This week was a bad week of training, I wasn't as focused due to all of the sex going on. I only logged 13 hrs. of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time and only one set a day of lig stretches on 3 of the last 5 days. The weekend are my rest days so I'll be back at it hard on Monday.
 
WEEK 4:
5/7/12 is day one of week 4 and it was a good workout day, I got all of my exercises in at great intensity and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] work was consistent. My last hour and a half of wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] was interrupted by sex but I strapped up immediately after, this is going to be a better week than the previous for sure. I have 9 more days before my first measurements are taken since starting this routine, hopefully all goes well.

I appreciate the vote of confidence, word! At times I feel like I'm giving myself anxiety over this Penis Enlargement thing of ours. I know gains aren't gonna come over night but I'm always looking for glimmers of hope in flaccid length and during sex, it's gonna take some real strong dedication if I'm not considerably longer at the end of this routine.
 
Week 4 is officially in the bag and it was a good one, I didn't miss any days of training but I've only been doing five sets of everything instead of 6. I had a lot of errands today so I took today and tomorrow off for rest days; my rest days are usually on the weekends, I'll get 6 days to work out in week 5 though so that should be interesting.

Still haven't gotten into any girth work, maybe because I'm more concerned about length but I did a few sets of clamps, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and supra slammers; nothing to write home about though.
I've been in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at least 5 hrs. everyday and in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap any other time I'm not extending, I basically never take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap off.

The best part of week 5 though? Me and the lady had sex tonite and she told me she can feel a difference in my length, I wanted to measure SO FUCKING BAD but I'm gonna wait until my official measuring day to see what the ruler has in store for me.

I know the feeling! I used to be so obsessed, I could not let an hour go by without checking....it got so bad I had to throw all my measuring devices away:) If you look at some of my old photos you will notice a ruler broken in two...yup, that was a good day:)
 
I was the same way when I first started over a year ago due to wanting gains to come quick but I realized I was driving myself nuts and that it was discouraging me, so I decided to only measure once a month. I'm gonna try and figure out what other exercises I want to incorporate into my routine because I don't want to hit a plateau if at all possible,I don't want any more months without gains; having gains feels too good not to get em.
 
WEEK 5:

I started my week on Sunday 5/13/12 which means I'll get 6 days of workouts this week as opposed to 5. Sunday was a busy day so I didn't really get an extensive workout the way I wanted to but I did wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 6 hrs. and did 25 sets of DLD Blasters and 3 sets of The Mandingo Stretch.

Thanks Schwanz. The only thing I can PROBABLY attribute the girth gain to would be the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but who the hell knows. I'd love another inch in length right now, we have to figure out a way to make that exchange.
 
I usually like to do 5-6 sets of all my exercises but today I only got in 4, I wore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 7 hrs and 45 min. My ligs seemed to be a lot tighter today after my 2 rest days so I think I'm going to either no longer rest on consecutive days or I'm going to go down to one rest day if I can handle it.
I was thinking extra hard today about reaching my october goal and played around with the thought of adding some light hanging to my routine again but I'm almost afraid that I'm going to be in too much pain to get through it...lol I'm gonna see what happens if I start light with maybe 20 min. at first, I love the feeling of my ligs being sore after a workout and I know this will keep 'em sore. I guess not having that feeling today kinda threw me off a bit.
 
Looking at your signature I wonder if you are doing any Expressive Stretching? I see you are covering everything but ES in your signature.

Low grip stretches will also work as Expressive Stretches. Also, The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches can be used for ES also.
 
Week 5 day 3 of working out. I got in all six sets of all 3 exercises today and my ligs are sore as shit, I tried to focus on getting a good pull during the RK portion of the Blasters. I've been in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 6 hours and counting. I'll start increasing my hold time on each of my stretches tomorrow, all in all today was a great workout and I'm believing that I will get to 8in. by October.
