So today I hung 14 pounds 7 mins and finished the last 13 mins with 13 lbs. The skin is sensitive idk if it is because of the intensity of the hang, or the dry weather but its odes feel exactly like dry lips in the cold but on my dick of course...

Will go to the gym now leg day, no girth today but will do tomorrow trying to do one day on one day off unless I just feel like going for it on an off day.

I made forums here to cover pretty much everything so try to keep the thread in the proper place and try not to highjack someones thread. I have done it before and I apologize.

So today I created a thread in the Hanging section about some exercises that Ive been doing while hanging. These exercises Ive done at the very end of my hanging sets to get the little extra intensity out of my session. However kyo brought up a good point, and that is that these should be tested to see effectiveness. So what Ive decided to do is that now instead of using them to get that extra umf I will be practicing them as a workout. That is I will do the full length of my 20 min set or sets with these exercises. So in order to do this I will keep hanging at my current comfortable weight of 12 lbs and reach fatigue effectively using these exercises rather than jumping to the next weight increase. Hopefully my investigation and testing will be of benefit to the brotherhood.

That being said I started that today doing a 20 min set, 12 lbs swinging for 15 the last 15 mins of that set.

Yes... Ive been hitting fatigue quite easily employing these techniques, will see.

Must say though I am a bit turned off by whats been going on the forum for the past couple days, still hanging.

Hung today, did my swinging and cranks while at it for almost the full duration of my 20 min set. I usually take 1 min to let the weight settle in, but actually I found that light swinging helps with this.

I dont know if there is a correct answer to this, he was definitely out of place but like BSA said I too think most of it was provoked by BDL. Templ' has been a contributing member for many years and has established himself as a very knowledgeable member, so I'd be inclined to allow much more leeway for someone with longevity. He also has an acute 'BS-meter' and won't mince-words, (I know I've felt The Wrath of Templ, but it wasn't unwarranted) and, for me at least, he provides a balance to my 'pollyanna' outlook on life. (plus I think he's a riot, even if his bazooka is pointed in my direction)

Hung today, 20 mins did swings. I think after swinging for the complete duration of sets this past week I am ready to move up the weight confidently from 12 lbs to 14 lbs to maintain the intensity. And pumped jelq, can't wait for the bigger tube to finally arrive this one is too small.

Also I weighed myself, at the absolute worst time... At night after eating/showering(yeah I shower before gym) and I weighed between 167.5-168 lbs so my morning weight must be very close to my initial goal of 165 lbs. This weight loss transformation started 3 months from Thursday, since then Ive lost 20 pounds . Not bad! I think I am going for the 160 lbs.
