Hey everyone! I've been a member of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] now for 4 months and have Penis Enlargement'd consistently since then. I just took my monthly measurements today and figured that I should start my own journal to help me track my gains and get feedback from the group. The first three months I gained nothing in erect length, but my girth has risen consistently each month. This last month I put much time and energy into stretching and have FINALLY seen length increases. My girth has gone up slightly as well.

My routine for the first three months was pretty much the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] with some dry jelqs added in. I did the workouts 5-6 days a week. This last month I have done 30 minutes of stretches 6 days a week, and wet and dry jelqs for 30 minutes every other day.

The length increases you see are all from this past month of hard stretching. I'm really pumped to keep them going and I'm glad they have been able to transfer over to at least some erect length gains as well. Girth has gone up either 1/16" or 1/8" each month, and I am close to my goal of 6".

Great job, you're already very big! I'd suggest you stay with this routine until your gains stop. Don't be tempted by the so-called advanced exercises if your current is producing results. If/when your length does stop increasing, I'd suggest switching to hanging. It gave me the best results in the shortest amount of time. good luck!

Thanks man I appreciate your input and advice. I'm pretty much going to keep the same routine I have for the stretching, but the girth workouts will have to change. My penis is very conditioned and hard wet jelqs for 30 minutes are barely a workout anymore. I'm going to move to DLD's Phase II for girth gains, do that routine every other day, and keep up with the 30 minutes of daily stretches and add in DLD blasters instead of regular A-stretches.

I'll have to look into hanging before I make a decision on switching over to it. For some reason increasing my penis size with my hands only sounds more appealing to me but I won't rule out the option of hanging just yet. We'll see how my length gains continue. rofl

I like doing a different stretching routine everyday to keep things fresh and my penis guessing. Hitting the tunica hard everyday is tough IMO, so I do bundled stretches every other day. This is pretty much the same routine as last month, just added DLD Blasters and lazy ass stretches. I'm pretty much doing Phase II of DLD's routine for both stretching and girth. The girth is secondary, which is why I will be doing it every other day.

Goals this month--add 1/4" in erect length which will put me at 7 NBP, and 1/8" in erect girth which will put me at 6" EG.

This first week will be messed up in my training, as I am going on vacation and lack privacy living at home for spring break (college student). I won't get my girth routine in well and I may not get stretching in more than 5 days this week. After that it's on hardcore.
 
SICK routine dude rofl ... btw .. how long do u take in average to get those stretches done ... coz in words we can just say 10 minutes but in reality :p .. takes time .. gripping problems and crap :p .. CONGRATS on ur gains bro, but i been wondering why are u wasting time on stretches focusing on the LIGS ?? i mean if ligaments were meant to be an easy source for gains i would keep that as a back up rofl and give my HEART and SOUL on stretching that mo'fo called TUNICA :P

Thanks bro. The stretch times I have out are for the actual time that I spend stretching and NOT the total time it takes to get through the routine. With the time it takes setting up the stretch through grip and allowing blood to circulate, a 30 minute stretching routine sometimes goes up to 45 minutes.

The reason I still hit the ligs hard is I don't necessarily believe in the low LOT theory. And even if it were true, I would like to know 100% for sure that I can't grow with lig stretching. Honestly, I think I can, and I am, cuz it's been one week on this new routine and there's more length already. I really believe I can hit my goal of 8" length by focusing purely on the ligs, even with a lot of 6.
 
Time for an update...

I got stretching in 5 days of the 7 last week, and was only able to do 1 girth workout. Now that I'm back at school things can pick up back to normal.

The DLD Blasters are amazing by the way. Honestly I think this one exercise is going to add so much length for me that I can't wait to get my next workout in.

Both my hands and forearms are extremely tired and sore from snowmobiling three days in a row, and I tried doing my stretching routine but I simply cannot make it an effective stretch due to gripping issues. I'll start my stretches as soon as possible and the girth work will continue as normal.

THings been going good on ur side ey. Well .. i am also in school i will be completing my degree in engineering.
U got a HARDCORE routine there my friend. Lets hope the gains just keep on pouring. WHat method do you use for the blasters ?? Baby powder ?? or using latex gloves ? lately i been researching and noticed that length is mostly dependable on how u warm up .. and most of them recommend warming up in between sets for maximum results. been trying that WATER BAG method where u fill up half a water bag and fold it and wrap ur ROCKET SHIP in it.

