Well I am slowly recovering from the surgery complications. Was flat on my back for over a week, not fun. I decided to get back to some P.E. today and unfortunately it didn't go well. I got a stretching session in with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], did my bundles and went to pump. I did half (about 75% pressure and only for 5 minutes) of what I normally do in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and ended up with a thrombosed vein on the underside at the base. This really sucks but not much I can do now but let it heal.

I am going to be using Eroset's Vein Oil treatment (google it to read up) to try to treat it, but it's going to keep me out of girth work for a while. Which is really the only reason I am still doing P.E. (to gain girth). So, kinda pissed. Back to the rest cycle. At least it's not affecting my EQ.

That's a hell of a routine! I have been toying with the idea of continuing my own routine (20 minutes a day of jelqing) and adding in some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] time. I have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], but I never use it. I can't imagine a way to be able to log 4-6 hours a day of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. If I can just get that figured out I think jelqing plus [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] would be an awesome combo. Thanks for the reply!

Well today was my first day of training again. For those of you familiar with it, I used Eroset's Vein Oil (EVO) to help get rid of my T-Vein and it worked wonder. Had my first session in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] today (taking it very easy) at about 60% for 2x5 plus 150 jelqs (2x75) and didn't have any problems. Not a ton of expansion but I need to recondition to get back to normal work again. I am extending right now with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]+VLC combo, but I have also tried the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] with strap as well and I have to say, I sure didn't hate it. My only gripe with the strap is inconsistent intensity depending on my body position and where I am strapped too, and unknown tension.

I am still getting used to the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] but I have to say, I have improved with my use of it and the stretch I am getting. It took a little bit to get passed how tight my skin already was. Once I added some skin though I really started to notice that I was getting a better stretch. Now it still is not to where my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]+Velcro intensity normally is, but I think this is a function of still needing to add more skin so that the tension is placed back on the tunica and ligs. I had a very tight circumcision and really was never even aware of that until recently as it affected my P.E. Also, in the areas where I have restored some skin, I can already report a noticeable increase in sensitivity. So all-in-all the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] has been living up to it's marketing, I am not sure if I will ever get the high intensity stretch that I get with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]+Velcro but if I can get a good solid stretch with this comfort level I could see putting in a lot of time with this thing. Especially with how easy it is to get on and off, that's a wonder really.

Anyways, I am back at it, recovering from the back injury and getting at least some P.E. going again. Now that I am not in and out of the hospital I will be back on the boards again too more often. Little by little I will acclimate back to my previous intensity and get back on track for my goals.
 
So surgery has been scheduled for the back injury. Coming up next week, I will be gone for a few weeks post-op as well and will likely be away from training for a while. Well, I am returning from surgery and after what I guess equates to about 6 weeks off of my normal routine, I have definitely taken some losses. There were some gains I just hadn't had time to cement yet, so I will have to fight to get those back again. I took a measurement today and it looks like I am down from 5.75" MEG to 5.5" and NBPEL 9.2" to 8.75". Simply put, back injuries and surgery suck. I am starting my basic pumping routine again as of today, I will have to work back up to pressure and get expansion happening again as I had very little expansion today.

I am honestly not even that concerned with the losses in length. Going from 9.2 to 8.75 doesn't even bother me, but the girth gains were hard fought for, much harder than length for me and I am not happy to see such a loss. My goal remains 6.5" MEG, so I am going to be focusing strictly on girth now, even if I lose more length I don't care, I just want to hit my girth goal.

I will be pumping with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], jelqing, and doing bundles. What else are you guys doing that have really brought on girth gains. I have thought about adding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s but for some reason these just cause crazy fluid retention for me. My current routine is as follows:

Doing even a 1 hour bundled stretching with your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] will bring back those lost length gains within a month. It's nothing to worry about.

Yeah, it's the girth gains that really bothered me. Those are hard fought gains for me, months of work to get, hopefully they come back quick.

Thanks bro, it was successful and I am on my feet again without pain. It's still a 6 month road to recovery before I am back to physical activity that is normal for me but I am at least relatively pain free.
 
I have back problems as well jake so glad you have gotten pain free. Back injuries are no joke.

No kidding, I had no idea what it could be like. This is a first for me. I have a completely different level of sympathy for those who have chronic back issues, it really is terrible.
 
Yeah I stained my back muscles a few days ago from not warming up properly before going to work out in the cold. It took me about two days to get better, but at first I was freaking out over the unusual pain

Give it time to heal bro, don't be stupid like me, when those muscles are injured, that's when the spine itself becomes vulnerable and is exactly how I herniated a disc. I was dumb and only waited about 3 days to get back to the gym. I should have waited 7 or more and been stretching it everyday.
 
Oh no what I meant is the pain is mostly all gone in two days, but I haven't been training. It kind of traumatized me the way it felt, and I first thought I snapped my shit up, but It only started to hurt two hours after the fact so I knew it wasn't more than muscle strain

A muscle strain should still have some time to heal, maybe 1-2 days or until the strain does not hurt any longer. How do you think this happened?
 
