First of all let me apologize in front if someone already posted this type of exercise.
I have no intentions of "stealing" anyones "credits" for specific exercise and i dont want to take any credits anyway im just another human beeing trying to help other human beeings.That beeing said i will share with you one of the best lig stretches there is(in my opinion).
THE EXERCISE:
In a standing position get in front of a table or a desk that is high enough preferably close to your belly button.
Now put your right leg on the table with your foot flat on the table like performing a lunge or climbing a very high stairs.
If you do this correctly your right knee will be on the same level as your head.
What this position does it prestretches your ligament.
Then with your right hand take your dick around the glands with reverse OK.
Now stretch your dick behind your ass preferably straight away behind your right ass cheek.
Now while holding the stretch with your right hand take your left hand and hook your ligament with index finger and pull it the opposite way you are stretching with your right hand.Hold this till exaustion preferably over 5 minutes.
So basicaly your left arm and right arm are "traveling" in opposite direction.This will intensify the stretch "1000" times.
WARNING: Be very carefull with the force you are applying while doing this stretch cause it can result in a torn lig so start lightly.You will feel "good pain" while doing this stretch even with the smallest amount of force used.
Do this exercise in combination with reverse erect skin stretch for best results.
