I don't know if it's better but feels better.

Maybe you want to do some girth work? You may gain girth more quickly. Having a short cock is not so bad if its a fat hog.

Also like others said try to enjoy the journey and know that it will come in time. I mean you'll be around anyway so...

That is the proper protocol. The more exhausted your Pelvic Floor muscles the less resistance they will cause when stretching. I also suggest engaging the reverse kegel while stretching, when possible, this also keeps the muscles out of the process.

how intense are you going.? Do you feel the stretch and put your mind in the stretch, are you visioning it stretching while your pulling, when you pull are you really pulling as hard as you can, or could you pull it just a little bit more, than hold the stretch. In my opinion there's a difference between long ass workouts vs intense/putting your mind in your workouts that work. If you can do both than youll be golden.

Best advice i can give you, is you got to believe its growing.

Couple other suggestions that i found work for me and maybe its just me. But days i do exercises i try not to have sex or jack off, ill wait to next day. Than do exercises again the next. I like giving it a break from the Penis Enlargement.

a shitty workout done regularly. is better than a good workout done once in a while.

so take it all to the basic. what should you do?

measure everything!

flaccid: girth, lenght, stretched lenght. stretched bonepressured lenght.

erect: girth. lenght, bonepressured lenght.

take pictures (extremely good for future comparison)

now when all this is done look over some workouts. take the basics (redzulus or dld's) and start with them. and stay at them for 3 months.

and then remeasure.

your time in those 3 months should be used on doing it exactly as the book says and try to become the best at every exercise (get comfortable with it)

after these 3 months. and re measure again.


i usually tell people these thigns in these kind of posts. never have someone texted me and sayd: didnt work.

either they realize that they are a failure and quit or they get gains. somebody alot of gains some a little. its different.
