It may sound crazy but there is a definate difference with this hold being able to hold it longer.

Are you doing this stretch only ? Because I do afterwards the footlong/hybrid stretch and I can say that after 3-4 days my erections start to suffer...I don't think so. I've done this stretch for 15 days straight (in addition to other stretches) and I have no problems with erections, no bad soreness and no pain. As long as your Penis Enlargement don't affect erection quality/frequency I don't see the need for rest days, especially when it comes to stretching.

Hehe well, sorry haven't seen it. Maybe this stretch is just incompatible for me. I'll take a few days off, because my EQ is really bad at the moment and then try it again with different stretches (BTC's, etc.).If you'd taken the time to properly read my post you'd have noticed the little part in parenthesis: "in addition to other stretches". I've been using standard straight down stretches, A-stretches and a variation on BTC during this time. I've also clamped and done the occasional bout of jelqing. People differ and I think EQ is the most important thing to keep track of when doing Penis Enlargement. When your erections suffer it's time to rest.
