Hey guys. Kingsnake here. I have been taking a suppliment called L-Citrulline for the past 2 weeks now and have noticed erection quilaty that I had when I was 16 years old. L-Citrulline is a precurser to L-Arginine. As you guys know L-Arginine is an amino acid that is responsible for nitrixoxide production in the body which enchances bloodflow. In fact most male enchancement products have L-Arginine as its main ingredient. The only problem with taking diatery L-arginine is that only 10-20% of it gets into were it needs to be to aid in nitrixoxide production. The other 80 - 90% gets obsorbed by the intestines used for other bodily functions.

Here's were L-Citrulline comes in. L-Citrulline once ingested gets converted into arginine and the chemical conversion bipasses the bodies ability to waste it. This suppliment also promotes the body to produce its own arginine for further nitrix oxide production. It has been 2 weeks now since I started taking it and I have noticed my erections are much fuller and harder. I have also noticed that my flaccid hang is fuller and my glans or more engorged do to more bloodflow. You guys should definently look into this suppliment. L-Citrulline can be found in most nutrition stores. Also google it to get more scientific info on it for yourself.
 
Thanks Kingsnake nutrional info for better erections is always welcome info after all whats the purpose of getting a bigger dick if you don't go hard with it I take a host of nutrionals one I like is deisel test pro cycle

Watermelon is loaded with L-citrulline. Eat one whole watermelon per day, including the rinde for 2 weeks. At least the hydration has got to plump up the pecker.

In all seriousness, I have tried eating a shitload of watermelon on a few occasions and can remember having great nocturnal tumesence.
 
Kingsnake i was just wondering which supplement you take? I notice that gnc sells one that is pure powder just curious if you had any thoughts on that one? Im into weight training as well so this seems like a pretty good all around supplement.
 
I haven't tried the powdered form yet. Put based on my improved erection quality from the pill form I would think the powder would be better since it will be obsorbed quicker.
 
Yeah I can vouch for this stuff. If you have low body fat you will also notice that you look more ripped than usual. Didn't know that bit about L-Arginine conversion though, where'd you pick up that tasty morsel?
 
I picked up the information from a few of my friends and workout partners at the gym. They were taking it orginally to help with with muscle pumps while working out. They later told me that they noticed an extra benifit which was ridiculous erections and a more enorged flaccid penis. I later googled it online and got all my info from there. I also found out that watermelon is loaded with L-citrulline. If you go to google and type in (watermelon is better then vigria) you will see tons of articles on it and they talk about the citrulline in the watermelon.
 
I just bought the powder yesterday and its not bad-really has absolutely no taste at all, kind of strange, but better than something that tastes awful. The directions say to take 1 teaspoon three times daily, but each serving is 2.25 grams-Kingsnake i noticed you said you only take 2.5grams daily? Do you think i should just consume one serving? From the sounds of this stuff if i took all three servings id be walking around with a hard-on all day, lol.
 
I only take 2.5 grams because I am taking the capsule form in a small bottle. If I had bought the powdered form I would be taking whatever the directions say to take. Go ahead and take the 1 teaspoon three times daily. When I run out of the capsule form I will be buying the powdered form as well. The only reason why I bought the capsule form is because I didn't even know that they had a powdered form until it was to late and I had already opened up the bottle.

you can get a good amount on ebay for 19.99 with free shipping, i bought mine from the Vitamin Shoppe and paid 26.49 for a much smaller bottle, but that was just because I didnt feel like waiting for it to be shipped and I also didnt know what to expect.
 
Your guys can get some l-citrulline from any Discount Nutrition store in the area. Bodybuilding.com like hsarge said is another good place to get it.
 
Sorry about that KingD. From what I read the L-citrulline malate verson allows for better and faster obsorbtion then even the orgininal L-citrulline version. The malate is definently better. I will be buying this brand myself when I run out of the regular L-citrulline..
 
