I can see, and feel a very distinct cord running from the top side at base of my penis and runs down the right side. Is that a ligament? I can easily hook it and pull it. I have nothing or a least don't feel or see like that on my left only on my right and always been afraid to mess with it.

Update:I re read the the thread. I think I read it right there is only one lig and what I am feeling is the ligament. I'll give this a good warmup and try again tonight.

There is one ligament that thicken to both sides of the penis so it is sometimes referred to having 2. If one side of the ligament it shorter, thicker, or damaged somehow it will cause an imbalance and the penis will lean one way or the other.

WARNING: Be very carefull with the force you are applying while doing this stretch cause it can result in a torn lig so start lightly.You will feel "good pain" while doing this stretch even with the smallest amount of force used.
Do this exercise in combination with reverse erect skin stretch for best results.

Somebody posted a good video and thread how to do this. This has been for me one of the best stretches.

I think there is a video for it. I think it was posted on pornhub. And I know it was hotlinked here I’ll see if I can find it.

It seems the arrival of the length master threw exercises like this one to the back burner? Reading about this exercises seems promising but I think with bundled stretches, I won't have to bother myself about trying out this exercise at all.
 
Maybe somebody can do a video showing how to do this exercise. So we have an update to the video that was lost.

The exercise itself is very simple, you can do it bundled with the LM you if you just pull on the ring (far better than hand grip) the challenge is hooking the lig and applying any real pressure, I can find it but I can’t hook it.

That’s the challenging part for me as well. I looked up the ligament that has to be hooked but I just can’t find and hook it.

A video would make it much easier, no?

Would you say this exercise is effective too without the hooking part?

its 💯 affective as it’s just a BTC stretch and if you add a bundle it’s currently the holy grail of stretches. It’s also not dissimilar to SIMS penis exterminator it can be done on one knee with the other foot on the ground.
If you add the Lm into the mix it’s far superior than hooking a lig with a finger.
If you only have hands its still a superior stretch without hooking the lig.

I want to be clear here. This exercise (Penis Exterminator) consists of 2 stretching positions. It's Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches, but done in a specific nature.

And you need two handlebars on your LengthMaster 3 to do it efficiently.

Hi, this stretch is a difficult one to understand. Step 1 is similar to a btc with a leg up on a high pedestal. Step 2 "hooking the ligs" is the confusing part, does he mean to hook the base of the penis? A video or drawing would be greatly appreciated

I don't understand this either. But this stretch are probably nullified by LengthMaster 3. When you have LengthMaster 3, you get unlimited intensity in the inner penis and the ligaments (mainly: Suspensory and Fundiform).
