I did something extra tonight though an exercise where i forced as much blood to my penis head that i could then gripped directly under the ridge as tight as i could holding the blood in the head for random lengths of time.

tonight was my first night back into Penis Enlargement.. got my vigrx pills so now i can track my progress with both Penis Enlargement and Pills.

Should i do some more jelqs ? or maybe some more complex stretches that arent too harsh for starting again? I really dont want to go over the 30-45 minute time period.

Maybe i shouldnt have exercised this hard tonight b,c now i have like 3 dark dots on the top of my penis head =/ each about the size of a pen mark. has anyone else had this before ? they started out red now dark ....

It also is the first PHASE of my program so if you plan on joining the paysite in the future this is your starting point.
 
Yea im pretty much doing most of the routine with the exception of some jelqs i do about 300 right now during an exercise. But, im adding about 3 more exercises to it hoping i get quicker gains.. by my count ive probably gained about 1/2 to 5/8 length EG of course and probably somewhere around 1/8 girth.
 
After my second session of my new routine which was last night, i took a shower for my warm down and when i got out some kind of lump popped up right under my glans on the top. It probably covered 1/3 to 1/2 the circumference of my penis and was only very easily noticed when flaccid. Fluid maybe ? It doesnt look like a vein.

Just got done with my routine took about an hour neglecting the 10 minutes for the hot wraps. I got the same lump right under my glans again. I believe it might be from doing a lot of jelqs. The massivemember routine only includes like 5 minutes worth which is probably around 100(which i use to do) now i do between 300-400. But anyways it felt good. First day back after 2 off =). Twas a nice intense session tonight especially when i got the the erect squeezes which i did after jelqs instead of before. Also i did some new strokes that should help increase length instead of my normal ones. Kinda like an erect jelq but you have one hand at midshaft and one start at base move both up at the same time once the midshaft hand gets to the glans release and move it to the base and the other hand should be at the midshaft at this point. then repeat the process (Did 50 of those tonight and man did my penis head swell up.. hehe) I'm excited it's the 2nd week of my new routine hopefully some gains start coming in about 3 weeks or less. Even if they are small it would be nice . Happy Pe'ing everyone.

I had to break down and measure today. looks like my girth is gaining little by little i measured almost 5" girth tonight(from around 4.75 a couple weeks ago). As for BPenis EnlargementL it's still about the same. I'm happy my EG is getting larger b,c it seems like the hardest thing for me to gain on. I can't wait till my measure date in about two more weeks. Hopefully my length will start too gain.

Nice GIRTH gains! Don't sweat the length too much, they rarely gain together. I go through phases of growth in either length or girth. Stay consistent and you will gain consistent.
 
Ahh the end of my 5 days straight of Penis Enlargement..Time to relax for 2 days. I went hardcore tonight with my squeezes kinda hurt but i like the feeling of my blood trying to make my penis explode =). Pretty Intense stuff but i feel it will pay off in the long run.
 
I measured today and i've got to say OMG !!! 6.75 BPenis EnlargementL maybe im a fast gainer or i just had a better erection then usual today but that's about a quarter inch jump in just a few weeks. I doubt ill gain another quarter by my measure date. Hopefully an 1/8 or 1/16. But if i dont ill be glad with the quarter of an inch that i earned. =)

It seems i can only do around 25 erect squeezes per set(2 seconds each squeeze) before i have to engorge my member again. It kind of goes 75-80% erection after 25.
I believe this is most likely due to the fact that im restricting the blood flow a lot.

Well tonight ended my Penis Enlargement workout week. Another nice 60-70 minutes session. Missed Last Sunday, so i did an extra long session monday. I get to measure my progress on the 6th which is 2 days. Last recorded measurement was 5-11-04 BPenis EnlargementL 6.5 , EG 4.75. I know ive gained at least a quarter inch BPenis EnlargementL and some EG also. Time for it to rest now and heal up. Happy Penis Enlargement'ing.
 
I'm taking the rest of the week off from Penis Enlargement because of that lump under my head. I got erect the next morning and then a hard vein popped up right where the lump was. So I'm giving it a break for the rest of this week to see if it gets better...
 
thats most likely a thrombosed vein tizzle. I have one right now, but its going away. A red big lump popped out near the base. Then a hard, vein that feels like a guitar string, is near it.

This routine is pretty kick ass. Everytime i get done i feel like my penis has went through a war. I think i might do like 5 on 3 off with this routine considering it takes a little over an hour to do. After like a 5 day rest from pe'in for a straight month I noticed i had around 1/4 more BPenis EnlargementL. The first day of rest was like 6.75 then after 5 days it was 7.0. Maybe I just take longer to heal myself I dont know yet. I'll do this routine for another month then take 5 off again maybe that's the trick for me. Gained me 1/4 by doing so this time. I'm thinking of maybe getting a ROP too, I'm sure this could help me with my gains and healing time. Btw im taking VigRX too...
 