Working out too hard in the cold without proper warm-up. Where I live its usually warm so I forgot to do more warm-up sets which are what I do instead of stretching

Very simply go down to a hardware store, (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) and get about 6 inches of 3/4" clear semi rigid tubing. You will not need that much but now you have it if you make a mistake.
Put about and inch of water in a microwave safe measuring cup (Pyrex) and nuke it until it just boils. Put the end of the tubing into the hot water and wait about 30 seconds.
Now the fun part, the heated tubing will be very soft and pliable so take care here. Take your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] without comfort ring and stand vertical on the counter with room to work. You are going to start at
about a 15 degree angle and push the tubing down and over the air release valve on top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]. It needs to go down until it rests about 1/16" above the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] plastic housing. That is so you can push down and release the vacuum slowly.
If you get it down and in place on the first try, AWESOME. If not let it cool then pop it off and reheat and try again. Once you get it down and into place let it sit for a few hours to cool and allow the tubing to form to it's new shape.
Congrats, the hard part is done. Now to fit your "wine cork" to the tubing. You will only need about an 1/8 inch gap between the vacuum stopper and the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] release valve so trim it down and you are done.

Start off without the stopper and use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] exactly like you have been but when you are ready for more simply press the stopper into place, put the vacuum pump on the end and hang on for the ride.
It's going to be INTENSE the first time you try it but once you do you'll never go back to the gator only pull.
Once you are ready to stop simply grasp the tubing at the upper edge of the release valve and press down.

Now BEWARE! The extra pull is amazing but keep your sessions fairly short, say a 5 minute max, until you know how your body is going to react. I'd also suggest you try a few trial runs to make sure everything works properly before your first regular session. Incase you put the tubing too close to the housing and don't get a fairly quick release, squeeze the tubing just above the valve and roll your fingers forward. That will pull the tubing up and push the valve out the bottom to create more clearance or to take the tubing off altogether.

We all know this but "Use at your own risk"....

This is how I fashioned mine, jake. If you want, you don't have to attach the adapter to the valve piece. What I do is put the wine vac stopper in the adapter, then put the female end of the wine stopper in the vacuum all ready to go. Then I pump my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] to max pressure manually and let it equalibriate. Then, I just hold the adapter against the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve enough to form a light seal and pull the plunger up on the wine vac. You have to make sure you don't depress you [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve otherwise you will lose pressure an mad you pump will need to be reattached. Also, you must make sure not to trip the lock valve on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] as the same thing will happend. This can be achieved by using a slightly longer headspace between the wine stopper and the and of your adapter and a very light touch. You only need to set the adapter on top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] valve to form a seal where you made your flange through the heating process. It took me about 3 weeks of fucking with the adapter in attachment mode and I just about had it, but saw someone else using similar techniques to pull more pressure. I hope this helps. If you need more assistance or you just can't get the hang of it, let me know and I can email dld some photos or maybe a short video. I don't really want to, since you guys will make fun of my accent. So, here's hoping you are ingenuitive to figure it out and not pull your penis off. I almost did.

Been down time for me guys, I got a post surgery infection which has been a real mess to deal with. Seems to be mostly under control now but was really bad for a few days, I am still getting back to normal.

Been staying semi-active with training. Pumping and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s 3-4 days a week as I feel strong enough. If my back is irritated that day though, I usually won't train. I have to make sure to be careful.

Starting to see some of my gains come back in girth, but I seem to have solidified my length and don't seem to be re-gaining in that area (which I am not really upset about, I mean anything over 8.5" is just extra for me). I am back to about 5.65-5.7 ish, not quite 5.75 for middle erect girth, my base is at 6" but that is not what I am really going for as that is hard to use. The goal remains 6.5" MEG.

Thank you Jake for letting us know you are still out there, I missed you. Tough luck on the infection but I am glad to hear it has come under control. Your maintenance routine with this issue looks just fine. And I would not have any worry on lost gains, if they were lost they were not yet permanent but they will return immediately upon a full routine again. In the meantime take care of yourself and get better. You are in my prayers Jake.

Yeah it was far more dramatic before correction though, now it looks good but before, it was enough that it was the original reason I even found PE.

Well, I am back to PE again. With a recent purchase of the PeniMaster to start extending again. I am working to get back some gains that I lost. It seems that a lot of the regulars on the forum have moved on that I knew at least. Hope some of you guys out there are still doing good.

I've started an extending routine with the PeniMaster right now, and I am trying to get 4 hours a day or more. I would like to get back to 9" length and get to 6.25" girth finally.

Here are my stats right now from when I started in 2015 till now.
Starting - NBPEL: 7.5" MEG: 5"
Stopped 2016: NBPEL: 8.75" MEG: 5.75"
Current - NBPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.5"
Goal - NBPEL: 9" MEG: 6.25"

The forums looks great bro, a solid update. I've been doing good, life has been busy, new job, moved, life, but overall it's been great. Looking forward to getting back to discipline of making some gains again.

Hope you have been doing well now too. Thought I saw a thread that said you were a grandpa now, congrats brother.

Yes, I am a granddad now. My son gave me two beautiful grandbabies Noah and Michael. And they both just turned four and five. Is the greatest joy ever! Here’s a picture❤View attachment 1819632
