Went to the gym today, leg day. I couldn't workout quite as intense as I could before I think those two weeks off affected me more than expected.
Also Ive been
hanging, while I hang I do my written affirmations, which is perfect that way I don't need extra time for these and I have something to entertain myself during those 20 min sets. After that I do my mirror affirmations strapped. I am thinking of throwing in there a "I have an 8" penis." affirmation see what happens LOL. Here I found a couple videos on youtube on this subject in case you guys interested.
So I hung 2 sets 8 lbs 20 mins. I will measure the 30th of this month.