I noticed when i do palms down while jelqing the vein that runs along the top of my penis sticks out more. I guess this is from more blood flow during jelq'ing. Time to switch to this method and see what happens.

Just noting that i've read a couple people's posts and they say that their morning wood has went away... I'm not sure if this is suppose to happen but I'm noting that i still have mine.
 
For my flaccid turnica stretches ive been doing 2x 30 seconds of a modified V-stretch. Taking the hand at the glans with reverse OK grip and turning it downward so that I get a good stretch around my thumb. While in the position i do the V-stretch. The other type of stretch I do, is a stretch in which I take my stretch hand and grip under the glans with 3 fingers and my thumb. Then i proceed to rotate my hand back towards me bending my penis up and around my forefinger at a 10 o'clock angle from my body.
 
well I've hit my First Goal of 7" BPenis EnlargementL x 5 " EG. I'm sort of a measure freak right now and i had to measure today. I believe I'm nearing 7.125 BPenis EnlargementL @ full engorgement. By this i mean i reverse kegel like there's no tomorrow so tha my glans gets filled all the way and then measure. My next short term goal is set @ 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL x 5.5 EG. My girth is starting to come a little quicker now that i've started some horse 440s. I do 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] seconds of these focusing on moving my base hand toward the other hand on one set and moving the hand under my glans toward the base on the other. I got that nice little guitar string under my glans again and it seems to be staying there. Maybe this routine is a little harsh. It's takes me about an hour. I think this week I'm going to stick with manual stretches, penis isometrics, 300 jelqs, and the horse 440s. I'm not sure how serious this is but i might just stick with my routine and tough it out. I'm taking an extra 1 - 2 days rest also starting back either sunday or monday.
 
Guitar string type thingy is really haunting me now ill continue my routine and finish off this week with it. Then I will rest all next week only doing 100 wet jelqs a day. Last time i went a week off and rested i healed and had 1/4" more BPenis EnlargementL. Hopefully I get at least an 1/8".
 
Well I have gained hardly anything mabye 1/16" if that. But I think i have cemented 7" BPenis EnlargementL which is a good thing.

7-18-04: I did my girth routine today and i think i have deconditioned a little bit. After my workout I had some red spots on my shaft. I don't think I injured myself because it doesn't hurt. Btw im adding a width expansion exercise to my girth routine. While partially erect i use a smaller type hairspray bottle and roll it on my penis. I'm starting with 25 back and forth per girth routine.
 
I missed Monday Night and Tuesday morning routines. I'll try to make them up Friday hopefully. I did my Tues night tho with girth and all i got to say is damn =o.
 
I measured about 1/4" more BPFSL this morning (7 1/4") then went down to 7" in the afternoon. I did my routine today and I believe I'm in store for some big gains with it. I guess I'll set my progress measure date to August, 15 2004. I'm shooting for 7.25" BP and 6.5" NBP(currently 6.25 NBP) and 5.125" EG @ midshaft. A quarter inch seems like a lot but this routine is pretty intense for me. Also I'm noting that I'm not going to blow my load on days where i do my GIRTH routine. Anyways today's sessions went really well. I had some trouble staying fully erect durning my nightly session mainly due to lack of focus. If this tends to happen more often I'll either do my erect portions in the morning where i find myself having more erections or take the time to free my mind before the session. I don't drop below 80% erect usually maybe it was just a one night thing. Nothing really to worry about right now. =o

Great log. Hope you see some results quickly. How do you like the erect tow's ? I've been doing dld blasters only for stretching lately. I was thinking about giving those a try.

Yea i hope i see gains quickly(that's what im shooting for). As for the erect tow's.. I think they are ok. I think they stretch my skin more than the internal chambers of my penis. But i believe little by little they will help me toward my goals. Also in earlier post on this forum i read that someone seen gains immediately from the erect tow stretches. I'm not sure who exactly it was but I thought i might as well give them a shot for a while. Are you gaining much from the blasters ?

P.S. for a good internal stretch i recommend doing tow stretches a quarter to a half twist. I believe this is a good tunica stretching exercise.

My penis was cooperating fully during my workout tonight. I got very hard during my erect portion and stayed hard during it. I'm considering up'ing my sets of erect tow's to 10 x 10 seconds with max intensity(all that i can handle). I'll consider this if im not satified with my length gains by my measure date.
