Only 2 hours yesterday, with manual stretches. Long day at work so I didn't get much time. Today will be a rest day, back at it again tomorrow.
Posting while I have a little free time, so quick update. My company started some M&A activity and I have been asked to lead that effort, so I have been on the road for over 2 weeks right now. It's been pretty crazy. I am trying to get my manual PE work in while at hotels. Manual Stretches, Jelqs, SSJs almost everyday, but I can't travel with my PE equipment. Somehow I just don't see that going over well at TSA, but having a bathmate or pump on the road would be pretty awesome.
Hope everyone else is getting to crush it with their routines right now. I will be on the road for another 2 weeks or so to wrap this up but it will be worth it as this M&A will mean a considerable bonus when we are complete. Just got to power through.
Running the SG all-day again today. Currently at 3 hours of time at roughly 900 grams, shooting to get to 6 hours today, but I am still conditioning so we will see what I can handle. I am feeling more soreness wear the SG Base hits me then anywhere else, I wish they made the SG base more like the SizeDoctor base, but I can't stretch with the same tension in the SizeDoctor without slipping out.
I wonder why you’re slipping out? What do you think is happening?
How is your flaccid hang? I’m definitely not a “show’er” and had a difficult time getting certain max tension with the SG. Maybe try slowly ramping up the tension?Honestly I am not sure. I can get the tension I want from the SG no problem. But the SizeDoctor I can't. I actually ordered the silistretcher and am going to stop trying with the sizedoctor altogether, it's just not working for me. I really was looking for something with the SizeDoctor that I could get upwards of 10 hours a day in (sleep and evenings) but I can't. The SG, I hit a threshold at which the base is uncomfortable for me at around 4.5 - 6 hours depending on the day.How is your flaccid hang? I ordered upgraded springs for the SG to increase the tension at a shorter stretched length. My original one is several years old and still had 2700 gram max tension springs (so approximately 900 grams for every line on the spring cylinder). I upgraded to the 4200 gram spring.... and wow, that's a serious stretch. I used the old strings this morning for 90 minutes, and then switched for a comparison this afternoon. I took a 3 hours rest between, to reset, I am 1 hour into the new springs and the fatigue level is completely different right now. It feels like when I had just started stretching WAY back in the day.
It will be interesting to compare this to the silistretcher once I get it, to see what gives a deeper stretch and what fatigues the tunica more for me. @DLD I'll do a full review of the SiliStretcher once I have it for a few weeks.
Do you feel like you're getting good pull? Is the stretch is as intense as your size genetics?2 hours into a session with zero discomfort. This silistretcher is legit.
I can definitely get a good stretch using the strap system, I would say the one thing is it's not as consistent. Your body isn't stationary so as you move it can change the intensity of the stretch (sitting vs. standing, if on the leg extended vs. bent). I may try to find a way to configure it with the SG base, that would be amazing if I can make it work.Do you feel like you're getting good pull? Is the stretch is as intense as your size genetics?