Well .. i am slacking a lot but doing dry jelqs and LOVING it .. Stretching is something more of a long time investment on my behalf. gonna go from basic stretching .. to bundled stretching .. then in the future hanging .. nothing much .. i just neeed to gain 7 inches NBP (8 inch BProfl .. coz i got a inch fat pad)

Yeah I use baby powder. I've never tried the gloves, the powder does wonders for me. I have to admit I've never really warmed up before stretching, only jelq/girth work. Maybe I should?

My grip issues and the flu I had are finally gone, so it's on hardcore now. I'll be stretching twice a day, 15 minutes each time, DLD Blasters each time using DLD's mind techniques while doing them. It's so hard for me to do Blasters with my grip and being in the right mindset will help big time.

Due to vacation then sickness I've done girth about 2x since my last measure, which was almost 2 weeks ago. Now, I'll be hitting it 6 times per week to regain lost ground. I remember back when I did jelqing 5-7 times per week I gained the greatest amount of girth. 3-4 times per week is ok, but for me, more is almost better, to a degree.

I said I was going to use the Phase II girth routine, and I tried it a couple sessions, but I can't seem to get the same balooning/expansion effect I can from basic jelqing. So what I've done is replaced double forced jelq and bends with regular wet jelqs done INTENSELY for 30 minutes, and every 2.5 minutes do a compression squeeze. My dick is throbbing after one of those workouts baby, let me tell you. I predict 6" girth mid-shaft in two weeks with this routine.

Things are back on track and the dedication/motivation is back online. Time for growth baby!

I need to get my ass in gear for these stretches again. 30 minutes daily AT LEAST, from here on out until next measurement.

3/28--30 minutes of stretch routine

Yesterday something happened while I was doing my girth work. A vein under the glans sort of hardened and part of my penis under the glans swelled up. The swelling went down within 10 minutes but the vein is still hard today. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
 
Hey everyone. I wanted to update my journal to keep this thing alive. I haven't forgotten about Penis Enlargement and I can't wait to start up again! However, I'm not sure when that will be. It might not be until August when I'm back at school with my own room, but I might try to do something this summer.

My thrombosed vein has healed completely, and has been healed for over a week now. And as for my gains...well I kept about 75% of my girth gains (right at about 5.75" EG Mid) but kept ALL of my length gains, even my stretched length has stayed where it is. I found this quite interesting. Actually, to be more accurate, my length has increased. I've lost some fat in a month so have less fat pad and more shaft, so my non-pressed length is almost a full 7" now, actually about 6.9" or so. Quite cool!

I'll update when I'm ready to be back. Can't wait!
 
So here's the deal. I'm devoting an entire four months of training to exclusively stretching for length. It's not that I don't want more girth, I do, it's just I literally won't have time to target girth over the summer. The time restraints will make it literally impossible and since my girth is pretty respectable compared to my length, I've decided to take my length gains to the extreme.

I'm going to total 30 minutes each day, 5-7 days per week, on just stretching. I also will not measure until this date--September 1st, 2006. I choose that date because my summer nearly extends to that date, and at that point I can begin training for girth again. Actually forcing myself to not measure my length until that time will be tough. I've always been a 1 monther before, so I'm gonna have to hide the ruler and forget about where I hid it.

My goal is to be at least 7.5" in NBP erect length by September 1st. Anything more than that will be a bonus. I will have an idea if I'm gaining length by measuring my penis length next to my hand and that will be the only way I will get any feedback from length progress.

My routine will focus on newbie stretches (all kinds), BTC stretches, bundled stretches, and my favorite, DLD Blasters. I will total 30 minutes a day, at least 5 days per week, and hopefully mostly do the stretches in 10 minute increments throughout the day.

So that's my plan. I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions, I'm open to them.

I'm going to have to work my way back up to 30 full minutes. Right now I still get too many red spots. Hopefully I'll be back up to 30 within 2-3 weeks time.

Rest day

NOTES: I've been pulling so hard lately that 10 minutes gives me some hardcore red spots and really makes my head look kinda deformed for a few minutes. If you truly pull hard enough, you can literally feel the ligs just aching and man, I think you don't need to stretch as often or as long. I have to take the day off today for healing. I'm hoping my tissue gets used to this extreme pulling soon, and I can do daily stretches.
 
