Jake what was your SG routine when you had used it? Did you take it off every hour, or did you go above 1hr sessions? I'm having a difficult time grasping a couple concepts after these two months I've made 0.1" in length.

Do you feel any pain? Or do you feel a good discomfort when you used it?

I am able to put in 6-7hours each day with it, and want to know the best protocol.
I try to get 6-8 hours a day, and do manual stretches from the SRT as well.

I start with SRT, then go to the extender for as much as I can in a given day.

I do have discomfort in the SG traditionally, but with the penimaster as an attachment now and using the silisleeve to prevent fluid retention and discomfort too, I can extend for hours and be completely comfortable.

One other thing I noted is that my growth did not come in consistent predictable metrics. I had to keep at it for a while and then all of the sudden I would break a plateau and get a bunch of growth and then wait. So keep staying consistent and keep training. Follow the SRT as much as possible.

As far as tension goes, I keep mine consistently around 1000g. That means I need to adjust the device though as my penis stretches further the tension releases and I have to extend further to get the same tension. Check the tension every hour or so, make sure you are staying at the tension you want. Higher tension is not always better in my opinion. I added all my growth without going over 1300g really.
 
When is your measurement day?
I haven't set one yet, I am just trying to get my routine solid and consistent. I know my starting numbers and will probably wait at least 2 months before measuring.

Posting while I have a little free time, so quick update. My company started some M&A activity and I have been asked to lead that effort, so I have been on the road for over 2 weeks right now. It's been pretty crazy. I am trying to get my manual PE work in while at hotels. Manual Stretches, Jelqs, SSJs almost everyday, but I can't travel with my PE equipment. Somehow I just don't see that going over well at TSA, but having a bathmate or pump on the road would be pretty awesome.

Hope everyone else is getting to crush it with their routines right now. I will be on the road for another 2 weeks or so to wrap this up but it will be worth it as this M&A will mean a considerable bonus when we are complete. Just got to power through.

4 Hours of SG time today at about 900 grams. Using the Silisleeve to help extend in the SG is a dramatic improvement on comfort and getting rid of slippage that usually happens over time at tension. Great addition.
 
Running the SG all-day again today. Currently at 3 hours of time at roughly 900 grams, shooting to get to 6 hours today, but I am still conditioning so we will see what I can handle. I am feeling more soreness wear the SG Base hits me then anywhere else, I wish they made the SG base more like the SizeDoctor base, but I can't stretch with the same tension in the SizeDoctor without slipping out.

Honestly I am not sure. It just feels like it's not holding at the tension I am applying for that length of time. I feel like it should though. I am just using my normal SG for right now since I can't get it to work.

How is your flaccid hang? I’m definitely not a “show’er” and had a difficult time getting certain max tension with the SG. Maybe try slowly ramping up the tension?

I can get the tension I want from the SG no problem. But the SizeDoctor I can't. I actually ordered the silistretcher and am going to stop trying with the sizedoctor altogether, it's just not working for me. I really was looking for something with the SizeDoctor that I could get upwards of 10 hours a day in (sleep and evenings) but I can't. The SG, I hit a threshold at which the base is uncomfortable for me at around 4.5 - 6 hours depending on the day.

I am not a show-er in my length either, flacid hang is 5" or so depending on the day, but BPEL is over 8". So my tension requirement is pretty high.
 
5 hours in the SG today at about 1000 grams tension. I might get in a bit more tonight if the soreness on the top of my shaft subsides. I always stretch in the straight upwards position to focus on the tunica and not expressive stretching. Looking forward to getting the silistretcher and hopefully just stretching all day long.

I upgraded to the 4200 gram spring.... and wow, that's a serious stretch. I used the old strings this morning for 90 minutes, and then switched for a comparison this afternoon. I took a 3 hours rest between, to reset, I am 1 hour into the new springs and the fatigue level is completely different right now. It feels like when I had just started stretching WAY back in the day.

It will be interesting to compare this to the silistretcher once I get it, to see what gives a deeper stretch and what fatigues the tunica more for me. @DLD I'll do a full review of the SiliStretcher once I have it for a few weeks.

Wow, the springs made that much of a difference, so happy to hear. I can’t wait to hear your full review on the SS, I think you’re going to really dig it.
 
I think they may have been fatigued or needing replacement because of how much of a difference it was.

Yesterday was a rest day, today I am back at, already at 2 hours by lunch, trying to get to 5 hours today. Stretching it ooooouuuuuut.

