True definitely a beautiful challenge..I think there's more possibilities of gaining faster than back in the day.There are tons of exercises and way more effective routines.

It really is a beautiful challenge. Can concur when it comes to more exercises and more effective routines. When I joined this forum I only knew about manual exercises, extending and pumping.

After joining this forum it feels like I have learned tons of new techniques and about equipment that I didn’t even know existed before joining here. It has reignited my passion for PE totally.
