First of all let me say that what i am about to say is not a joke this is 100 % legit and real.
Dont ask me who i am or where i am from and how do i know what i know.
Lets just say ive been in Penis Enlargement waters for a long time.

I am gonna share with you an exercise thats gonna let you acomplish any Penis Enlargement goal you wont.

You will gain 1 inch at least in 1 month 100% guaranteed no matter what genetics you have,what skin color you are and no matter how hopeless your dick looks like.

Its a streching exercise that targets the illusive "inner dick" 10 times better then any other exercise known and whats most funny about it its that it can be done with 1 hand.

The leverage you can get with this exercise is unreal and when doing it correctly it feels like you are gonna rip your "inner dick" from the ass or from the PC mucle.

I advise extreme caution when using this exercise excessive leverage can result in a dick ripped apart from its socket.

THE EXERCISE

In a standing position grip your dick just beneath the gland with an OK sign with your palm facing down.

Now rotate your hand 180 degrees so your palm is facing upwards.Your whole dick except the glands should be on the knuckles which serves as a lever point or fulcrum but because of the rotation of the fist it also bundles your dick(bundling can be controled you can bundle your dick multiple times thats up to you) similar to DLD-s double bundled strech.

Now when you are in position where you have rotated your fist 180 degrees(or more) and your palm is facing up with you holding the dick just beneath the glands and your shaft is on you knuckles your down side of thr palm should be resting around your belly which wil enable you to generate incredible amount of force without spending energy.

Now for the final part.The way you generate leverage is simply by bringing your wrist upwards without moving any other part of your arm just using your wrist as a leverage(your fist is on the belly).You dont pull upwards like in an upward stretch rather its an adduction of the wrist shown in the 3 rd exercise on the next link http://www.exrx.net/Articulations/Wr...l#anchor263084

When doing the stretch you should feel extreme sterching of the inner penis from the shaft all the way to the ass if you put your hand on the part of the dick thats closest to your ass you should feel extreme hardness.
The stretch is very painfull also.If you dont feel extreme inner dick strecth you are doing something wrong.

On little thing.If youre dick is 2 big put some pading around your knuckles so it spreads better around your knuckles enabling you more tightness.

One last thing i wanna give credit to DLD whos done great thing for Penis Enlargement comunity with his hard work and inovative exercises that take 1000-s of hours to be created.

Try using underwear, or a small cloth or t-shirt to grip with.
Also try gripping about a half inch below the glans on the circumcision scar area.


what i did is get about 50% erect. you get a better stretch than when you are completely flaccid.

then twist the dick 360 degrees and wrap an old sock a few times tight around the shaft just below the head. this will help grip massively and also gives you more leverage due to the increased volume (ie dick + sock).



i have added a sock to this exercise for grip. ie you twist the flaccid penis 360 degrees. then pull the dick out as far as you can so there's no excess skin hanging, then get a thin sock and place the toe part of the sock flat on the penis just below the glans - so it covers the shaft area below the glans. then wind that sock tight around the penis a few times. then do the stretch as described by BW. you get a much better grip with the sock and you can really feel the stretch.

also try walking around/touching your toes (with the other hand) whilst you do the stretch - this also intensifies it.

You're limited by your grip, and the strength of your arm/arms. Something that provides real leverage like a footlong stretch, a-stretch, sock stretch, or maybe even better the 'hybrid stretch' which combines the footlong and sock stretch would all generate a lot more leverage and force overall. Really, I'm not trying to step on your dick per se, but to take an already been done quasi knock off of a DLD bundled stretch, put your own slight spin on it, and call it your own and the ''ultimate'' is kinda lame. Actually it wasn't originally called the Ultimate stretch it was called the Mandingo stretch.

It's a good stretch and I like it but I think this stretch is one developed by DLD a few months before and he was calling it a bundled V stretch.

No one could understand the description and he said he would try to post pics of it but it never materialized.

Yah thats awesome. Manually i can only get about a 0.25 inch increase in temp bpfsl after a workout. I wonder if i can recreate your version somehow without a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]. Maybe some sort of rolled up fabric?
 
I actually find myself doing these manually for short durations each day ATM, they are addictive and its the bundle for me any ways that makes it this.

This is, by far, the best stretch I've come across. I could never get a good "feel" doing bundled or fulcrum stretches but this one just hits the right spot for me (and the pics certainly helped a lot with the explanation). And the post workout flaccid hang is just awesome.

This and BTC's will be my go-to-stretches for my current phase.
 
Blue Whale recommended working up to 3 to 5 minute holds for 20 minutes a day, 7 days a week then take 2 days off.

It may sound crazy but there is a definate difference with this hold being able to hold it longer.
 
This stretch is very powerful and WORKS, so why more don't use it is beyond me. +1 for REDZULU2003. This is an awesome exercise. I do 4-8 of these in a row (alternating hands) and just hold until my grip gives out. After that I hang so low I almost scare myself (easily twice as low as normal).

Maybe you meant 5 on/ 2 off ? Because if you do 7 days on with this stretch, your dick might be really fucked up :P

I don't think so. I've done this stretch for 15 days straight (in addition to other stretches) and I have no problems with erections, no bad soreness and no pain. As long as your Penis Enlargement don't affect erection quality/frequency I don't see the need for rest days, especially when it comes to stretching.

Are you doing this stretch only ? Because I do afterwards the footlong/hybrid stretch and I can say that after 3-4 days my erections start to suffer...

If you'd taken the time to properly read my post you'd have noticed the little part in parenthesis: "in addition to other stretches". I've been using standard straight down stretches, A-stretches and a variation on BTC during this time. I've also clamped and done the occasional bout of jelqing. Hehe well, sorry haven't seen it. Maybe this stretch is just incompatible for me. I'll take a few days off, because my EQ is really bad at the moment and then try it again with different stretches (BTC's, etc.).
 
I have tried this exercise and I dnt seem to be gaining from it I also dnt feel much of a stretch when I perform it am I doing something wrong? It seems like a great exercise that most ppl r gaining from it and It cud probably help me gain my 0.5" in Length pretty darn easily if I was doing it right.....
 
Has anyone gained from this stretch? If so abot how much since you started it? I just tried it and I liked the way it felt and this could be something that I could add to my routine.

It helped me during a growth spurt about 10 months ago now. I went from 8-8.3 and was using a combo of stretches, including this one. Its really good and once you master how to bundle your on your way.
 
Is there other stretches that go nicely with this one that helped you gain also? About how often and how long do you do this stretch? I saw somewhere that blue whale said 5-7 days on and 2 off.
 
I've been doing my straight out stretch this way since 2002.. the only thing i do differently is to use my other hand to sort of pry between my body and the gripped hand, this puts a killer tug on the pull.. try it out..
 
I gained AND cemented a 1/4 inch gain in 3 months. (I had the 1/4 inch show up in 3 weeks...) I did do some hanging with that during the time....in all it was about 40 minutes a day everyday. Then the gains stopped so I took a decon break and 6 months later no loss...

This is definitely more advanced.
 
I do this stretch without the 360 twist. I just grip under the glans, bend until knuckles are in the side of the shaft.

The 360 twist is tough for me to keep without my penis attempting to get slighty erect. This way works just as well.

Hey does anyone know of a way to keep this in the stretched position using some equipment? I would like to stay in this position while playing games without using my hands.
 
Don't think there is a way to make a static stetcher for this particular exercise, because you also want to increase the intensity if it becomes to easy (which happens very often if you hold the stretch for like 3 minutes) and that could be a problem with no hands involved... also I can't really imagine how the construction shall look like, I think of something like a belt but over the belly, where you somehow adapt the penis.