So here's what the plan is for the summer...I'm going to measure my bone pressed stretched length ONLY the entire summer. I will not measure anything else until September after this length quest is over. Earlier I said I wouldn't measure at all, but after thinking about I realized I need some sort of guage to judge my progress. One measurement every 2 weeks will do fine, because I think if you gain, you'll see it in 2 weeks, provided everything is right and you measure perfectly the same way each time. Seeing the numbers in my Sig increase will boost my confidence, and knowing that I only have 2 more weeks to get gains will force me to stay consistent and focused.

Again, the goals for September 1st will be a 9" bone pressed stretched length, and at least a 7.5" non pressed erect length.

I'm also going to keep ejaculations to a minimum during these times...like once per week tops. I read somewhere doing this will help be consistent with length increases. This will force me to want to find a girl to do it for me lol, and not me, because who wants to waste all that time off of doing it by doing it yourself?

NOTES: I might have had lig pops today. Not sure though. I heard and felt two very faint 'cracks' or 'pops' but nothing that would make me sick to my stomach like most of you say you experience at your first lig pop. As far as my pulling goes though, I am pulling extremely hard now. I mean my ligs are on fire after 30 seconds of one of my stretches. I'm also a bodybuilder and have a great deal of grip and pressing strength, more so than the average guy, so maybe I shouldn't be pushing my stretches quite to the absolute extreme? On most of my stretches I'm going I'd say 90-95% of my max...when I went 100% I felt the lig pops, or whatever you call them. But wow, great sessions today.

Hey everyone, not sure if I was missed at all but just letting you all know the stretches had to stop this summer. I lacked the time and privacy.

However, I am back at school now and have been Penis Enlargement'ing like a madman. I have some GREAT news.

I've been going strong for 5 weeks now with wet jelqs only. It's basically because I always gain girth somewhat easily whereas length takes more time/committment. I jumped into a routine of WJ's to see gains immediately basically. In one month my girth increased 1/8", working up from 5 minutes of WJ's to 20-30 minutes. But what's exciting is this...

I read up on Goldmember's post on doing girth routines twice in one day. I seemed to handle 30 minutes without problems, so I decided to try this twice a day thing. I started about one week ago, and just in this past week I've gained another 1/8" in girth. That aint it though - I also gained in length. For the first time ever my erect length has increased without stretching. My length has increased 1/4" since I last measured it (which was 5 weeks ago). So, maybe it was increasing slightly this entire time or this past week was such a shock to it that it was due entirely to just one week of crazy Penis Enlargement sessions. I don't know. But I knew something was different looking at my dick, so I measured it and sure enough it was longer, and thicker.

I'm going to continue this little experiment I have going on. My routine will be something like this:

Wet Jelq 5-6 days per week.
Do twice daily sessions separated by 8-12 hours 2-3 times per week.
Sessions will last 20-30 minutes.
Do one session on days where 2 is inconvenient (probably 2-3 days/week)

A note on my jelq form: I go very erect, and FEEL expansion on each repetition. All reps are done with perfect form and a solid grip. I also take an overhand grip and jelq downwards towards the floor, in a seated position. I don't think it can be beat. I also believe this allows the ligs to be stretched as well while the jelqs are being performed.

Very solid, rusty. I wish I could gain like that from wet jelqs alone...I like that you have adapted a twice daily routine when you can. Try to go seven days a week if possible, but we all know it becomes difficult to find that privacy at times.

Not only have I been doing twice daily girth sessions, but I have been trying to get in ten minutes of wet jelqs every two or three hours in between my normal girth routine. I did that yesterday, and hope to do it again today. It's a fantastic way to build on fatigue.

Thanks Goldmember. The twice a day plan is amazing. I'll be able to get in two today for sure. Privacy is really not an issue where I live so I can Penis Enlargement away mostly anytime during the day.

Thanks for the tips as well. I'm going to work up to 7 days per week, but once I reach that point if I feel I need a day off I won't be hesitant to take it.

I took time off as well--about 6 weeks--the summer of my first year of P.E. I resumed about this time, and BANG, I experienced immediate gains as well. There has to be something to this.

