I've decided to record my observations for this ring of power.

I just got it today and have had it on for 4 hours. Assuming I put it together properly...:)

I'm currently on my 4th week of Penis Enlargement and started out at 6 BPenis EnlargementL x 4.75 girth.
Last week I measured due to my wife's comment about feeling thicker...
6BPenis EnlargementL x 5.1 girth!

My routine is currently jelqs for 15 minutes, basic stretching and the days I'm not too sore I add some sock stretches. Testicle health and kegals while gripping and pulling down the sac.

Will wear ROP all day except maybe during sex. Won't go into details but will just give my wear time. Going to apply some lotion to the area to make sure it's moist.

I'm also a lifter and will track any strength gains worth mentioning.
 
Update: Just went to the bathroom and noticed the rods are heating up nicely so I won't bother with any lotion to add moisture. Apparently it's working.
 
Well just hooked a multimeter up to the ROP while wearing it and it's reading about 760 mV. Guess I don't need any lotion or added moisture. Fits great. Not slipping and not too tight.
 
Okay so I wore it all day and I keep forgetting it's there. The copper is already looking dirty. I also learned a valuable lesson. I figured it might happen but I tried anyway... don't use an electric trimmer down there while wearing it. I got zapped.
 
Day 3 of the ROP. Lots of "activity" lately so I haven't worn it through the night yet due to soreness. Just finished a jelquing session and took measurements since it's been 1 month. I had to check it more than once to be sure but I've definitely gained my first 1/8 inch in length. I guess taking a couple days off of stretching allowed my body to heal with it's new size.

1 month: 1/8 '' length, 1/4'' girth, stronger erections and orgasms. Flaccid hang is thicker.

Also it's probably ROP + testicle health + kegal ball stretches as my sac is starting to hang more relaxed more often. This is one of my main areas of focus. Checked ROP with volt meter and still sitting around 760 mV but i'll probably change ROPs tomorrow.

At this point I would rather refer to Penis Enlargement as Penis Enhancement since the most exciting changes has been in performance.

I didn't think this was supposed to happen but I've definitely grown a lot of extra hair on my shaft. I showed my wife and she agreed. On a plus note, she actually told me my balls looked bigger. Said they were hanging lower too. She would know. She looks at em more than I do. This has me excited. I looked in the mirror and sure enough... also worth mentioning that she didn't know the boys were supposed to grow and hang more from the ROP and exercising. So this comment came out of nowhere.

I also never measured my flaccid hang and girth due to inconsist turtling. I don't turtle as much with ROP and I'm sitting at 4 x 4.5. Obviously my flaccid thickness increased since starting as I could visibly see a big difference.
 
All right. It's about time to clean these things. Interesting note. Not sure if it's coincidence but this is week 2 of ROP wearing and yesterday I hit the weights and really had a good session. I ended up maxing out my bench on my bowflex. While that's not huge, the way it happened was impressive. I already worked flies and this was one of the last lifts for the day...It was also my third set...Each set I jumped up 10 pounds so by my third set I had moved up 30 pounds from last week's bench and even exceeded my reps. As I said, could be coincidence...I'll keep everyone posted.
 
Well it's official. My sac is definitely hanging lower! I even measured and it's a good 1/2 + inch lower! I'm thrilled. I showed my wife and she agreed and just laughed at me as I was pretty giddy. I had the lover copper stain on one side but that's gone now as I switched the ROP around (must've worn it the same way two days in a row).
 
Ok. Been a while. Took some time to re-evaluate my program. This is no longer just the ROP log, i'll turn it into my official log so as not to clutter up [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

Haven't been wearing the ROP as much. Taking days off etc. Well 2 months I'm stuck at 6x5. Just that small gain in length, probably from jelquing and my 1/4 in in girth. Better erections, orgasms, lower sac, morning wood, etc. Good stuff. I am happy with my results. Wouldn't mind some added length but girth is where it's at anyway.

Figured out my LOT was on the low end so I should be stretching up...never did too much of these since my grip slips. Cannot figure out basic stretching. Always end up feeling skin stretch even when pulling skin away from glans. Oh well. Here's the new routine starting tomorrow.

