Got 3 hours in of stretching yesterday, but the pain levels of the epididymitis is starting to impact my ability to stretch. I have another appointment today with doctor, I may have to get IV anti-biotics to clear it up, not sure yet.
 
Alright, so taking the time to make an update on some things that I think are important to document here. It's been 8 months, 8 rounds of anti-biotics, over 30 doctors visits, 2 hospital trips, a near surgery, shots, biopsies, ultrasounds, imaging and months and months of chronic pain. This pain started in my testicles back in December, and began to impact the quality of life by March, by May it was debilitating. All they kept telling me was it had to be an infection and we weren't able to kill it, Chronic Prostatitis is what they said. It's their catch all for when they can't figure things out apparently.

Finally I went to see a new urologist who made a recommendation, that at the time I thought was complete non-sense. He said that I need to see a physical therapist who specializes in CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) and that I needed to read a book titled "A Headache in the Pelvis". It's been 3 weeks since I started Physical Therapy and my pain is down 75% and somedays it's almost completely gone. I haven't been able to start PE again, but I can move freely again, I have been able to workout again for the first time in months this weekend., and there is some light at the end of the tunnel here.

If you are experiencing this, you need to find a physical therapist is specializes in pelvic floor work or CPPS. Beware, the PT itself will suck, I am just warning you now. It's painful work, no lie, but it brings relief, finally it brings relief. Hopefully in the next few weeks I will have my life back.

Welcome back Jake. I’m glad you found the answers to this problem. When you had posted about it, I couldn’t even fathom what it could be. I’m grateful that urologist recommended this for you and that it has been helping

It's been a tough few months. Hopefully I will be able to get back to PE in the next few weeks now.

@DLD I got to ask... How in the world are you guys bringing a red light / IR therapy device to market so cheap at that size and features? Who did you guys partner with on that one... The cost difference between the Joovv is insane.
 
Yesterday I got 3.5 hours of SiliStretching done, and 1 BM sessions of 5x3. Not going very high pressure or looking for huge pump with my bathmate right now, just trying to increase blood flow into the penis after a day of stretching.

I also started adding red light therapy to my routine. 1x10min session on the penis and balls. I've used my Joovv (had it for a while now, before MoS released theirs) on my back with great results. Using it now for PE to see what it can do as well there.

Today is just a rest day. Red Light only, maybe 5 minutes with the BM in the shower later to increase blood flow.

Lightning is the master of equipment. I can give him a simple idea if he’ll come back with the most incredible results. He’s been involved with this type of thing his whole life. The reason we do the stuff in the house is because we can operate at a much lower price than the market.
 
RLT (1x20m session on full groin area) and SiliStretch today, 1 hour in currently, should get 4 hours total today. BM tonight for 10m. Trying to get back on routine.

You’re getting back into it slowly but surely. You know there’s no rush Jake, take your time and enjoy the journey
 
I broke out the old air pump today (LA Pump, old school thing, but it has a gauge on it and allows me to measure pressure)... I have been having trouble with time using the Bathmate in the shower or bath. So I went back to the old air pump and will be using that daily for the time being (easy for me to use while working, or really anytime without having to get into the shower or bath). I will be going to a 2x10 daily session routine again, working my way from 5 up to 10 lbs over time as I acclimate again. I don't fill up the whole 2x9 tube anymore, but I will get there again.

Working on Silistretching right now, going to get to 4 hours today and have already done red light therapy again for 20 mins today.

Consistency is key, got to get back to normal size and performance.

Consistency is everything and it greatly depends on motivation and determination. Knowing that your efforts are going to bring growth should really bring enough motivation to remain consistent. I think people that have problems with consistency have problems with motivation. I’m glad you understand this.
 
Rest day from stretching. Redlight Therapy and 1 pumping session today complete. Back to day by day wins... I will do a measurement end of this week and then start tracking progress monthly from there.

1x15 pumping session today, just due to time constraints, moving up to 7.5 hg today, we will see how the fluid retention is. It was pretty significant afterwards, but we will see if it resolves quickly or not. I am in the silistretcher now, working towards that 4 hour goal.
