Measurement day.

So I am right at 8.25" BPEL and 5.5" MEG... That's about where I expected to be.

Goal is back to 8.5" BPEL and 6" MEG. Then cement that for the long term.

I couldn't stay fully erect for the girth pic, had to go upstairs to find the dang tape measurer vs. the ruler. But that's pretty dang close to accurate regardless, maybe a .1" difference. We will see next measurement.

Back to the routine today. RLT, going to try to get 2x20, already did 1 morning session for 20 minutes.

2x10 pumping session at 7.5 Hg ... goal is 4 hours in the Silistretcher today, in it already know. If I can manage more today I will.

Next measurement will be end of August. Putting in a solid months work.

Seeing it fully pumped in the tube is motivation, want to get to being able to fill up this 2x9 tube completely. I used to hit the end of the length, but never filled up the girth completely. I think that's going to be part of my new goals. Pic is attached for reference.

Considering when I started PE several years ago (2015) I was 7.75" BPEL and 5" MEG, I can't complain that I kept .5" in length and .5" in girth permanently. But seeing it in the tube more like the size it was at my peak, it's motivating me to stay consistent. The size and girth it has coming out of the tube after my pumping session, is where I want to be permanently ;). I came out of the tube today at 8.7" and 6" MEG (6.5" girth at the base)... that's pretty dang big if I do say so myself.

looking massive my brother! Wow, you are so close to goal size! Very pleased with your work.

2x10 pumping session, Red Light Therapy, and 2 hours of stretching. Little light on the stretching today, but that's always a challenge on weekends for me. Solid day nonetheless. Pump expansion was huge today, fluid retention is still pretty high, takes about 4-6 hours to dissipate. I may have to bring the intensity down just a bit back to 5 Hg instead of 7.5 Hg. I am not acclimated yet to pumping again. So I may slow it down just a bit.

Are you noticing more collagen in your penis? Have you been able to eliminate discoloration? Two things that interest me most about MOSRed

I think the biggest thing I have noticed is increased sex drive right now since I started using it. I didn't have any discoloration to really work on to speak of.

As far as RLT in general. I have used it for both a back and shoulder injury with fantastic results. Definitely decreased pain and recovery time and allow for better healing. I think only being a week or so in, I am not sure I can confirm whether I think there is more collagen right now, it would be too anecdotal yet. I will keep feedback coming though and update on RLT more regularly too with details on any changes I believe are related to it.

Thanks for that review my brother I really appreciate it. I’m very interested in collagen especially at my age. Again I appreciate your feedback

I am out of the house for the next 10 days, so it will be challenging to find a lot of time to do stretching. But, I have my air pump and my red light with me.... So, 2x10 min session at 7.5 Hg with good expansion today. I tried running RLT immediately after pumping to see if it helped with Fluid Retention, I will need more testing and need to try both ways multiple times to test, that being said, my FR seemed to reduced after 20 minutes of RLT.

Keeping it going.

Now that shows commitment! And remember you can get in a lot of stretching under the covers for while you’re taking a bathroom break. Have a good trip!

I started a new pumping strategy yesterday. I am not sure if it is unique or if someone else has tried this before. But I had some very interesting results.

I was thinking about my PE in terms of two foundations to achieve gains. This is how I have started breaking it down in my head.

1. The first foundation is the capacity to store blood in the penis to maintain an erection. This is what we are often working on when we are pumping or stretching, we pump to capacity and then slowly push beyond that with sustained and increased pressure until we get expansion. And, often we pushed past it which is what leads to fluid retention.

2. The second foundation is the ability to circulate blood into the penis effectively to fill it to capacity. This is something, that in my opinion, I don't think we spend a lot of time working on with the way we do PE (or at least I don't). So what I have been thinking about is... How do I use pumping to focus on that second foundation? How do I increase vascular strength, not just capacity. In alignment with the idea of "The Penis is a Balloon not a Rope." the balloons capacity to store air is incredibly important, but the lung strength or air pressure to fill the balloon in contrast to the capacity and capacity limit of the balloon is just as important.