Morning every other day: Pumping (kaplan pump) following his guide of 10 min, massage, 10 min for the first 4 weeks gradually increasing pressure starting around 3Hg. It's hard to read my guage though. Why does it go up so high?

Testicle health at least once everyday at night and in showers and after sex. Love it, feels good, nice results.

ROP all day but off at night.

Kegals everyday while pulling down on testicles. 100 quicks and 2 1 minute holds.

Jelquing everyday. Still only doing 10 minutes but it's 5 of warmup and 5 in increasing intensity followed by (only on non pumping days) double forced jelqs (5 of em) and a couple good Slow squash Jelqs. I will adjust accordingly each week.

Also going to fit in sets of upward stretching and cranks up while I'm lifting weights in between sets. (30 sec is usually my rest time in between sets...this should help me balance my rest times for consistency and I can hammer these stretches 3-5 times a week.)

I have to condense some things because I know the misses prefers my time spent with her and our daughter. She's cool about it but I don't want to push it.

I will update weekly or whenever special things happen. Will keep this routine and adjust it through August then my class schedule changes.

Also looking to begin hanging early next year with a bib starter after I work on some girth and try out the LOT theory. Am considering all day clamping as well but that would be next year too. Want to take it slow and careful and find out what really works.
 
Alright. Missed the first weekly update due to a family medical emergency. Couldn't keep up with the whole routine due to this. Pumping was done on schedule with testicle health and some stretching and jelquing. Week 2 couldn't squeeze in my final day of pumping. Having trouble with it.

I think I need a smaller tube because it sucks in too much of my scrotum no matter how hard I try. I end up with discomfort that sometimes lasts for hours and I can't increase the pressure because of this. It seems like a risk to continue until I get a smaller tube. Am using a 2 inch tube with a 5 inch erect girth. It was on ebay and a new tube costs more than I paid for the whole setup! Going to try to pump this routine still without increasing pressure or just increase a little and only do one set. We'll see. Jelquing will be more intense even on pump days.
 
About to finish up my third month of Penis Enlargement and it is official...I have gained 1/2 inch in erect girth! Yeeehaw! Measured about a week ago as I was unable to pump while waiting for my new tube so I could get a fair measurement. Got 5 1/4 inch. Measured last night AFTER sex and it was 5 1/4 inch! I noticed while changing positions that my penis was a lot larger and this could be attributed to using the pump on Monday but after sex was over my penis had shrunk so I am consistently measuring at 5 1/4 inch except right after pumping due to fatique. Just can't get a super hard erection after a pumping session. Erections are getting stronger.

Just got my captn's wench put together and I must say that I can finally feel a tunica stretch. I stretch up, up-left, up-right, straight out for 2 sets each at 30 seconds and 2 sets of upward rotary cranks. I'm really feeling it by this time so I hang down for 5 minutes at 2 1/2 pounds and then OTS for 5 min. I will do this daily except Sunday for a rest. Backing off of jelquing a bit due to increased pumping times. Just lightly in between sets. I'm satisfied with my girth gains (I want a little more) so I'm going to try some aggressive length stretching that tunica.

By the way, I switched to crazy ed's pumping guide since Kaplans actually requires the ball/penis cylinder as well. I'm up to 3 sets at 10 minutes each with 3.5 Hg every other day...

No more ROP since my erection strength actually got weaker pumping and wearing it so I'm experimenting to see what's the real cause. After removing the ROP monday afternoon, I was able to get rock hard later that evening. Could just be recovery from that morning's pumping session but I don't know. Also did a set of stretches and hanging so I'll play around with it.
 
Got sick this weekend so missed monday. May do some today but I am still quite ill. Finished my pumping friday at 3 sets of 10 minutes at 5 Hg. Working my way up slowly. Having PC muscle discomfort though. Interesting. May switch to some constrictors this week to experiment since I haven't seen much temporary pump increase and most of my girth has been from manual work. I get two weeks off of school so I'm going to try hanging with a rice sock fulcrum.
 
Long needed update. Took a month off for personal reasons. Been back for 2 weeks doing 3 sets of stretches with the captn's wench up, up/sides, sides, straight out and rotating. Then I throw in constrictors. 10 minutes first two weeks and am beginning 15 every other day with the weekends off. I've noticed that the constrictors bring me up to 5 1/2 in girth when on and fully erect. This is the thickest I've ever been and am quite pleased with the results...thanks Redzulu.