Fatigue can be a bitch but at the same time when you are going through fatigue take advantage of it and do some stretching. No better time to stretch then when you are fatigued.
 
Implementing the silistretcher routine today for the first time. Only have about 30 minutes in it right now, but going to try to use it for the rest of the day if I can. Very comfortable so far.
 
Do you feel like you're getting good pull? Is the stretch is as intense as your size genetics?
I can definitely get a good stretch using the strap system, I would say the one thing is it's not as consistent. Your body isn't stationary so as you move it can change the intensity of the stretch (sitting vs. standing, if on the leg extended vs. bent). I may try to find a way to configure it with the SG base, that would be amazing if I can make it work.

Yesterday I got 6 hours of stretching in without any pain or discomfort, just fatigue. That's a complete first for me. Never had that happen before with any system I worked with (SG, PeniMaster, SizeDoctor). I am going to try for 8 today and see what the fatigue level is like.
 
I got a 4 hours session in today. 1 sessions, without the need for any break due to discomfort. Pretty intense. Only at the very end did I begin to feel any discomfort at all.
 
I’m so glad Jake that you’re making this work so well for yourself. And thank you for the reviews they definitely help other people make an informed choice. I can’t wait to see what kind of games you can make with your SiliStretcher.
 
At the 5 hour mark for 1 session without a need for a break due to discomfort. My ONLY complaint is the inability to measure tension and ensure it is consistent regardless of my position or how I am using the strap system. The comfort level is ridiculous in comparison to the other systems I have used.
 
I did see that, but I think my issue is more that depending on how I am sitting or position the strap, the tension could be significantly different. So I can't effectively understand what it is, or ensure it is consistent for an entire session. I don't think I am going below a minimum necessary, just based on experience and fatigue level, but I catch myself at times in positions where there is significantly less tension than other positions.

Not sure how to overcome this.
 
A solid 4 hours yesterday, didn't get started till late today due to privacy but currently stretching and plan on keeping it up until late tonight. Keeping the routine going!

Ended up working on the house all weekend, so very little time for PE, about 2 hours total. I found a way to get the SG to work with the SiliStretcher using an adapter from the PeniMaster

It is working pretty good, needs A LOT of bars to get to the length needed, but once there it's a good stretch at a consistent tension. Hoping to get more than 4 hours in today, with some manual stretches this evening and possibly from jelqs if time is available.
 
Already at 5.5 hours today. Heading onward to 6-hours.... doesn't get much better than 6 hours a day at a good tension. At the 3 hour mark I had some discomfort, took a short break, allowed some circulation, was good to go afterward.

that’s a great deal of time but the break makes it just fine. At first I thought you were going for sAt first I thought you were going for six hours at a time.
 
I can comfortably get to 3, but I usually take a break every 90-120 minutes.

Sitting at 4 hours already today, I haven't measured yet and don't plan to for a few weeks. But anecdotally my wife noticed a change in size while fooling around yesterday. Best measurement feedback you can get.

Getting another solid day of stretching in, started a little late, but I can wear for part of the night too if required. Stretching with the silistretcher is significantly less work than my other devices (getting strapped in, adjusting, comfort, etc) so I am getting a lot more consistent time everyday.

That comfort level is so important to getting in many hours of effortless work. It’s an amazing design and I’m so proud of lightning for creating it.
 
Still working with the SiliStretcher, but my workouts have been impacted lately by some health issues.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Epididymitis last week. I have had an epidymus infection since December that we have just NOT been able to get rid of, and the pain has been getting worse and worse. I have had numerous ultra-sounds, tests, etc. but the only thing there is the infection. I just finished a 5th course of anti-biotics and although it improves the condition when I am on them, the symptoms (aching pain constantly, sharp pain on movement, burning in testicle) return immediately after completion.

I am trying everything at this point to try to get it to go away, but I can't seem to get any progress. I am starting a regimen of hardcore natural meds now, I have to get off the anti-biotics because they are making me sick in other ways. I am doing ginger, saw palmetto, vitamin E, turmeric, and a anti-fungal for treating yeast overgrowth in the body.

I don't know why I can't get rid of it, but if anyone has any experience with this, or any advice on things they have done to overcome it. Please let me know. It's getting ridiculous and impacting every area of my life right now.

@DLD have you seen this before ever?

unfortunately my brother I have not seen this. I’ve seen a lot of things but I have never heard of anybody experiencing this. Definitely get off the antibiotics as quickly as possible and start using some natural methods as you have written above. I hope somebody with more knowledge comes in to help you my brother