I've recently been thinking about this concept. It's like this - whenever I either 1) change up my routine or 2) add something to increase the intensity I see IMMEDIATE gains. We all know certain exercises just don't work for us anymore. Is this because our bodies have conditioned themselves and refuse to grow with that same stimulus? I think so. As a Penis Enlargement'er the common answer to this problem is to either add more time, more intensity, or do a new exercise completely which would be a new stimulus.

But instead of doing that, what if we just took time off of Penis Enlargement? I know that around here the idea is more=more, but there has to be something to taking time off and coming back again (with a less intense routine) and experiencing immediate growth. The time off you take shouldn't be enough that you start seeing a decrease in size though. I would think it should be just to that point though, and in that situation you will be extremely deconditioned and ready to grow once more, and with a less intense routine than before.

I don't know if this is pure nonsense, and I know the penis is smooth muscle etc, but I know bodybuilders do the same thing because I am a bodybuilder. Deconditioning is a must for me every 3-4 weeks.

I think forever increasing the intensity and time could work, but would a decondition (break off of Penis Enlargement) do the same?
 
By the way, I've also added stretches again to my routine. All I can handle right now is 3 minutes of INTENSE!!! stretches (which is the only way I will do them). I get hardcore red spots on my head when I stretch this hard, and as of now 3 minutes is all I can handle. I stretch down, out, and either do one minute of DLD Blasters or use the tug release method that motisslof uses.
 
Well I know now that getting red spots on the head from stretching is simply a matter of the intensity of the stretch. I was pulling so hard my head couldn't handle it. I tried moderately-hard stretches today and was able to go 6 minutes (could have done more) without any real red spots. I think I'm going to continue with the moderately hard stretches and extend the time as much as possible.
 
My ligs are on fire right now! I just completed my second stretching session of the day. Each one lasted 5 minutes and I'm basically just doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I've decided to get serious with stretching - I'm going to hit it 3 times daily for a minimum of 5 minutes each session, and I'll add time as I go along. I'll stick with something similiar to the basic newbie stretching routine with a couple new exercises thrown in every so often to keep it interesting.

When I stretch, I use nitrile or latex gloves and put a bit of baby powder on them; wala, it's the best of both worlds! Killer grip!

Yea I can't wait till next Thursday.

So, you know when you know you're growing? When you pull down your pants and the look of your dick surprises you and you get a reaction from yourself like "WTF?" or "Woah.."

It just happened to me. I was in a SLIGHT semi-erect state and was changing when I looked down and it just looked like a wide and thick mother that I just had to measure my girth. I did, and it was almost 5.5" thick, probably at 25% erection level. Funny thing is I haven't done a girth session in two days. I'm wondering (since lately I've been relentlessly pounding the girth sessions) that the time off allowed for some much needed growth? I think it did.
 
Shift in focus of my Penis Enlargement routine:

I will be focusing now on increasing my length. I've gained like a machine in girth when I was concentrating on upping the girth measurement so I'm hoping I can do the same for length. With me approaching 6" girth, and at 7.25" length, I now think it's time to start evening things out.

I'll be doing stretches 3 times daily, starting at 5 minutes in each session and working up from there. Mostly it will be the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] but I will not count out DLD blasters and some possible bundled work for the tunica.
 
Here are my stretched lengths as a starting point:

7.75" NBPFSL
8.5" BPFSL

I forgot to mention, I will be doing girth sessions once every other day. And I will probably be incorporating slow squash jelqs to make the lack of sessions more intense.
 
Well through trial and error I have discovered that for me stretching daily is too intense, and my ligs and tunica just feel too tight to hit on a daily basis. Perhaps in the future I will be able to stretch multiple times daily but for now I need a day off between stretching days to recover.

Therefore, here is my new routine:

Girth work day 1, consisting of 2 girth sessions daily for a total time of 60 minutes.

Length work day 2, consisting of 3-4 stretching sessions of 5 minutes each session.

I believe in intensity, so all workouts are done with focus, concentration, and a huge desire to reach my goals. The mind is important in this craziness of Penis Enlargement. If you can't focus during your workouts you shouldn't do them IMO. Otherwise you are just wasting your time.

My stretched dick is at its longest length for sure. It has increased in length this past week, although I will not measure until the appropriate time (3 weeks from now). It is now NEARLY as long as my entire hand NON-BONE PRESSED, from the wrist up to the top of the middle finger - which is 8.25" in length. This is getting exciting...
