Yesterday I tried extending straight out. Sucked as it put a different kind of pressure on my glands which took a toll on the rest of the day and into today kind of. Will be just doing straight down or straight up from now on. Think I figured out the combination that works with a baby sock doubled up, wrapped around the foam comfort ring, and then the silicone comfort sleeve around that. Then strap in with the comfort strap. Very minimal fluid build.

Yeah. I cut mine about a third of it off. I use it for my clamping and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. After a few days, it stretches out and becomes more comfortable.
