I figure to start posting here before the guys over at the hanging forum complain for hijacking my own thread and turning it into a log lol. I'm currently at 5.25 erect length, or at least I was a week ago before I started hanging. And to be honest I never felt so inadequate until I ran into this forum with all these monsters lol! Surprisingly Ive never had a girl complain, regardless I am doing this for my own sexual enjoyment due to a recent a experience with a big(monster) butt that gave me a hard time couldn't quite find a good angle of attack...

But yeah so 7" is the right number for me I think, I am not really concerned with girth for the time being for one because I think I am fairly good in that department, 2 I am too lazy to find a measuring tape and 3 Ive been hearing its better to do the length work before you do the girth. The tools I will be using are a homemade bib hanger and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], that will be all I will do just hanging and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] no manual exercises.For the past week I hung 4 pounds for at-least an hour every day and at least 2 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] afterwards. I know 2 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] might not be enough but that's the whole reason I got into hanging in the first place, I can't just be sitting around for 4-6 hours everyday and contrary to what some people say I really don't see how I could possibly wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to work. So my hope is that by combining these techniques I will get some decent results, without burdening myself with a routine that I will eventually drop because it is simply too time consuming.

Today I started hanging roughly 6 pounds, I didn't have any more weight so I used a 2 liter soda bottle and filled it up to the middle to get about a litter of water which roughly weighs 2 lbs and daisy chained it to my two little dumbells. The weight felt intense for the first couple of minutes but then you sort of settler into it and forget about it. I am sort of excited about this because I am already seeing some changes in flacid length appearance(haven't measured) and awkwardly enough girth even though I haven't done anything for girth, but yet it appears to hang lower and fatter. That being said I will measure on a monthly basis, if I can get .75 - 1 inch in 6 months that would be great. It is a little optimistic but Ive seen a lot of people here doing it.

Hung today 6 lbs it is my second day hanging this much weight. It feels very intense for the first minute and then it sort of settles down but never enough that I can get my mind off from it. I don't think I will be upgrading the weight next week, it might take 2 weeks or more.

That being said the stretch feels good, and I am now certain that I am definitely hitting fatigue. The way I am working this is 3 sets of 20 min with 5 min breaks in between, I shortened down the breaks from 10 mins to 5 mins just because after 10 mins I felt I cooled down too much and it was tougher getting back in to hanging position. By the way I don't believe I mentioned this before but the hanging angle I am doing is BTC and I am doing at least 2 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after hanging.

Take your time in weight, don't feel pressured to go fast or up your weight, when it feel right do it and you will know when it feels right.

Other than the risk of rolling over and possibly breaking your penis, is it ok to have the circulation to the penis cut off for more than an hour at a time? I don't use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but I really wouldn't recommend cutting off blood to the penis for more then an hour going from biology 101 I hope someone can chime in with experience of using [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] . so I wouldn't do it till more information comes mate to be on the safe side!

Yes you will want to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] at a medium tension to heal in a elongated state. So today was productive, I did one full hour of hanging 6lbs 20 min sets and 4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] then... My penis looked up at me and was like "lets hang again" so we did that.

Funny thing is the 6 lbs are starting to feel normal, I remember when 4 lbs felt uncomfortable, and 6 lbs felt really heavy but I am getting used to it fairly quickly. However I am still taking it slow as far as increasing the weight goes.

I did try manual stretches yesterday after hanging, they felt pretty good. My hands however got tired fast, I see now why the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is such a great invention. But as of right now I want to try to keep it simple with hanging, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but maybe an occasional manual stretching session when the time is available just because I don't want to burden myself with a routine that I wont be able to keep up with.

Don't worry about your hands getting tired. You get used to it. A little baby powder helps you grip better without having to really grip the shit out of your dick. I can do more pull-ups than most men and I have a weight well over 200 lbs. so, it's not really about streghth; the endurence is more of a factor. After you can get through 10-20 min of manual stretching you will be golden. Keep up with it. Consistancy is key, especially at your level. The thread you started is the best way to do this. We keep you on task as much as you keep us on as well. Get after it.

Looks like you have a good routine, simple but effective, shall keep an eye out on how you progress with it 😃

That's great news Rocky 😀 wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] at a low resistance for healing will always trump the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] method as you are still getting a stretch there, but keep the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] method as a back up to prevent turtling if the situation doesn't allow for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] use i.e if you're at work or out and it can't be concealed under what your wearing.

But I do have the and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] Band that I use for hanging padding and I have more if necessary, I see you use it in sessions of 45 mins to an hour. I might just start doing a little bit of that, I tried it today but it was sort of a mess trying to stretch my penis hard enough to put the wrap on and it didn't really come out too well.

Take it off, couple of helicopter shakes and some kegels to restore blood circulation and back in again, takes about 2 minutes. I usually jump over to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] when i can no longer endure the trade off of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]/SG work either physically or mentally, some days i just get sore or sick of something attached and pulling at my dick 😆 so the wrap still keeps me stretched out and i don't really notice it on, but I'm still being productive.
 
Ucl Jim's is passive training, as where hanging is active. Just hang then after coast on the plastic deformation for a bit. Prosthetic aesthetic

So I read somewhere that ideally when one is goal setting, like for instance me with this log where I my goal is to get a bigger penis one should be as specific as possible that way when you achieve the goal you know you've done it. And so I worry that my initial statement getting to 6"-7" anywhere in between might not be specific enough. Therefore my new goal, the ultimate goal for me now will be to fill up a Magnum Condom. This way I will know exactly when I accomplished my goal, I also figure that is a big enough size to conquer any booty out there.

