First of all let me apologize in front if someone already posted this type of exercise.
I have no intentions of "stealing" anyones "credits" for specific exercise and i dont want to take any credits anyway im just another human beeing trying to help other human beeings.That beeing said i will share with you one of the best lig stretches there is(in my opinion).

THE EXERCISE:

In a standing position get in front of a table or a desk that is high enough preferably close to your belly button.
Now put your right leg on the table with your foot flat on the table like performing a lunge or climbing a very high stairs.
If you do this correctly your right knee will be on the same level as your head.
What this position does it prestretches your ligament.
Then with your right hand take your dick around the glands with reverse OK.
Now stretch your dick behind your ass preferably straight away behind your right ass cheek.
Now while holding the stretch with your right hand take your left hand and hook your ligament with index finger and pull it the opposite way you are stretching with your right hand.Hold this till exaustion preferably over 5 minutes.
So basicaly your left arm and right arm are "traveling" in opposite direction.This will intensify the stretch "1000" times.

WARNING: Be very carefull with the force you are applying while doing this stretch cause it can result in a torn lig so start lightly.You will feel "good pain" while doing this stretch even with the smallest amount of force used.
Do this exercise in combination with reverse erect skin stretch for best results.

I think pulling at the base with your left hand puts more emphasis on the tunica, and detracts from the ligament stress. If you are trying to isolate the ligs, leave the left hand out. Also, you want to make sure you repeat the stretch with the left leg up, left hand pulling, etc.

Good stretch indeed! I have always used this stretch as my left and right BTC stretches.

Someone else did too, I think it was Stillwantmore, Redzulu or German Stalllion. It was long ago but I remember this stretch. Hopefully one of them will chime in.

You didnt understand the exercise.
Not the base you are not pulling at the base you are hooking your ligament and pulling it the opposite way its 100% ligament stretch.

you mean actually pulling the band ligament??? EWW THAT SOUNDS REALLY PAINFUL....

i dont think i would try it until other people try it and say its safe......

sounds very intense

You can "hook" the base of your penis, but you cannot actually hook the ligaments. By "hooking", you are essentially doing a TOW (tug-o-war)' stretch, which really hits the tunica. By not "hooking", you are tugging at a very low angle, which is ideal for ligament stretching.
 
Looks like another one we need vid or pics on. Great work Blue Whale, it is wonderful to see someone so into exercise development. This is where the advancements of natural Penis Enlargement are and you are doing a good job of discovery.
 
i always had trouble visualizing the exercises when they are just explained through text...i guess i need some kind of illustration or video to get the idea of this...but glad to see guys are trying new things...we need that around here.

It is painfull but if done in a controlled and safe manner it works wonders.I am very busy these days and i work in a strange enviroment so i will try to take some pics or draw a sketch for you in a next few days.

Description of this exercise is correct.Why it is so effective is because imagine if you had no skin on your body and if you could actually grab 2 ends of the ligament and try to "rip" it well thats what this exercise does aproximetly.

p.s.thx DLD for kind words.I discovered these exercises many years ago just like you by self experimenting.It is the only way to create something new you have to experiment by trial and error its like science and Penis Enlargement is a science.

You should value exercises themselves and for their effectivness and not by the person who is creating them.
If i told you i had a 14 inch dick you would probably do any exercise i advise you to and thats not good.
You should judge and evaluate the exercises alone without any outside interference based on the exercise effectivness.
We are all the same no one is above anyone.

With that beeing said i recon this exercise as the best lig exercise there is.
Will make a sketch soon if i have time.

What do you mean by "hook your ligament?" Is that the same thing as hooking my index finger around the base and pulling in the opposite direction of my other hand that is pulling the penis behind the cheek?

Ligaments can be hooked like a rope.Ligaments connect your mucles to your bones and can be elongated thats why you do flexibility exercises for your body to elongate your ligaments and to increase range of motion in a certain joint.

Search on google for suspensory ligament then its easy for you to hook it.Its on the right side of your pubic bone you can hook it easily.
 
Blue Whale reckon you could draw a picture for us or something or someone who knows how to do it?

Seems like it would be more effective pulling at the base but more like a diagonal down motion not in the complete opposite direction. So you would have two forces working together more, not opposing ones.

If I am correct this stretch is simple. Get into a high step position (as shown) and do behind the cheeks stretching.

Behind the cheek of the leg you are lifting but the key is to hook a ligament with the opposite hand and stretch it in the opposite direction.

Gotcha, I was getting confused with the other exercise Blue Whale did haha I understand this. I tried it and WOW its intense as anything. The hooking movement is key here but beware its INTENSE! boiund to kick start those oldies into gains.

I understand the part about putting the leg up and stretching behind the cheeks, but I still don't get the "hook your ligament with your index finger" part of this. When I'm pulling with my right hand behind the cheeks, for example, do I take my left index finger, wrap it around the base and then pull the base toward the opposite direction?
 
Does the leg on the table really prestrech ur ligs, i can't really tell a difference between stand up regularly and with on leg up on the table

i understand it all except, DLD said to twist it but in blue whales description said nothing about a twist, just pull it BTC of same leg up. im kinda lost so do i do a bundle while stretching with that twist or no twist?

and what location on the shaft do i hook and pull, mid shaft?

There is no need for twisting.This exercise is done normally without a bundle.Target of this exercise is 100 % ligs we dont wanna involve tunica here cause bundling with this exercise takes the stress of the ligs and makes it harder to stretch the ligs comfortably and effectively.

so judging from that pic it seems like i hook and pull opposite way more from the base, rather then from the middle of the penis. Am i right?

Inače debljinu je puno lakše dobiti nego dužinu posebice sa mojim načinom vježbanja bez obzira na uvriježeno mišljenje da je dužinu lakše dobiti nego debljinu.Kod dužine nije jedini problem ligament.Glavni problem je tunica koju je jako teško razbiti.
