Yesterday was a good day, I got all of my sets done and all [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work completed. I didn't do everything back to back like I usually do but it was done and that's all that matters. I'm starting to get antsy and want to be sure that I hit my goal by Oct. but I'm not sure what other length exercises I should add to my routine right now.

Maybe you should replace instead of add, I looked over your first post and saw your routine then, is it the same now?

I'm doing the routine that is in my signature and have been since 4/16/12. I was thinking about adding to the routine in order to stress/stimulate all penis parts a bit more so that I get the gains I need to hit my goal. You think replacing something will help more so than adding on? Why?
 
WEEK 6- Day 1 :
I basically missed a day of working out on friday, not really but I only did 3 half ass sets so it's considered a lost day in my book. The weekend was a rest day and I'm back at it today full throttle. I can honestly say I feel a bit discouraged right now because I woke up Sunday morning with the stiffest woody anyone on the planet has ever seen, and for some reason the muthafucka looked shorter and slimmer.
I decided not to measure again until the entire 3 month routine is complete, I'm scared I won't see anything different. I'm going to start adding time to my stretches every couple of days to keep things fresh, as well as bundle up in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Speaking of extending; I don't seem to be progressing as much as I think I should be. I can never stretch past my EL without it slipping off so I stay at the highest level with the rods that I have attached. They do feel uncomfy which tells me I'm PROBABLY doing something right but I'm ready to move up.
Oh well, I'm definitely not gonna let this shit stop me from working as hard as possible nor is it gonna make me quit but I gotta figure something out to stay more positive an upbeat after seeing that boner yesterday.
 
DAY 2
I didn't do any manual work at all today; my forefingers are hurt like hell right now, they hurt to bend 'em. I decided to take today off from manuals to give my hands a rest but I spent 10 hrs in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and did 3 sets of 5 min. clamps so that I could at least be comfortable in the fact that I didn't blow a whole day.
Tomorrow is business as usual.
 
The switch may prompt some new gains. Once the penis becomes used to any exercise, for too long, gains can slow. Changing things up usually is the ticket to getting gains going again.
 
I've been thinking about that for the last week or so now but don't want to interrupt th 1 inch in 12 weeks program. If I don't see that inch in 12 weeks I'm going to keep constant change in my workouts to prevent the plateau effect.
 
Day 3 was a good workout day. I knocked out 5 sets of each exercise did 15 min of clamping along with 300 jelqs. I was starting to think that I couldn't feel the stretch from the blasters because I didn't feel the fatigue in the ligs but I definitely feel it right now.
 
WEEK 7

I'm not too thrilled with the way week 6 ended because I didn't work as hard as the previous weeks but I did work out so I'm not going to beat myself up over it. Today I'm starting week 7 and will be joining the paysite before the week is out, I wanna get more length exercises to add to my routine.
 
Yeah not bad, just started back up 2day. I think 3weeks off was too much! I'm working on a rouine now trying to fit as much in as I can in a week with rest days. Going to give it a 2weeks to see if I am capable enough, to stick to it as I want my gains now.
How are you finding your current routine?

I'm trying not to take any decon breaks if I don't have too because I found that the last time I did that I ended up not doing any exercising for almost 2 months. The routine I'm on now is cool, I feel like I'm progressing due to my flaccid stretch being longer and my lady telling me that she felt a difference in length. I haven't measured though, I'm gonna wait until the end of the 12 weeks to see what's what. After this 12 week routine I'm going to totally change up the routine with exercises I get from the pay site when I join, with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] constantly in the mix.

Thanks my man. I've been in a relationship for a few years and was living in my own place, so I was able to hide the fact that I'm doing Penis Enlargement.
Now that we live together and will be married soon I decided to tell her so I wouldn't have to hide and not get the max out of working out. You might think about confessing if you get into another relationship so that you don't have to lose time and gains because of how a chick may feel about your journey.
We get nervous thinking that they won't accept it and don't exercise, lose time and gains and then....the broad is gone anyway, and you lost valueable time.

Good luck on your journey and I hope you get all that your looking for.

Yeah taking breaks is a killer! Thats why in my new routine on my rest/break days I be doing some kind of Penis Enlargement. Hope you do get your gains after all that work you have put into it. It's a good feeling when your girl says things like that, it keeps you motivated :)