Thanks alot Kingsnake. I was going to make a power drink with the L-citrulline malate and L-Arginine-HCL / L-Ornithine-HCL powder that purebulk has. I'm thinking that sense they are the absolute best of both products, than it should be a killer stacked drink that would be better than alot of penis pills on the market. Not to mention what it can for your body if you workout. Thanks again Kingsnake, because of your pics and posts on this and various forums, you have inspired me to get back into manual stretches.
 
you really cant mix it into most protein shakes as they typically contain glutamine (whey protein supplements) and L-Citrulline should not be taken at the same time as those, but i found that if you mix it into something with flavor (juice, ice tea, etc.) it goes down a lot easier, lol. The powder doesn't really mix well, or at least it doesnt dissolve easily so you almost need to mix it once, drink it, and then mix it again to get the left over powder.
 
I have heard thatv AAKG is better and more effective than L-Arginine. They say AAKG, is a better quality of L-Arginine and a better delivery system. Have you tried AAKG? If so, how does it compare with L-Citrulline?

I have heard that it is good to stack the L-Citrulline Malate version with the AAKG for an even better effect with nitrixoxide production.
 
Well Kingsnake!! The L-Arginine-HCL / L-Ornithine-HCL powder mix is the best you can get. The L-Arginine-HCL / L-Ornithine-HCL is better than the AAKG version, so that is why I wanted to add the L-Arginine-HCL / L-Ornithine-HCL with the L-Citrulline malate. They are the 3 best forms of the supplement that help increase Nitrioxide production. It can help your erections as well as your whole body if you workout.
 
You could also try L-Norvaline in combination.

L-Norvaline inhibits the arginase enzyme thus increasing arginine concentrations for enhanced conversion to nitric oxide.

Hey Pewptypants!! Just giving you some advice since you look like your going to do something like I'm going to do. Don't do homemade pills, do liquid form. Even established penis pill companies are switching to liquid form because it is easier for you to incorporate into a routine and liquid foms of any supplement gets better absorbtion into your body when consumed. Loot at this site I found http://www.beamonstar.com/product.php?id=18 even Extenze is switching their formula to drinks and liquid shots. Plus you can increase the amount of any ingrident without having to make a pill bigger. Just my advice though.
 
KingD what do you plan on including in your homemade liquid? Is it simply going to be a combination of multiple powder supplements? It sounds rather interesting.
 
Well Kingsnake!! Mine will be a mixture of powder supplements and herbs in a liquid form. Hey NDAWG22, I am narrowing down what I am going to use in my homemade brew, but once I have made a final decision I wil let you know.
 
Alright KingD please do keep me posted it sounds very interesting. Also, I just wanted to update on the L-Citrulline, after taking it for a week I can honestly say it does work and it definitely makes your erections a lot stronger and fuller-i highly recommend.
 
how long do ppl notice results with this, just started yesterday and nothin yet taking 2 tea spoons per day of 2.5 grams
 
I noticed better erections within a week in a half to 2 weeks of taking it. I also have noticed better pumps in the weightroom.
 
Question i have been waking up with the side of my penis like swollen its very weird, like were there is extra skin from being circumsized its gets very large in mornings or after hard workouts, then goes away. could it be from this?

kingsnake are you taking it three times a day? Ive been taking it once or twice and noticing great results i got to get some more and bump it up to three times a day.
 
Yeah I'm taking it 3 times a day right now. Erections are crazy man. Now I have a new problem. When I do my morning manual stretching workout my dick keeps getting erect on me. The nitrixoxide in my body is really incouraging erections at times when they are not needed. I feel like im in highschool again with random boners every five seconds.
 
Hey Kingsnake! You might want to start do alot of PC flexs(try doing PC flexs with a wet washcloth or a towel on your erect penis) to tire your erection to a flaccid state or start to do SUPRA SLAMMERS which help with erection length and girth. You are now going to have to re-arrange your workout to cater around your new "problem". I really have to get my hands on that stuff.
 
Hey guys. This citrulline malate is crasy. I am going to reduce my daily intake of this stuff because now it's interfearing with my Manual stretching sessions. My dick keeps on wanting to get erect on me while stretching. It's getting enoying. I have to sit there and wait until my dick goes back to flaccid which is wasting precious time. L-citrulline is some powerful stuff but the citrulline malate powder is just straight rediculous.
