1x12 Static and Pulsed Pumping today. Red Light Therapy for 15m and manual stretches.

1x12 Static Pumping today @ 200 mmHg / 8 Hg roughly. Trying to find the balance of fatigue/fluid retention vs. pressure and expansion. 12 minutes seems like a good time period, and I am messing with the pressure now to see where the line is.

Red Light Therapy for 20m today.

In the silistretcher now, will get probably a solid 3-4 hours.

I am not sure what's causing the fatigue more, the pumping or the stretching. Could be either one, but I am working to find that balance now as I am unwilling to be unable to perform in the bedroom due to my high intensity PE.
 
Whenever you can take advantage of that fatigue do so! There ain’t no better time to stretch then when you are in a state of fatigue
 
Was out with the family at a lakehouse this weekend, so couldn't really train much. Back at it today.

1x10 Static Pumping at 7.5 Hg, 2 hours silistretcher so far. 1x20 Red Light Therapy

Been on track with training for the past week, just haven't been able to post much.

Sticking to 2x7 Pumping Right now. But today was 1x10 for time, plus 1x20 RLT.

1x10 Static Pumping again today, 1x20 Red Light. Haven't had a chance to get stretching done yet, but hopefully after the gym I will get some time in. Running only 10 minutes at lower Hg I am not getting the same expansion, but it's a balance with wanting to be ready to have sex when I can.

It's hard to say right now honestly. I am not pushing as hard after the last time that I had fatigued my penis so bad that I couldn't have sex. Not getting the same level of expansion though with the routine being limited.

2 hours stretching SiliStretcher
1x10 Static Pumping
100 Wet Jelqs

Sunday Rest Day: 1x7 Bathmate Static Pumping
 
It's hard to say right now honestly. I am not pushing as hard after the last time that I had fatigued my penis so bad that I couldn't have sex. Not getting the same level of expansion though with the routine being limited.

That fatigue can either be a great thing or a terrible thing. If you have an active sex life it’s not such a great thing. But if you do not have a sex life LOL like myself, you can take advantage of it and stretch for hours without any interference from the pelvic floor muscles.
