Further studies are needed to evaluate this relationship.

LIGHTNING;587601 said:Protein in Pistachios
A recent study found that men with erectile dysfunction who ate pistachio nuts every day for three weeks experienced significant improvement in sexual issues, including ED, sexual desire, and overall sexual satisfaction. The benefits of pistachios for erection problems may be due to a protein called arginine, which may help relax blood vessels. "This is another example of how good circulation is good for sexual health, which is good news because I eat a lot of pistachios," says Dr. Daneshgari.

Yesterday i did cum twice in the space of 2 hrs,i wasnt rock hard ,about 3/4 hard, which is and improvement, and havent done that for i dont know how long, self imposed, lol
Then last night i thought i would see if i could get it up again.Low and behold i did.
I did find out that for years my testosterone has been blocked by estrogen, and i would say to anyone who has struggled to get hard read this very important article.

Viagra worked great up until a year ago, where it began not having the punch it used to. Depressing to say the least, this summer was not a good one.... nothing really worked, diet, heavy lifting, etc.. had minimal effects. I could not figure it out...
Not sure how I came to know about about Citrulline, but started using it approx. 2 weeks ago (Source Naturals, 1000mg), taking roughly 2 grams per day. Started noticing effects quickly, within a couple of days, and believe it or not, started waking up in the middle of the night a couple of times per night from the intensity of erections (unheard of for several years). I had sex a week or so ago and thought I would try some Viagra 100mg with it. I guess that is a no, no... but thought I would try it anyway. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do !!!
I know I "juiced" it with Viagra, and in the future will cut own on that amount significantly.... However, it is very hard for me to describe how potent the effect was... was better than when I was 20, and I was very potent up until 5 years ago. Two hours, with a build-up and climax that was very hard to believe. The level of hardness, feeling, and size, was off the charts... I believe my Nitric Oxide production has slowly waned as the years have progressed, this is natural, and this supplement has returned it to normal (or even higher). I will be testing my NO levels as test strips should be arriving in the mail today, to determine if I need to take 2 grams as I have been taking. it will be interesting to see and track the results.
The following post from another website is an interesting, yet simplistic version of what I believe happens to many men with NO deficiencies: "Yes, L-Citrulline holds a lot of promise. So far no side effects have been noted in the studies and it looks like a better way to boost base NO levels. By the way, they have commented that it should work synergistically with the PDE5 Inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, etc). Why? Well, the PDE5s don't help a lot of men, because many men with advanced endothelial dysfunction simply don't produce enough NO. Remember that PDE5 Inhibitors work by allowing your existing NO to stay in your system longer. However, if you don't have enough NO in the first place, Viagra, Cialis and Levitra do not have the desired effect. This is where L-Citrulline comes in: it will boost NO enough to give the drugs (or many supplements such as Ginseng, Pycnogenol, Horny Goat Weed, etc.) something to act upon, or so it appears from a couple of studies to date."
Good luck, hope this post helps some....
Take your time and do it rightI’m going to try this and see how it works
Will be good for when I measure my BPEL soon.
Also noticed that if you take too much of this for a prolonged amount of time (like 10grams a day, which some of you were getting close to ) you’re gonna fuck up your intestines.
I’m just gonna cycle it on and off if it works.
what a discovery tho
have you tried it yet?Take your time and do it right
There are some thread out there explaining the side effects about this.I’m going to try this and see how it works
