I find it more of hooking the ligs that are inside of the fat pad. If you go deeper towards the body you will feel the cord. Then just the inside face of the cord and stretch.

Man thanks for the advice, but believe me, there is no possibility to make the routine more intesive... it is at its maximum. I do a combination of the Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise + this exercise here of this thread and it actually makes my dick sore as hell + at least 30 minutes of bundled lazy ass stretches. Maybe I'm wrong, but I really think there is no better or other routine that is approaching to the intense degree of mine. Or I should take a week off, but I don't think that will work because a) I'll probably lose my gains and b) after the break I won't be able to bundle my penis as good as I did before, consequently the stretch will be lighter.Perhaps a change is necessary to jump start those gains. Maybe more intensity or changing up the routine.