Also I just ordered all the pieces for the snake hanger, thanks to big bro kingsnake for that thread everything summed up to about $13.00 good deal. Because as I increase weight my homemade bib hanger might get a bit uncomfortable, and I want to prevent excuses before they arrive.

So anyways I am off to hang, that Magnum ain't gonna fill itself lol I might just try some sort of manual girth exercise today, haven't decided which yet.

Hehehehe thanks I kinda cheated and measured already and I know I gained a little bit already but I am not touching the ruler until the end of the first month.

Oh and one other thing. I started out at a little over 7 BPEL before any PE, and I am also a HUGE fan of big butts. I will tell you from personal experience that 7 inches is not enough to handle a big round butt in many positions, so I hope you aim a bit higher.

Hey, thanks for checking out my thread. I must say Ive been following your thread too and I somewhat know the concept of Dash's "hardcore hanging", lately Ive been devouring this forum looking at everything related to what I am doing lol. I am increasing the weight the thing is I forgot to mention is that I am basically a complete newbie to PE, I sort of started last year with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but I barely did it for a month and it was extremely inconsistent. So in reality this is my true beginning and although 6 lbs might seem light for you guys who hang 20+ let me tell ya the first 20 mins with that weight for me was not that easy to get through and so I am increasing the weight as soon as I get comfortable with it. Up till now it has taken me a week to get comfortable with it each increment, tomorrow I will increase to 8 lbs. But yeah I have been doing at least an hour with each weight only at the beginning did I do 40 mins but lately Ive been doing over an hour of hanging as I get comfortable with the weight and at least 2 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Currently I am also trying to get in some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] but I am not entirely sure if I am doing it right lol.

I happen to have a cable clamp laying around, I know clamping is not for newbies but I mean neither is hanging and I am doing it. So I wonder if theres a way I can ease my way into clamping to get in some girth work like I am doing with hanging. What do you guys think?

be careful with clamping because if you go too hard too fast you can end up with thrombosis. Educate yourself I reading the various stickies in the clamping forum. If you have any concerns or questions ask them before you go off and hurt yourself.

What about edging with a cockring?

Much safer than clamping. The best ring to wear is one that is semi flexible like rubber or latex.. Or you could look for a ring that has a quick release in case you feel too much pressure or perhaps pain.
 
Last night I put the cock ring on after doing some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and it was tight enough to keep my penis erect and engorged. I see clamping people do it for 10 mins, you think this would apply for the cockring also?
 
Ok so I tried today the clamping method, I clamped for two sessions of 5 mins (which is half of what its recommended for a newbie) with a 5 min break in between the expansion was good. I intend to proceed with caution because I know clamping is dangerous but the reason adamant about this is for its convenience, clamping can be something that I can throw into the mix every other day without adding too much time into the overall workout while still getting an effective girth workout.

So my plan is to work my way up every week adding a little more time to the clamp, today I did 5 mins (no pain or numbness) so next way maybe I will do 6-7 mins per set. I don't mean any disrespect to you vets, I know this seems a little naive but if I can ease my way into this as I am doing with hanging I know I will have an efficient/effective routine and so I will try to do this as safely as possible. Later on today I will hang and extend so unless something else comes up that would be it for today, see you guys tomorrow.
 
I would not recommend clamping while doing hanging. Bib himself says that no intense girth work should be done while hanging because this can lead to serious problems. While I don't think anything too bad will happen, I still say that you should focus on your hanging first to get your length gains and then when you get in the ball park of 7 inches begin to worry about adding girth.

Based on your starting size if everything goes well and if you aren't a super slow gainer I would imagine it would take you two years max to gain the amount you want, and in all likelihood much less time then that. You have a modest length goal, so IMHO just stick to hanging and you will see results.
 
Hey guys so my laptop's charger is broken I just ordered a bew one from amazon but wont be here till Wednesday and therefore it might be tough for me to update my log on a daily basis until then but trust I will keep up doing my hanging.

As far as clamping goes, I haent decided 100% if thats what I am going to do for girth but I do know that I want to do some sort of girth work. Because after watching one of dlds videos and reading threads on here it is evident that girth work can promote length. Theres people on here that only do jelqing and gain length, so I just want to figure out something that I can add to the mix that wont take up too much time but still be effective for gaining girth while contributing to length.

I personally would advise staying away from clamping and looking toward the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]/SlowSquashJelq combination. This will bring girth as fast as any other methods and will avoid all the negative issues associated with clamping. I have made very massive gains in girth work through superset exercise, like [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]/SlowSquashJelqs. I will always go with safety over risk.
 
Hey guys Ive been keeping up with my hanging I just havent been reporting here because my laptops charger has yet to arrive.

However I raised my weight to 8 lbs and so far so good, I am on my 3rd week and I can't wait to reach the 1 month mark. I havent measured yet but the way My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is fitting has me a little excited.
 
So far so good huh mate? 8 lbs is just the start. I'm hanging 10 lbs and it's starting to become manageable. Can't wait to see you hang like boohoohoo. That guy is hardcore. Check out his prog thread.

Weight can go go up pretty quickly once you get things rolling. I went from 10 pounds to 50 pounds in no time, like 3 months.