Going to experiment some more with homemade [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] for the whole package and have used some extra parts from my ROP's to make a ring for the sac similar to ones sold on other sites. I'm still playing around with this so I'll report back if I'm able to get what I'm working for.

Going to make my RSDT fulcrum today and begin use. I'm still playing around with the wench to get better circulation. Not worried about pumping at the moment since constrictors are getting me just as good of a pump and is much more comfortable and less time consuming. Plus it just feels good.

Reassessed my goals. Not really interested in gaining much in the erect area. Looking for flaccid gain. I'd love to have a nice 5-6 inch flaccid. So I will be incorporating Lazy ass stretches and hunting for more excercises that help with this. Of course if I have to put on some erect length with this, I guess I can do that. :)
 
I'm very confused right now. I was doing a set of constrictors for 15 minutes followed by some slow squash jelqs and noticed that my penis looked longer. I measured and sure enough I was about 1/2 inch longer than normal. It kinda surprised me. I measured again and again and I started to shrink down to only 1/4 increase...finally back to normal. I couldn't repeat it.

The only thing I've done for length lately was some hanging for 20 minutes a day for only 2 days and I had to take a break due to something else which I'll discuss in a moment. I also tried the german stallions slow stretching technique thing a couple nights ago. I suppose it could've just been increased blood flow in the head. I don't know that seems like a big change for some head size. I wasn't mistaken on the measurement. Perhaps it is due to skin stretch and my penis having time to heal.

I was on secret leather looking at ball weights and I read through the forum and people were using steel welded O rings to stretch their sacs. I tried it. 4 days later I had increased my rings by 2 and had a NOTICIBLE increase in hang and fill along with stretch marks and some breaks in the skin from the welded portion of the rings. This is the reason for my break.

It's been about 4 days since and my sac still feels heavier. I'm enjoying the results and noticed the first day of my break, I accidentally sat on my sac. That's never happened...ever. I'm thrilled about this. I also wonder if maybe this hasn't assisted in my length gains. Stretching that skin that was pretty tight from sac to penis may have something to do with it. I'm still puzzled.
 
Do you mind explaining what the Ring of Power is? How does it work? What gains can you expect by using it?

The ROP uses two highly conductive metals to create a current through the skin. This in theory, stimulates testosterone production. I no longer wear mine since it was actually causing me to grow more hair. Very odd. I believe the benefits are there and it's just different for every person. On occassion I may throw mine on again when I need to take breaks from the O-rings. You can buy them on ebay for about 15 bucks or order about 40 dollars worth of parts from MC mastercarr and make about 4 or 5 of em. Very easy to make it just takes some time.

I experienced better testicle hang and the testosterone increase was there. I never had increased ejaculation like some have and I didn't have any increase in penis size. I felt at times like my erection strength suffered but it could have been coincidence. Results vary. All you can do is try. The nice thing about it is that you can wear it all the time and it's never in the way. Plus you don't need any time set aside like you do with exercises.
 
Ok it is official. After my morning 15 minute constriction session followed by a few minutes of jelquing I noticed the size difference again and measured. 1/2 inch longer. I'm not sure what's more unbelievable. The fact that a 1/2 inch just came all at once or the fact that I don't know how it happened. For the last month and a half I was only doing constrictors every other day and early in that period I did some manual stretching with the captn's wench. I had just started hanging for 20 minutes a night but only did that for a couple nights. I'm going to assume that the stretches and hanging played a part but I also feel the ball stretching may have created some pull on sac, loosening that area and freeing up some growth. I really can't quite figure this out. It's strange because the length is only my max length. Maybe the mrs will give me time to measure before we dive in next time. It's like a dream. 1/2 inch really makes a HUGE difference.

I'm going to continue my every other day constrictor sessions and jelquing for another week and then probably up it to 20 minutes. I guess I'll do the german stallions streches whenever i can. I'll occassionally throw in some hanging maybe 3 or 4 times a week and continue ball stretching for the same. I'm also looking into getting my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] working (padding). This is just really cool. I think I'm one of those lucky ones that less is more. I finally cut back to just a little bit and get my first impressive length gain.