So I started working a new routine during pumping yesterday to focus on this with some interesting results. I am pumping for about 2-3 minutes as a warm-up. Then from there what I am doing is pumping to full erection, holding for 30 seconds, then releasing all pressure and letting the blood flow out of the penis (and any other fluid). The theory being that if I can cause repeated and rapid vasodilation, I can try to train the body to have higher strength vascular capability in this area. This for me was like comparing lifting with repetitions vs. static holds. What we normally do is static holds with our pumping, I wanted to find a way to do repetitions.

I did this for the full pumping session yesterday and had better expansion and less fluid retention then I ever had. See the attached images, I was topping out the end of my 2x9 tube, as compared to the images from a few days ago in the same tube, there is a significant difference. I will continue to play with this method and optimize it as best I can. I also did 2x10 Red Light Therapy sessions and manual stretching (since I don't have my silistretcher on the road).

Almost like pulsing! What a crazy awesome method this is. I can’t believe I’ve never even thought of this. Please name this exercise and I will add it into the SRT routine. I don’t even need to check if this works, I already know it goes without even having to do it. I’m very proud of you.

@DLD does Vascular Strength Pumping sound good? VSP Method? As opposed to what would be Vascular Capacity Pumping (VCP) which is still a proven training method. Just a thought.

I’ve been thinking on this a lot ever since the last post I read where people are doing pulse pumping. I like the idea of that as it seems like it could be a new way to gain girth. I don’t think you need to pick one over the other I think you could probably do both and see where that gets you. I like the way people are thinking and the creativity Being shown!

@DLD completely agree, this wasn't intended as being a replacement for traditional Vascular Capacity Pumping. That is a proven method that I don't want to take away from. I've used it and so have hundreds of others effectively. This is simply another option and another thought process around ways to produce gains. An attempt to refine our training to produce results, break plateaus.

Speaking of which. Yesterday was a solid training day. 2x10 pumping session, VSP method is helping me achieve higher pressure and more expansion with less fluid retention right now. Huge pump after that last session.

20 min red light therapy session, and manual stretching routine.

That’s such good news to hear and now this gives other men a new way to practice. When we have a tool it is always been the practice of the brotherhood to find other ways to use it or better ways to use it. I’m so glad that you’re experimenting and coming up with new ideas

2x10 Pumping Session, 20 min Red Light. Manual stretches still planned for tonight.

My VSP method pumping in a little more detail is working in the following way: First I start with a warmup at 5 Hg for about 3 minutes. Then I pump gradually from from 0 - 5 Hg and hold for 30 seconds, then release pressure, then sets from 0 - 7.5 Hg, then sets from 0 - 10 Hg. Each set is 5 reps with 30 second holds at the top pressure.

Once I finish that work, I start doing a reverse pyramid cooldown as well. 10 - 7.5 Hg (then back to 10 multiple times) then 7.5 Hg to 5 Hg, then 5 Hg to 0. Then I finish with 0 - 7.5 Hg x 5 to try to flush any fluid out.

I tried pushing a final set of 10 - 12.5 Hg today, but I don't think I am quite ready for it yet. Most expansion I've ever, but also the most pressure. Fluid Retention was definitely higher as I am not accustomed to that pressure.

I am still designing and perfecting this method, but I would be interested in seeing if anyone else has good results with it at this point. Not many people watching or subscribed to this thread anymore. I may have to make a new one.

I achieved my length goal in approx. 110 days (just under 4 months), this was mostly done with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], stretching, jelqing and wrapping.

That's impressive :) are you sticking to one routine or does it change as you go?

no rush my brother you will get there. This entire routine is going to end up being one of the best plumping routines ever. If all goes right this will be added to SRT.

I have changed and adapted over the years my routine. Refined it and changed tools as necessary. I have switched it up to keep getting gains over time, but also to experiment and just to try new things to see what works.
